I missed the post I have to reply to, so I'll get round to that tomorrow. When I'm awake enough to deal with a newcomer that dealt with a samurai asking for his blood simply with "I'll be gone soon".

To be honest i am considering not appearing at police HQ because there is a dragon-sama in there.

And she is either gonna be scared witless or worship her.

@NatsuThat was the idea, yes. XD Although since I'm not exactly familiar with Japanese punk bands her favourite bands have ended up being X-Japan, Babymetal and Dir En Grey. ^^;

...I always tend to figure out the most inconsequential aspects of a character first really.

Given her self-nerfing so she doesn't get overwhelmed, she has to headbump people or get up somewhere high to get consistent "signals". Or... possibly focus on someone pretty hard if it's from a distance, really.

Also she is like the polar opposite of evil.
