Ignace looked around for the source of the voice but couldn't see anything. But he did notice some creatures coming towards him and brought his lasgun up putting it on full auto pointing it at them. He backed up away from the creatures 'what in the Emperor's names are this things," he thought firing at any of the creatures to come near him. 'I'll figure it what they are later," he thought blasting another one before making a tactical withdraw in the other direction that the creatures came from fire over his shoulder at them as he ran to a better position.
August, watching people be amazing
"Did...did you just drop-kick some kind of monster thing and then pull a snake out of your pocket and throw it at a bad guy's face?" At first August seemed like he was completely horrified, even twitching at the sight for a second but then...his eyes lit up and practically sparkled
"You're like my favorite person EVER now!" August said, almost having to resist the urge to hug John for doing stuff that completely awesome and stunning. After that initial impulse he tried to look simultaneously professional and unconcerned with the sudden appearance of cracks and weird puffball things and all. Instead he turned to look at Parker
"I'm August, and yeah, are you alright and who are you and you have any idea what all this stuff's about?"
August weighed his cane in his hand as he examined both the puffballs and the other strange occurences in the area, as if wondering whether or not he should try and fight them.

Actually, he wasn't sure if he was okay, since monsters were apparently appearing in the museum now. That actually seemed pretty life threatening.

Before Asuka could even make a move Lili blocked her punch."Baka..you know together we could take these things on." She narrowed her eyes at Lili. Lili shook her head. "It is only two up against like a small group. I suggest we back away and think of a plan. Those weopons they carry look like they could cleave us in half or something very easily.."
Asuka tched. However regrettably Lili had a point. Yes they could probaby get a few hits in but one wrong move could mean a unfortunate end. "Fine..but you owe me .."
She then took Lili by her hand and began to lead her away from the creatures.

In one fluid motion, Jon drew back the bolt on his P90 and pulled it tight into his shoulder, aimed squarely at the fishman that had just appeared from the crack. The creature was unlike anything he'd ever seen before; unlike anything he'd ever sketched as an eight-year old in the back of a maths book.
Why do I get the feeling this isn't even going to slow it if it decides to attack? He wondered to himself.

As the fishmen poured into the museum, Mio instinctively brought her arms up to protect herself, shifting into a more combat-ready stance. In the brief time since she'd been sent to this world, the ranger had learned that this world didn't, or rather wasn't meant to have this sort of problem. Still, regardless of where she was, it was her job to help deal with these...whatever they were. Working out where they'd come from could come later. As Danny commented on the monsters' sudden arrival, she piped in, her cheerful smile returning despite the situation.
"Well, based on how many appeared at once...I'm guessing these guys are just small fry. You should probably get somewhere safe and leave the fighting to us though."
Of course, given that she assumed these things were on the same level as the Predatory Beast Hall's Rinshi footsoldiers, Mio saw no real need to transform. Instead, she charged at the nearest of the monsters and delivered an uppercut with more power behind it than her size would imply was possible.

Misaka Mikoto, with Mio and Danny
Mikoto didn't know what Danny meant by this being nostalgic. It didn't seem like it to her, unless he meant because some of the exhibits were from shows or something. However, she didn't exactly have much time to contemplate that before... monsters. There were monsters everywhere. Oh, it was hard not to be surprised... but it didn't take long for Mikoto to refocus. These things... they weren't scary.
Seeing that the perverted girl was some kind of powerful fighter was almost as surprising as the monsters, but Mikoto was used to that sort of thing. No, she was certain that this was the threat Zyguard had mentioned. This was the danger that officers had been dispatched to deal with.
As the other girl ran ahead, Mikoto ran a hand through her bangs. As she drew her hand away from her head, blue electricity crackled between her fingers, leaping in arcs away from her palm. "So... you're the ones who would go attacking the defenseless people in this museum?"
Mikoto stepped towards the creatures. she was surrounded by the crackling, the light of electricity. Even if there weren't defenseless people around... these monsters charging in, it was pretty much a challenge, right? And so... well... What else was there to do, especially with these people in danger, then to answer it?
"That just pisses me off!"
Blue lightning lept from Mikoto's body, her hair, her clothing waving and crackling. It burst outwards, tearing towards the group of monsters in a surging bolt of electricity. It was much like a larger version of the blast she had used on the gothloli girl, but... this wasn't just meant to deal with perverted comments.

