"Oh no, Jung! You're dripping again! Yuck. Looks I gotta glue those two bits back together again.... Ah, scraps. All I have is duct tape. Welp. Guess it'll have to do..." -
Since the he was built in a shoddy garage and made purely out of spare parts gathered over the years, the bot 'Jung' has a list of problems that might arise. He might start leaking oil, making the ground slippery and flammable, his arm joints come loose when turning at a certain angles, and sometimes he even begins to make a loud whirring noise when his motors begin to get old. To name just a few. It is a wonder how he even works in the first place given all these problems. Though, because of the way he was built, it allows Jung to be repaired by almost anything.

Most people think that because the hulking robot responds to Bolt, it has a form of A.I. In reality, such technology is simply not possible. Even for the renown Alchemists and their near-boundless resources and expertise. Jung is simply detecting certain phrases and choosing from a script of responses. A sort of advanced form of 'voice command'. That alone is not special. But because of their extremely close bond together, Jung and Bolt have developed an extensive list of responses and commands over the years. With this, he can make Jung do seemingly complicated tasks with just a sentence or phrase.

Nuts, Bolts, and Wheels for Arms -
"Jung! We're gonna be late! Activate: Wheelie Mode!" -
The odd design of Jung's large arched forearms and small legs allow him duck down and semi-transform into a mobile bike. And with a harness grapple built into the robot, this allows the two to zoom up buildings much faster than normal. The plates around Jung's arms are extremely durable too, giving anything they drive into a big, whooping surprise. Bolt hasn't tested this himself, of course. But if the metal can deflect small arms fire, he's pretty sure it'll make a good ramming material. For all intense and purposes, the robot acts as a walking harness unit and personnel carrier. Max capacity of 1.

Because of the illegal nature of Catalyst powered energy, and the sheer cost, Jung and his family do what most other people do. Collect trash and fungus to turn into ethanol. He has learned the family 'secret', so his bio-fuel is a bit more potent than normal.

Appearance:
Cecil is a product of her environment. Despite some efforts made to maintain her appearance, her physical form leaves a bit to be desired. While she's not what one would call 'ugly' she's not exactly easy on the eyes either. She has several large scars running across her body, most notably on her left side on her abdomen that run between what remains of her leg and arm, and across her stomach. Of course, what most would first notice about her appearance is her left arm and leg have been almost entirely replaced with a 'Metal Jacket' or 'Jack'. The smooth black metal has functioned as her arm and legs ever since she was thirteen and experienced first hand the dangers of the 'Eclipse Zone'. Despite the low-quality of the metal and general low-tech functionality of them, she has sanded down and polished the once rough metal to be more sleek and to fit much better as to not hamper her ability to tinker and move.

Cecilia herself stands at five foot seven, and weighs roughly 152 lbs with her jacket (136lbs without, if they have been removed for whatever reason). and Her skin itself, is pale white, and her long white hair is usually kept clean as possible for one who lives in the slums of the outer rings. She typically dresses in fairly casual attire when not out diving or working, preferring comfortable though fashionable enough clothing for a resident of the outer ring. Doesn't like pants though, for obvious reasons. Difficult to fit around her jacket. When tinkering, diving, or otherwise heading out into the Eclipse Zone, she wears much more practical gear.

The Jacket in question seems to be made of a singular piece, though modified over time to be much less weighty and 'junker' looking. Made of smooth black metal starting at her left foot, the leg moves up to just above where her knee would be if she still had one. From there, it splits off into a 'Harness' of sorts, that curves alongside her hips and up to her waist where more of the black metal secures against her flesh on either side before traveling up her spinal area and branching off to her left arm, with numerous metal plates having fused with her flesh alongside her shoulders and other straps and metal fittings to make sure the Jacket fits properly and doesn't fall. Of course, most of this framework is typically hidden under her clothes. As for the mobility of it - after numerous tweaks and modifications, they function almost exactly as a normal human limb, though they still lack a tactile response.

Machine Eye
With a trained enough eye, one is able to determine how a machine or object roughly works simply from seeing it. While not really an in-depth understanding of it, but one develops a knack for understanding certain things. More of a skill that allows one to make 'Educated Guesses' about how something works based on previous experience. All machines usually work under the same basic principles, and understanding such a thing makes it easy to disable even ancient ones in Terra.

