Trinity is I hope under the radar, her powers are subtle and noninvasive

I see her tracking down dogs and cats that are lost; maybe a kid

On the side she'd send in evidence on killers pointing out things the cops missed or don't know about the killer

I get a Scarlet Witch vibe from her probability powers. Trinity's probably nowhere near Wanda's level but she definitely seems to be in a similar vein.

Anarchy seems like a fun guy. Unfortunately, in killing Superman, he has just got a lot of eyes on him. 100,000 worlds want to shake his hand, another 100,000 want his head on a platter and I imagine that some of them will be willing to pay for it. Especially since there is a splendiferously attractive, muscular, powerful, lacerating, obliterating, disembowling... Obliterating son-of-a-gun to pick up said paycheck for it.

So, when Superman isn't about, looks like the world will have to call on another Super Man... A Main Man, if you would.

@Double

Trinity's main ability is what she calls Witness and allows her to see into the past, her probability manipulation is out of her control and more of a defense than offense.

She's strong because she's a Meta but she's the noncombatant type and only fights when cornered

@mattmanganontechnically, it was Luthor that killed him. anarchy was just going to imprison him sans powers. So, if he's coming to collect Anarchy's head, Anarchy will show him body cam footage of the real target, and pay him a bonus for his arrest and extradition to another world.

@TheUnknowable Honestly, I don't think the body-cam will help. I don't think "Well, your honour, I will admit that I did shoot the man twice, but it was the other guy stabbing him that did it" stands up well in a court of law.

@mattmanganonEven when it shows you that the person offered him a chance to retreat or call a truce, showed the man he was armed and would defend himself, and the man still tried to attack him?

Trinity could go there and read the site and tell exactly who was the one who laid the killing blow

@RumikoOharaYou could also probably read the Krytonite blade or the buried ashes. We just need to get the blade from Luthor or dig up the urn.

@RumikoOharaIn fact, now that I think about it, she might have done work for Phoenix in the past or be an employee. That ability would be very useful in tracking criminals.

If you touch her while she is reading a place, person, or thing you'll be able to see and hear what she's seeing

Need to add that it probably works with her omnilingualism the same way and that her language ability is constantly on

@TheUnknowable I don't think any amount of explanation or context is going to convince anyone of Anarchy's innocence. Whether he dealt the killing blow or not, he still fired shots. He still let Luthor do the stabbing, and doesn't seem to be making any sort of effort to hunt the man down. And most of all, he still overthrew the government. That's not something most people can do and still claim to be the good guy. Anarchy is an Anti-Villain at best, a full-on Villain at worst. Not a Hero in the slightest.

I agree but lean towards the Anti-Hero

@RumikoOhara Anarchy isn't an Anti-Hero by a long shot. To break down the definitions:

Hero: Does the right thing, no matter the cost, even it means giving of themselves. Example - Superman, Batman

Anti-Hero: Pursues a heroic goal, and is an otherwise Heroic character that is willing to do shadier things to get the job done. Example - Red Hood, The Punisher

Villain: Pretty obvious. They're the villain, they probably have a selfsh goal of some kind and are willing to do anything to reach it. Example - Lex Luthor, The Joker

Anti-Villain: A form of villain whose end goal isn't evil in and of itself, but the means by which they try to achieve it are evil. Example - Sinestro (still wants to enforce galactic law but prefers using Fear over Willpower) or even Ultron (wants to "protect" human life by destroying it)

Anti-Hero and Anti-Villain are very similar on the surface. One way to tell them apart is that an Anti-Villain usually remains in denial and stubbornly insists they are the Hero even when it's clear they are not. Anti-Heroes rarely claim to be Heroes, mostly because they're more concerned with getting results than with what other people think of them.

Trinity doesn't care if she works for a confusing government as long as she can bring in those that murder the helpless

@DoubleI would say that by that definition Batman is an anti-hero. He doesn't always do things "by the book".

Anarchy's goal was to free people from theft, coercion, assault, slavery, murder, etc. especially when it was done by an organized group.

That is what the government was, at least in his view, which is why he began targeting government installations and exposing their crimes. When he was attacked by their soldiers, the Justice League, he fought back by joining with criminals and, in the process, was able to lessen the severity of their crimes. Sure, joining them wasn't right, but if he didn't he would be in Belle Reve, so he fought back.

His goal was to free people and save them from criminals, that just happened to include the government. He still protects people, only now it's as private security. He did dark things, helping criminals with minor crimes and counter-attacking the "heroes", but he did it to work towards his goal, and only as much as was needed to complete it.

@RumikoOharaNot a government. A security company in an anarchist society.

He doesn't collect tax, make laws, or enforce his views on others via police.

He gets paid by customers to rid them of criminals that are hurting them, their property, or their customers/customer's property. Only if they attempt harm, cause harm, or plan to harm will he arrest them, then sends them through a private court system in which he proves that what he Phoenix did was necessary to protect people.

Usually those criminals are super villains, as his fees are too high for run of the meal shoplifters. Others can handle them.