Rachel stared, wide-eyed as the monsters began emerging from the cracks. The fluff balls had been one thing, but this...how did they...This made no sense. Before she could question the situation any further, one of the museum's staff called for them to run for safety. Given the general panic spreading through the museum, it seemed obvious that this wasn't just part of some show.

Asuka looked around for a safe place to hide. Considering the number of fishmen were overwhelming they would have to find a good spot to hide. "Li I think this running away thing is not going to work. I do not see any good hiding places..plus more of those things could come from those cracks whenever they want."
Lili shook her head. "There has to be...wait.." In a corner she spotted a small closet. It did not look like much and it was full of janatorial stuff but it would have to do. "Cmon." Asuka was about to say something about how bad a idea it was to hide in a closet that could be broken into eventually however Lili opened it and ducked down then after dragging Asuka inside slightly closed the door.
"So this is our great plan.." Asuka deadpanned.
Lili sighed. "Nothing else I could think of.." She then poked her head out playing lookout just incase more of those creatures appeared and spotted them.

The Nanashi marched towards the people who decided to stay and fight, swords drawn. However, they don't seem interested in pursuing the people trying to run off. Rather, they explored the Museum, trying to find something.
The Nanashi that got attacked by the pocket viper stumbled back as it tried to fight off the snake. It got pushed back into the crevice from whence it came.
Several of the Nanashi got shot by Ignace. They prepared their swords and ran after Ignace.
Jon's fears were confirmed as the Nanashi not only not slowed, but they ran towards him, swords held, and attempt to slash him.
"I don't see why that'd be a problem. Let me show you a neat trick!" Danny told Mio upon being told to run. From his pocket, he pulled out a gun that looked like a trumpet with the front replaced with a barrel for the bullets.
The Nanashi that got uppercut got up, but was weakened. It brandished its sword and prepared to counter Mio's next attack with a slash.
The blue electrical beam that Mikoto fired shot through the Nanashi. The sheer power of it caused some of the Nanashi near it to explode.
"Hup!" Danny fired several bullets at a few of the Nanashi, though they seemed to be unfazed by the bullets. However, there were red glowing dots where the bullets hit. "And now..." Danny got out something else, a brass circle. He clicked it onto the gun, making a proper trumpet. Putting it to his lips, he played the trumpet. To Mio and Mikoto, it played like a normal trumpet, but to the Nanashi, the sound began to evolve into a shrilling noise. It kept in intensifying until the Nanashi effected by the bullets exploded, as if the sound resonated throughout their body. "Aaaaw... Guess they didn't like my music..." Danny said with a brief frown, before he elicited a chuckle.
The Black Cross Members soon gain a telepathic message from their leader.
"My nameless company shall assist in locating the egg. I shall recruit a man into our ranks." The Black Cross King said.
He held his hand out. Near the defeated Gaia Memory user, a zipper materialized and unzipped, revealing a vast forest. As it unzipped, four black-suited monsters with fedoras came out. Two picked up the Memory user, while two more held Tommy gun-like weapons to fend off anyone who'd try to interfere.