Metallum, Caro
While not exactly trained formally in the field of prosthesis and biology, she does have some understanding of how machine can work with flesh. She's lived with it for near ten years now, after all. She could theoretically likely find a way to do the same to someone else should they desire or lose a limb. This lends her a small understanding of biology and the medical fields. While she's no field medic, she could patch someone up a small bit.

Silent Running:
She's not a fighter. Well, she does have combat skills as far as some self defense and things go, but she'd much rather not put herself in such danger if she can help it. She can sneak past most human targets easily enough, despite her prosthesis. Inhuman creatures and things, she might have a bit of trouble with but that's a problem she's working on. She can run fairly quietly, and is fairly light and agile on her feet and able to move fairly easily.

"Ever work with Catalysts? Takes a special hand to make 'em, but oh boy are they nifty. Not that hard if you can take one and reverse engineer it. Unstable? Huh? That just makes them more fun to work with."
Catalyst Tech:
To supplement her machines, she's studied how to use Catalysts and make them, and use them for power. She doesn't use something like this often, as it is quite expensive as you might imagine and isn't something she does lightly, except for special projects. Entirely self-taught, by attempting to reverse engineer existing catalysts.

A rather special item she made to supplement her own forays into the Eclipse Zone. Likely her most advanced piece of tech, aside from her arms and leg. Highly illegal two own something that runs on an A-class catalyst of course, but when you're already a criminal that doesn't matter too much. She crafted it after several trials and attempts to make herself a suitable self-defense weapon and an item that could have uses for something other. The item itself has a sleek, black finish similar to her Jacket. Made so simply because of design and aesthetic choices. The haft is able to be broken down for easy storage.
Sys_Func_incl:
(Sys_BashStick): It doubles as a rather efficient melee weapon. Rather redundant in a world with guns, but its fairly effective at what it does, especially against other creatures out in the Eclipse Zone and sneak/surprise attacks. The weapon is made of pure metal, and extremely sturdy. Creative uses include using it for leverage to help brute-force a door. While she's not going to be fighting if she can help it, the halberd like weapon at least helps deter those in close range. The blade is less for attacking, and more for shoving it into small gaps between metal plates before delivering a paralyzing shock to a machines systems, but is used just as well for making one.
(Sys_Disrpt_Chrg): The weapon's main function, is that of a high powered stun baton is capable of producing an electrical current that runs along the entirety of its metal body. While not lethal to humans in its normal state, it creates a 'Shock' upon impact similar to that of a taser. Unguarded humans are definitely going to be feeling it. The output can be adjusted for high levels, at the cost of draining the Catalyst. Can be used to overload Electronics and disrupt machine functions, and other creative uses.

Metl_Jack(Arm_leg_Sys)
Well. She has metal arms and legs...why not get creative with them? Runs on an A-Class catalyst of course, with some heavy personal modifications. The core is located in a central spot in her jacket, on a space between her shoulder blades. Aside from being repairable and easily sacrificed should she find herself in a precarious situation, they currently don't have too many uses, she of course is always looking for more ways to add to their functionality.
Arm - Tech_Torch(Output_var): Simply put this allows her to use the ends of her fingers as a personal cutting torch with an adjustable power setting. Able to cut panels off of walls at its lowest setting, and able to melt someones face off at the highest setting. Mostly utility usage, but able to be used as an effective deterrent in a pinch.
Leg - Vectr_Chnge: Her left leg is able to produce 'burst' of energy outward from the heel. A more versatile ability than some might think, as it is strong enough to slow ones fall if used carefully. Able to assist in movement if used carefully, and getting hit with the blast is equivalent to a strong punch. Shouldn't be used to slow falls over four stories, as the user will still probably be in not so good shape

Hed_Expl
A modified pistol, designed to function with an A-Rank catalyst. Fires high-powered physical projectile. Low rate of fire, high accuracy and power.
"My goggles? Good for welding and eye protection. Made 'em able to see in the dark pretty well too! Not the best night-vision out there, but hey, better than having a torch. Probably. Usually. as long as y'know, they don't break. Always carry a backup."
Tech_Gog(Low_Ver)
A set of protective goggles to be used when welding or cutting metals with her arm. Protects from harsh light conditions and is able to have an adjustable low-light setting.

