Background
The Titans were a Branch of the Justice League originally run by Batman, to complete missions for the league and help maintain peace on the western coast on the U.S, as well as scope out future League members. 5 years ago half of the original Titans were killed saving the world from certain doom. The team was facing off against Trigon the Lord of Madness, who sought to end the world his daughter Raven, a member of the titans had become so fond of. The battle was long, and destroyed much of San Francisco and completely annihilated Titan’s tower. After emerging victorious, at a great cost, the League agreed the team be left disbanded until a time came when a new team was to be established. That time is now.

Six months ago, Slade Wilson, otherwise known as Deathstroke murdered Green Arrow in cold blood, making him the number one target of the league. Recently, the League has become overwhelmed with responsibilities, having an army of villains and enemies constantly seeking their downfall, as well as trying to keep The Tamaranians from declaring war on earth. Due to the overwhelming circumstances, the League has brought back the junior team for its second incarnation with main goal of bringing Deathstroke to justice. Nightwing, now a member of the Justice League has been put in charge of the new team of junior heroes, to guide them as they prove themselves worthy of joining the league and hunt the most wanted super villain alive.



Premise:
This RP will follow the second incarnation of the titans. The events of this mainly based on an RP I was apart of a little under a year ago. Rather than undo and revamp the story to try and relive a really great RP, I’ve decided to try and use it as fuel for the next RP making it the background story for this one. Once this gets started, I can better elaborate on what’s happened so far in this world.

I’m looking for a small group of 4-6 people to start a new group of titans to have their own adventures and partake in a story-line I’ve crafted. The roster of heroes is still not set, as I wanted everyone to have options, I’ve come up with a list of characters from the Titan’s roster over the years for possible characters. Of course creating your own is an option as well. If someone is interested in playing the bad guy role, that is also available.

Need a bad guy? I would gladly put forth my interest for that and this rp in general.

I'll be playing the role of Nightwing, as well as Deathstroke. I do intend for the team to fight other villains as well, which is where the options lay. Multiple characters are allowed if you want to play one of each as well.

Do you expect the tone to be on the dark side of things?

It doesn't have to be consistently dark like a batman comic, but there will be some darker tones to the story. At the start at least, the team should be relatively happy, as their being scouted for the league and their in the early part of their superhero career.

Some characters have altered histories as this is a separate timeline entirely. For instance Bruce Wayne married Helena Bertinelli (Huntress) who is now deceased. I'll include a more detailed outline of the League's status in the OOC. Though I want to focus on Titans team, the League will available for Npc use, as well as in your background for mentor purposes and such.
