All right, the sheet is decent, but with some modifications necessary. She's too powerful - too well rounded, sharing almost all the same abilities as Sabertooth, someone who's not really known for ever needing a team to accomplish his goal. As such, you should tone down her healing factor a smudge, Wolverine could heal from taking a nuclear warhead to the face.
Her claws should be limited to flesh, wood and other things of such strength. Stone and metals would require very sharp steel to cut through - or greater strength than she posses.
Her agility should be toned down a bit, Matrix Dodging bullets is redundant when she can heal gunshots in a timely manner. Being agile is fine, but being in the same ballpark as Spider-Man is not. Relying on her predator instincts instead of just side-stepping someone's hail of lead.
You should put more focus on her sense of smell over her hearing or sight.
In the same vein, her abilities far outnumber her limitations, so you should consider adding one or two of those.

Thanks for the critique. I totally agree that's too powerful after rereading the CS again. I guess I just caught in making my own lil' Sabretooth clone.

I've started revising the sheet, and hopefully I'll have it ready to be reviewed again tomorrow.
