Minor Edit: Ellis is no longer asking for a storage compartment. I'm just gonna have him set up shop down there in Cargo. I figure most of those bunks are not designed for his weight.

@Silver FoxI don't know if Ellis realizes that Phalanx is different from a standard mech. Not sure if he understands the "organicness" of Phalanx yet.