When the creatures outright exploded, Mikoto was almost surprised. What were these things? All she could really tell was that they were some kind of monsters... That exploded when she sent an electrical current through them. Well, whatever. They were monsters threatening the people in this museum, and so she was going to stop them right here and now. That came first, finding out why they were here came second.
What surprised her more, really, is when Danny pulled out some kind of strange trumpet thing and made the creatures explode too. But for the moment that didn't matter. For the moment, she had other things to focus on.
One of the monsters lept for her. Mikoto sprang back, the sword slicing through the space she had just occupied moments before. Plenty had been taken out, but there were still more of them coming.
"Grrr...!"
Her right hand snapped up and a burst of blue electricity crackled from around her arm, channeling itself into the creature and causing it to erupt in flames.
Katsumi, GREATEST OFFICER IN THE MULTIVERSE! And Yui and Roxy and Todoroki
"Eh?!"
Whoa whoa whoa, where had these jokers come from?! One of those zipper rip things?! They definitely weren't Zyguard, and they definitely were dragging off one of the criminals! Katsumi didn't have much time, and she couldn't leave the other prisoner where they could just grab her, too... but she had a solution for that. Grabbing the monster by the handcuffs, she picked her up in one hand... drew back one leg... and kicked her. Oh, it wouldn't kill her, even if it'd hurt. What it would do is send the pegasus creature skidding across the sand away from the newcomers and towards some allies who could keep an eye on her. Spinning to face the trenchcoat and fedora-clad new arrivals, Katsumi put on a burst of speed to sprint towards them. Her route took her past her swords, and she drew one of them from the sand. It had a blue hilt and an unusually black blade.
"Out of the way, cannon fodder!" she cried, drawing her blade back in an attempt to sweep the guards aside so she could make a path to the ones who'd grabbed the criminal. The fact that they had guns or something did not really worry her.

"Well looks like the coast is clear...Oh wait no.." Lili said as she noticed some Nanashi walk past thier hiding place looking like they were searching for ..something. "Well that was weird..."
Asuka looked at her. "What was?"
"Those fishpeople are acting suspicious. We should check it out.." Lili said. "Or are you too scared?" She mocked Asuka.
"Me? Scared?" Asuka growled. "No freaking way. Yeah let's see what they are up to.."
The two then slowely got out of the closet and as silently as they could followed the Nanashi curiously.

"Before you say anything, I'm not going to let go of you. You'd probably do something stupid and be swarmed by fishmen. Better to stick with me. Say, want to meet my boss? He's the one that provided this lot."

Kamen Rider OOO was still transformed--untransforming in a dangerous location was simply... stupid. Thus, she was fully able to respond to the monsters as soon as they appeared: take advantage of Cheetah's speed, run, jump... and try and pummel her way through one in a flurry of kicks, to chase after the escaping Dopant. Even if that was more Shotaro's job than hers, letting a criminal suspect run away was a bad idea, pure and simple.

"Frak off ya xenos!" Ignace shouted at the Nanashi that were chasing after him. He fired another burst at them dropping one of the fishmen. Rounding another corner he slipped on a wet spot and slide into a wall dropping his lasgun. Trying to regain his barrings he notice the Nanashi coming towards him, the guardsman realised that he didn't have his lasgun 'Emperor protect,' what the only thing he thought dodging some of the Nanashi slashed 'can't get my sidearm I wish i had a sword,' one fish man swung and Ignace Knew he couldn't doge it. He held his arm to block it waiting to feel it but nothing happen, he look over to see his arm instead of the fleshy arm is now a sword. This revelation caused a brief moment of pause for both Ignace and the Nanashi with Ignace coming to his senses first, he quickly drew his pistol shooting the closes fishman between the eyes. The action cause the other Nanashi to resume there attack on the guardsman who with his new sword arm fought back.

Close to the large battleground, in an abandoned building, a black, crackling blob of light fell to the floor before the form of Zen-Aku appeared. He looked around "Seems like a normal place. He looked over to the miniature Pterodactylzord that was perched on his shoulder. "Scout the area." he ordered. It gave a quiet metalic shriek before taking off and flying out of the window. It swooped across the battlefield, watching the fights happening. Zen-Aku sat down with his morpher, a small screen came up to show him what the miniature zord could see. "Such strange creatures... And so aggressive..." he said. "Yet no sigh of the others. Continue scouting." he ordered. Perhaps if the Black Ranger were to grace the field, then his enemies would be drawn out. But he needed to wait for more information before doing so. Doing otherwise could compromise his situation.