Standard Equipment:
"I got some flame bombs...explosives...couple of custom stuff. Need to stun a War-Forged? Heh, I got ya. Just press this button, throw, and anything that runs on electricity is gonna cry."
Proximity Mines/Grenades:
A grenade that unleashes a powerful disruptive electrical charge. Used as a grenade usually, but can be modified by pressing a button to switch to a 'proximity mine' mode. Comes in a variety of different uses. EMPs, Standard Explosive, Shrapnel, and Flash-bang. She can craft these fairly easily on the fly, with the proper materials.
Divers harness:
Standard Issued divers harness. Grappling hooks, etc. The standard fare. Has been modified slightly to work better with her Jacket.
Tech Gear:
A standard set of wire cutters, pliers, and other small tools kept in a bag around her waist for tinkering and other things. It's where she keeps most of her tools when not in use. Useful tools for any sort of tech work.

Personality:
Despite her somewhat maimed appearance and otherwise not exactly nice quality of life, Cecil is a friendly soul. Perhaps a bit odd to most people in this sprawling dark metropolis, but for whatever reason Cecil keeps a friendly and otherwise non-hostile demeanor to most people. Of course, she just doesn't understand why people themselves upset, down, or let themselves get down by needless trivialities. She herself, always keeps her eyes on that supposed tower in the horizon, and moves forwards. She is ever curious about anything she can see and get her hands on, and always loves to learn how things tick, or to make them better. Has a bit of a mischievous streak in her, and will jokingly hand someone a live explosive or otherwise joke about such things.

Of course, she isn't a complete little ball of sunshine. While she does have an intense curiosity about her, she has trouble actually caring about other people. If anything, while she will have a friendly chat and make 'friends' with just about anyone...truthfully, she couldn't care less about them. Perhaps it was from a young age and some trauma or something, but she in fact, does not like most people. She'd prefer to spend her time among the ruins of the old world, fixing machines and discovering their secrets than hanging around with people. If, perchance, she could learn something about a machine or other piece of technology at the cost of human life - she wouldn't hesitate.

To her, human life is secondary above her desire to learn about machines and how they work.

Cecilia lost her parents when she was thirteen. Job occupation? Illegal divers. Runs in the family, really. Her parents did it, and so did her grandparents, and great-grand parents supposedly. Not that she ever met any of them. Illegal diving was often dangerous as was it rewarding. If it wasn't the monsters or beasts out there beyond the relative safety of the city, it was the environment itself fighting against you.

She herself, was lucky to be alive. If it wasn't for a team of sanctioned divers happening upon the scene that had a first-rate field medic with them, she wouldn't be alive to day. Lost an arm and a leg, but alive at least. This might have deterred others from such an occupation, but Cecil? Well, she loved it. She couldn't just not do it. After recovering, the leader of the team that took her in raised her as his own. It wasn't a perfect life, considering just how bad they had it in the slums but it was fun, nonetheless. She focused on her tinkering and building skills, and she made constant trips to the Eclipse Zone without his knowledge.

When She finally got old enough to make her own way, well, she's still out there and still find the Eclipse Zone much more to her liking than the crowded streets of the city. She jumps at any chance to explore it.

"The Baron hears everything..." ~ Kane is known for his connections in the Outer Ring, his old stomping ground. He's a master of knowing secrets while keeping his own.

"If you ever see Baron afraid, run, because it probably isn't human." ~ Kane is known for his cunning and relaxed personality. Being a former gang leader, Kane is used to being in control and always planning ahead, it's rare to catch him off guard. He's one to acknowledge his own fears, but persist despite them. Kane's probably haunted by his own sins more than anything else the world can throw at him.

Personality:
Cold, cunning, ambitious, all words that frame the picture, "The Baron," Kane, has created for himself. Kane isn't one to tell much about himself, because in his line of work, keeping secrets was everything. Kane has a quite reserved social nature, but he's always alert and observing. And he hates being late or having to wait on people. Loyalty is held in high regards by Kane, a prominent value in his former gang, The Crows. The most defining aspect of Kane though, would have to be his ambition. He's a man with goals, who's adamant about following through with them.

Short History(Optional):
Most of what people know about the Baron's past is rumors that he has neither confirmed or denied. Some say he's an orphan from the Outer Rings while other claim he's a demon from the Abyss. Kane's been hustling since he was old enough to pickpocket and commit petty thievery. He's had a clear goal in mind ever since he saw a Lord in person, Kane wants nothing more than to retire to a life of luxury and relaxation, and for that he needs money. Being the cunning, ruthless man that he is, the Baron began to sell something more powerful than cash or lifted purses, he sold secrets. Over the years he created a network of people who knew how to get information, Kane had a heavy hand in the workings of the black market and had a nice stake of territory for himself and his gang, The Crows, by the time he was a teenager. His years as a gang leader went without a hitch, until he met her. Falling in love was never one of Kane's goals, but it happened, and people found out. Soon enough Baron had a woman and a child, who he fiercely protected, but it also made him weak. So when they were slaughtered in front of him over a long-standing territory disagreement, it's no wonder he disappeared afterwards, leaving The Crows leaderless. Kane has been laying low, presumably plotting against the rival clan that took his wife and son, but now he's back, with plans of becoming a Diver? One thing is obvious, some way, no matter what sins he might commit, there will be a reckoning for the murder of his family.

