@Aristo Does that green air I made for Dahtru seem fitting to you? By Lemuria.

I might start adding mountains/rivers soon. Dunno. If I add mountains, expect lots of really boring triangles.

Also, @Jotunn Draugr: I notice your profile says your character has never lost a battle. We're neighbors, and that's exactly what my whole shtick for Fernando is (the loyal, masterful general who has never lost a battle).

Thus, either your character and the Doge of Vespania never warred in the past, neither of our characters actually fought the other directly, or one of us lost a battle. (Or both of us lost battles against each other. That one's my vote.)

EDIT: Also, I think I'm going to make one of the honorifics people use to refer to Fernando (though he doesn't encourage it) "The Lion of Vespania."

I do think it would be more epic for 2 undefeated leaders to meet each other for the first time

Now that my own character is done (go check her out, though I might have stolen Aristo's Joan of Arc idea ), not really. Anyone still working on a character can join us after we start; I'm sure we won't get too far ahead.

I'm going to start working on the IC over the next few days. Expect to see it probably in the middle-end of the coming week.

So, a word on how this game will work, since it's a little different from what you may be used to.

Basically, my control over your character's story starts and ends exactly where you want it to. You'll all start your characters off however you choose (the Journey section of the CS was meant to help with this), and with each of your posts you can progress them as far as you'd like. I'm a big fan of glossing over boring details, so say if you are on march with your troops, you don't have to dedicate a million and a half posts to actually marching around with them. NPCs and plot elements are by and large yours to control, though with the latter, you may want to consult with me to get a better of idea of how to use them to push your story forward. My posts will exist to add or relieve conflict, ambiguity, mystery, etc. In essence, I "play" the setting, and will personally contribute as much as you allow me to.

Does this make sense to everyone? Feel free to gander at the original Age of Dawn thread to see what the playing was like if you don't understand.
