In other news, is it bad that I am designing a unsanctioned psyker that focuses on improving his own combat abilities, is a noble, and fancies himself a gunslinger?

Pfft, considering the psychic beacon that the party no doubt is touting, I'm sure that will go well for all parties involved! And he's evolved more into duelist instead of straight up gunslinger, but the idea is still there in general.

And @Banzai Tracers, I can't say either way how large of a group that our GM wanted. I would highly recommend either mentioning or PMing him and seeing what his opinion on the matter is.