Miscellaneous: This is an odd one but Kane has this tic where he constantly needs to keep his hands clean. He'll normally carry around a small bottle of antiseptic around with him and wash them occasionally. When prompted as to why he does it, he dodges the question. Kane is also an avid smoker and drinker.

Physical Description:

Isaac stands 6’3” and weighs roughly 200 Lbs. of strong able bodied man. He keeps his dark brown hair short but scruffy and normally has some facial hair but tries to keep it shaved. He has several long scars across his body from both diving accidents and from injuries suffered on the streets. His appearance like most is rough, for example the old trench coat he wears is torn and stitched in several places with the odd bit of metal here and there for armor.

Personality:

To say Isaac is a bit protective isn’t entirely correct, he has a heart of gold when it comes to orphan children and is protective of them and those few he considers friends. However, he will be friendly towards others but will hold off on calling them friends till he feels they are worth trying to spend time on being friends. He can be quiet at times or very vocal, normally he won’t try to take control of a group or anything but will be pushy to make sure he gets his fair share.

No like this it’s easier this way: Isaac is a natural engineer and tinkerer, normally finding new and more efficient ways for things to work, build, or repair. This allows him to add to, repair, and swap out components on his armor to make the most of a Catalyst.

Magpies of the outer ring: The orphans he cares for and trains, to steal and scavenge, often bring him strange things. Most things are junk or just look cool to the kids, but occasionally they bring him something good or something he can use with his things.

Been on my knees 6 but gotten up 7 times: he can get hit and keep going, his suit and even himself is modified to be strong and resilient and normally can take a few good hits before faltering. This is not to say he’s invincible, he just has grater pain tolerance than most and the things he builds can weather the storm.

To hell and back: Isaac has a knack for keeping his composure in even the worst situations, whether it be during an interrogation or in the middle of a bloody shootout. You can count on him to keep a level head and keep everyone as safe as he can.

- Extra food rations. Tries to get the unflavored ones, all you have to get over is the texture.
- Water collection unit. Dehydration ain't no joke.
- Repair and armor modification kit. Sometimes things wear out or something better comes along.
- Echo-box modified. Works better in the helmet.
- Hand held welder and plasma cutter. For those hard to get through areas.

Specific Modifications:
- Armored catalyst back pack. The power source that brings life to the whole deal.
- 4 shoulder mounted torches.
- Air purification system. A gas mask that takes out most pollutants if any exists and notify the wearer of any abnormal airborne substances.
- Exoskeleton support system. An array of assisted mechanical servos and joints to assist the wearer with movement and strength.
- Auto tint lenses. To block out harmful radiation when welding.
- Integrated Exo-Rigg with stronger tension scaling wires to support the user while climbing.
Weapons:
- Climbing ax’s, used both offensively and as an aid while climbing he’s very handy with them.
- Damaged arcane pistol, it would do more damage if it wasn’t damaged itself and it needs to charge before every shot but at least he doesn’t need to worry about ammo.
- Collapsible shield, the shield although riddled with damage is very useful when it comes to protecting oneself and it collapses into a neat long piece of metal that fixes itself very nicely to the back.

Short History:
Growing up wasn’t that interesting for him, grew up in an orphanage after his mother disappeared and his father died while diving. He grew up with the other orphans, fought with them, struggled with them, laughed with them, and lived with them. Eventually when he turned 15 he began to drop down into the eclipse, divers they were called. Sometimes sanctioned but mostly it wasn’t. He did this for a good reason, he was running an orphanage with the other orphans he called his family, and he was the major bread winner in their broken and jarred family. This isn’t something he tells a lot of people, and they try to stay neutral with all the local gangs while teaching the orphans they house about how to live and survive on the streets.

He tends to collect anything that can be used as a toy for the kids or if it’s something he thinks they might like. It should also be noted that the children he takes care of refer to him as Papa bear.