Danny rested his trumpet on his shoulder as Mikoto took care of another Nanashi.
"My my, seems they keep comin'." Danny noted the steady onslaught of Nanshi. "Let's see how many we can drop." Danny prepared to fire, though a Museum tour guide ran to the three of them.
"Guys! Run! Can't you see we're under attack?" The tour guide said.
"Tch. Tch. Always tryin' to ruin our fun... Hey, Sparky, whatcha think? Should we head off or continually fry up some fishies?" Danny asked Mikoto.
Black Cross King
The Pegasus Phantom skidded back as Katsumi intended. The fedora-wearing mooks, however, were a bit more prepared. Although one of the mooks took the trip from Katsumi, another aimed his Tommy Gun at Yui and tried to fire, though by that time, he got kicked at least once before pulling the trigger on Yui.
The Black Cross King considered the possibility that he wouldn't be able to recruit the Foundation X member just yet. A simple inconvenience for him, but it beats having to personally interfere and allow Zyguard to be aware of his existence. The two Kuros were almost done carrying the Gaia Memory user through the zipper portal.

The Nanashi were fazed a bit by Jon's bullets, though it didn't effect them as much. One tried to swing their sword at him, but it was blocked by a single hand. Nicholas' hand.
"Yo! You alright?" Nicholas asked Jon. He struggled with the sword before two more Nanashi run him through with their own swords.

However, there were some Nanashi that were smart or lucky enough to avoid contact with the humans. These were the ones that Asuka and Lili were following. The Nanashi walked past the panicking humans who were running off from the other Nanashi attacks before stopping into a locked door. One of them tried bashing it in with it's sword, but all that did was dent it. Another tried to pry the door open. By that point, their luck ran out.
"H-hey! What are you doing there?" A guard asked the Nanashi. He pulled out a gun and tried to shoot them. A crowd of Nanashi shielded the Nanashi as it successfully pried open the door. The Nanashi entered the room, which began to show a faint glowing light exiting the door. Its brethren took the bullets and shrugged them off, proceeding to attack the guard.
Nanashi that Ignace is fighting
Some of the Nanashi were killed by Ignace's skilled fighting, though now he had to face the Bakeneko Ayakashi.
"Oi! Aren't ya armed to the teeth! Well, I'm armed as well!" The Ayakashi's claws grew out into giant armblades. "And my teeth are also armed!" He bared a grin and his fangs also grew. He ran towards Ignace and tried to slash downwards at him.
What the Pterodactylzord sees
It would fly over and notice the Black Cross King standing over the beach battlefield on a nearby cliff that was unseen in the battle. It would notice the Kuros and the Zyguard members fighting, as well as something that both the BCS and the combatants didn't see: a figure in a black robe standing from a far off cliffside, also looking at the battle.
Rachel, Yuuka, and Nepeta
Nepeta's defensive position proved fruitless as the Nanashi ignored them as they searched, only responding to them if they attacked. However, a Museum tour guide, this one male, ran up and held a golden gun that on first glance looked like the head of a dinosaur.
"Guys! This way! I'll hold them off!" The tour guide pointed to a door where other tourists were heading to. he loaded the gun with what seemed to be a battery.
GABURINCHO! ALLOMEEEEEEEERUUS!
And with that, the tour guide fired a stream of fire at the Nanashi, roasting them and keeping far away from them as possible as the gun chanted out VALOMA MUUUUUCHO! MERA MEEEEEERA! "Go, now!"
Danny rested his trumpet on his shoulder as Mikoto took care of another Nanashi.
"My my, seems they keep comin'." Danny noted the steady onslaught of Nanshi. "Let's see how many we can drop." Danny prepared to fire, though a Museum tour guide ran to the three of them.
"Guys! Run! Can't you see we're under attack?" The tour guide said.
"Tch. Tch. Always tryin' to ruin our fun... Hey, Sparky, whatcha think? Should we head off or continually fry up some fishies?" Danny asked Mikoto.
Black Cross King
The Pegasus Phantom skidded back as Katsumi intended. The fedora-wearing mooks, however, were a bit more prepared. Although one of the mooks took the trip from Katsumi, another aimed his Tommy Gun at Yui and tried to fire, though by that time, he got kicked at least once before pulling the trigger on Yui.
The Black Cross King considered the possibility that he wouldn't be able to recruit the Foundation X member just yet. A simple inconvenience for him, but it beats having to personally interfere and allow Zyguard to be aware of his existence. The two Kuros were almost done carrying the Gaia Memory user through the zipper portal.
Nicholas
The Nanashi were fazed a bit by Jon's bullets, though it didn't effect them as much. One tried to swing their sword at him, but it was blocked by a single hand. Nicholas' hand.
"Yo! You alright?" Nicholas asked Jon. He struggled with the sword before two more Nanashi run him through with their own swords.
Nanashi that Asuka and Lili are following
However, there were some Nanashi that were smart or lucky enough to avoid contact with the humans. These were the ones that Asuka and Lili were following. "...Well, you heard the nice man with the flamethrower~" Yuuka chuckled, completely at ease with the carnage around her, "that way we go~!"
Guiding her companions along with her, the flower youkai wondered what these creatures aim was. They weren't being targeted specifically, so they seemed to be avoiding those blatantly avoiding combat, which meant they weren't there for mass-murder (either of innocent civilians, or of their own ranks should they try and provoke her), which probably meant there was something here that they were searching for? Perhaps.
Well, regardless of their goal, Yuuka was only interested in making sure Rachel and Nepeta weren't harmed, for the moment. Let the mooks do whatever they like.

