I don’t want to get any messages saying, “I am holding my position.” We are not holding a Goddamned thing. Let the Germans do that. We are advancing constantly and we are not interested in holding onto anything, except the enemy’s balls. We are going to twist his balls and kick the living shit out of him all of the time. Our basic plan of operation is to advance and to keep on advancing regardless of whether we have to go over, under, or through the enemy.

That's definitely now a frontrunner. That, or he just trips and snaps his neck. Or the police unexpectedly arrive in Lasthope to arrest him for practicing medicine without a license, and he dies after decades in prison. Or he continues to flirt with Petra and she just kills him.

Petra is having a bit of fun and because she's the Muleskinner of this group she has to be careful about getting too close too quickly.

She is strangely in a society that is based on barter an democratic socialism; wealthy. Her mother's skills as a breeder and knowledge of how to train, breed and work: horses, mules, and oxen are a skill she's got her way with.

When you raise and train animals in a society so dependant on animals you usually have the best for yourself but that's because their mounts have private tutors 24/7. The Wintergardens live outside of town on a fortified ranch because there is no place large enough to be grazed by 4600 animals. then there is the noise of the dogs being bred for the sled and other professions

I hate not being able to run. I had to cut out all my fun calories and diet; if I can't burn them I'll be scouted by Sir Mix-a-lot's remake of baby's got back.

I want Icecream and it wants me...why oh why is this so freaking hard

@RumikoOhara I meant it more of a joke than anything else. I very sparingly have my characters get romantically involved in RPs, so I doubt I'll have Amir be legitimately interested in anyone here.
