Ya think? I was going to say, I have mentioned I aim to revamp and reboot this but not for a long time.


I didn't think anyone still kept an eye on this place, feels like I'm walking through a graveyard.

I was just moving some stuff to the character tab since we didn't have one at the time and most if not all of the CS links are now invalid since the site did some restructuring. I just figured if the RP ever got rebooted (and PM me if it does) it would help people be able to find old CSes if they wanted to reuse their characters.

I aim to, I tend to keep old links because of their emotional value. Two I can easily remake Kay and other PCs when I have the old CSes.

A lot of the links don't work anymore and simply send you to the top of the OOC. I've got some free time and a good TV show so I figured I could make it easier for people to find there CSs when this returns (assuming it returns).

Hey, is any of the old crew still interested (if not this specific idea than) in a Stargate RP?

I recently heard the movie reboot was cancelled and after browsing through some SG forums and then rewatching some SG-1 I'm sort of craving some new Stargate material.

Is anyone interested?

So I take it that's a "No" from the rest of you? I've looked and the guild doesn't seem to have any other Stargate RPs. I was really hoping enough of us would return to start recruitment for a new group. I would do it myself but as decent a writer as I think I am I know very well that I make a terrible GM. This isn't something I could do on my own.

it is more along the lines of "not sure about having time."

The SG community on the guild is very small, unfortunately.

The hardest part with starting anything up again will be finding a GM with the time to do it right.

We do not have time to GM anything more, nor does Echo.

@Prince of Seraphs while I've made mentions of wanting to reboot this, I don't have the time or have done anything to even make it possible to reboot it. This is one, among many, old rps I've wanted to do a revamp/etc on but again I don't have the time and I would like to do an original story rp at one point or run a rp revamp I have more fleshed out before I focus my energies upon this one. With what Ellri said and my lack of SG knowledge, I feel it might be best to wait until I have better understanding of the world first which can take a lot of time since I need to be in the mood and have a good solid foundation.

So for now, I need to pass.

That's a real shame but I understand.

If at some point in the future you guys do have the time and resources to give this another shot shoot me a PM. I'm always up for more Stargate and I'm a much more competent writer than I was when we first tried this.