One of the monsters moved too close for comfort, causing the high-schooler to shriek with alarm and stumble backwards. That... was just a little surprising, that was all! It wasn't like she was scared or anything! Her shaking legs as she tried to stand was merely her body getting... getting used to this place's atmosphere... or something... totally.

Seeing the king, Zen-Aku sat down and thought. "A Monster, from the looks of him i'd say he's powerful. Maybe a General or Duke." he thought about his next course of action, attack him head on as Black Ranger would give him the information he needed. Then, falling back, he could use his Pterazord's holographic projector to make it look like Zen-Aku had jumped in to defeat the Black Ranger. This would gain some trust... Grabbing his morpher, he held it out in front of him. "STRIVE FOR FOREVER! STARFORCE TOGETHER!!!" he yelled, in a black flash of light, he re-appeared in his Black Starforce outfit. "Pterazord, we're going with infiltration plan Theta. Need pickup in 5 seconds." he said, running and jumping out of the window, as he began falling, the Pterazord swooped in bellow him, growing to full Zord size, he landed on the back of the zord and was carried across the battlefield, as they reached near him, it rolled and threw him onto the ground before rolling in front of the king. "Looks like you picked the wrong day to try and cause trouble." he said, holding up his morpher "Starforce Black Ranger, I suppose it's too much trouble to ask for you to give yourself up." his hand slowly reaching for his Star Blaster.

Having enough of standing back and letting her comrades do everything, she saw the opportunity to once again take action. Using the advantage of her hoverboard, she moved up higher to get a clearer shot the two Kuros dragging someone. She aimed and fired at the one to the left. Even if her shot didn't do anything, she hoped to buy some time for OOO or Katsumi to get to them before they entered the zipper.
"You think you can abscond under Roxy fucking Lalonde's watch? I'm like a hawk on the prowl for some rats, I'm swooping down on yo asses," She rambled on as she fired another few shots at the Kuro's, "Wait, shit, rats are nasty. Okay, Imma swoop down on the cute ass rabbit instead and I miiiiight not eat it."
Nepeta
The fact that the Nanashi were ignoring them didn't escape Nepeta's notice as she visibly relaxed and she continued to follow Rachel and Yuuka out. However, something was eating at the back of her mind as she nibbled at her bottom lip, being careful not to cut it with her fang-like teeth. She tugged at Yuuka's sleeve, furrowing her brows cutely, "AC wonders- I mean, I uh, is it really okay not to help?"
She glanced back at the ensuing chaos inside the museum. She didn't want to get in the way, but it didn't feel right to do nothing. How conflicting. Furthermore, she didn't want to leave her new companions either. What if something happened while she was gone? That would just be awful!
