The Speed Force is a vaguely defined extra-dimensional energy force from which most superspeed-powered heroes draw their powers. The Speed Force serves as the ultimate measure of velocity. Velocity is often referred to in terms of barriers: Sound barrier, Light barrier, Time Barrier, Dimensional Barrier, and finally the Speed Force Barrier. Bart Allen is the very source and creator of the Speed Force,and generates it with every step he takes. For this very reason, he is unaffected if any other speedster tries to steal or drain his speed. Bart Allen is the fastest of the Flashes, and is arguably one of, the fastest beings to have ever existed. He is currently fast enough to easily break all of the barriers and even enter the Speed Force itself, and is one of the few people to have ever escaped from it. He does not often go beyond Mach 10, as speeds above that level are catastrophic to the environment. To this extent, Bart can most likely reach any speed he can imagine, and more.
◼ SUPERHUMAN SPEED:
Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. Conduits are connected to the barrier and accumulation of all Speed known in their universe. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. Older speedsters have a reduced but maxed speed of 770mph which is just below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. Speedsters in their prime can travel at much faster speeds such as the max level of recorded aided speed on Earth and even reach the speed of light with enough willpower. It is possible for conduits to travel much faster than the speed of light however such levels require an incredible amount of stress. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident.
◼ SUPERHUMAN AGILITY:
Bart is incredibly agile, able to change direction immediately. This allows him to make sharp turns on city streets without sliding or losing his balance, and helps him leap farther and higher while running.
◼ SUPERHUMAN REFLEXES:
Bart's increased speed also augments his reaction time, allowing him to react to danger and events far faster than a normal human. When shot in the neck on his blindside, Bart was able to catch the bullet and minimize the damage before it could fully penetrate his skin.
◼ SUPERHUMAN ENDURANCE:
Bart's body can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress, and his body's enhanced stamina allows him to function much longer than a normal human without getting tired or weak. Bart is able to recover from attacks and exertion much quicker than normal humans. While his durability is no greater than before, he has been able to withstand being struck with Weather Wizard's lightning, with him only being stunned for several minutes, as well as only being stunned by Grodd's strength.
◼ ACCELERATED PERCEPTION:
Bart's speed also extends to his senses and mental capacities, able to take in information and process it just as fast. This allows Bart to see the world as if it is in slow motion, which combined with his physical speed lets him think, perform actions, react to events, long before a normal human around him could even perceive them.
◼ RAPID CELLULAR REGENERATION:
Bart has dramatically heightened healing capacities. This is caused by his body's molecules moving at accelerated rates, causing the chemical reactions responsible for metabolism to mend and even restore any damages much quicker and efficiently than regular humans. His body can heal itself in hours or days with little to no treatment or therapy. After breaking his wrist while testing his new-found speed, Bart made a full recovery within three hours with no lingering effects or even signs of it having happened. Even normally permanent damage to his body, like becoming a paraplegic, will completely repair itself within days. His body also has a heightened resistance, if not immunity, to any sickness, disease, toxins, and poisons. Normal drinking does not affect him consuming a special 500 proof alcohol only intoxicated for a few seconds. Similarly, when injected him with 2,000 milligrams of horse tranquilizer, Bart was only momentarily slowed down until he burned through it. Further testing of Bart's body has speculated that this augmented metabolism is drastically reducing his aging process while likewise extending his health and longevity.
◼ CELLULAR VIBRATION:
Bart has the ability to vibrate some or all of his cells and overall parts of his body on command for various effects. His bodily control can vibrate his entire body to mask his form from others clearly perceiving it and distort his vocal cords to disguise his voice. Similar, he can vibrate his cells fast enough to forcibly expel any toxins that do manage to affect him. He can vibrate at varying frequencies and with different levels of force, allowing him to create small tremor-like effects on any object or person he touches. Later learning how to vibrate all the cells in his body at the same frequency as air, Bart can allow himself to seamlessly pass through any solid target unfazed. His can also choose which matter he phases together with him as he phased Iris and Joe both in and out of moving vehicles.
◼ FORCE GENERATION:
Through Bart's ability to accelerate his movements, he can generate great amounts of physical forces through kinetic energy and friction, allowing him to overpower regular humans with little to no effort. Through generation of his accelerated momentum, he can propel himself through the air and create substantial frictional force with any object he comes into contact with, able to jumped over 15 feet in the air. The friction from his speed can also cause extreme heat and set objects ablaze. Alternatively, his enhanced speed lets him channel the force into powerful strikes, often propelling targets several feet. Bart has an increased level of strength added to his body which he can impart in different ways. He can strengthen each and every move he makes however this requires attention and stress for each movement and therefore is almost never used. In most cases Bart can focus the Speed Force's extra-dimensional energies into one massive punch. The force he generates can even produce sonic blasts with his strikes, enough to disable a meta-human who could become as strong and hard as steel. Similarly, Bart is able to hurl a bullet from his hand with enough force to penetrate a powerful barrier and still pierce clean through a person.
◼ VORTEX GENERATION:
Using his speed, Bart can control air flow on all levels by moving through them fast enough and create vacuums. He can suffocate people by creating a strong vortex around them by running around them. He can spin his arms at the speed of a tornado to remove air from fire and extinguish it and repel targets away. For larger scale feats, he can completely removing the physical force from massive tidal waves and stabilize a giant singularity by running back and forth or in a circle.

In times of crisis when the other leaders of the Justice League have been indisposed, Bart has managed to keep the remaining team together and lead it well. Rose Wilson is a thin, tall, muscular woman with fair skin. Her eye is a brilliant greenish-blue. She only has her right eye, because the left was damaged by during her youth by Wade DeFarge. Due to her abilities and injury, the left eye is 'blind', rendering it white and pupil-less. Rose wore a white eye patch over the missing eye in her youth, but will only cover her eye now if necessary for covert or subtle affairs. Described by many as attractive, she has jarring silver hair inherited from her father's genetic mutations that is long and reaches her mid-back. In terms of clothing, Rose generally can be found wearing her 'Batgirl' armor when on a mission but off-duty prefers to relax in shorts and tank tops. She can dress up when needed but prefers to dress comfortably.

In this universe, Rose Wilson is the daughter of Slade Wilson and Nyssa al Ghul. She was raised by her mother in Gotham, until Nyssa’s death when Rose was 14. Afterwards, Rose was put into foster care until her foster parents were killed by the second Ravager. Rose was then trained by her father, Deathstroke who had her best Ravager and take his mantle as her own. Rose turned to being a hero after her father set her up to die. Travelling the world, Rose eventually returned to Gotham where she has become dubbed ‘Batgirl’ by the media.

The origins of Rose Wilson begin in Gotham, several years before she was born with the man by the alias of the Batman.
During the course of the Batman’s career, he had faced many formidable foes, although none took the same kind of interest in Gotham’s Dark Knight as Ra’s Al Ghul. The Demon’s Head of the League of Assassins, Ra’s Al Ghul held far more international influence than any of Batman’s regular rogue gallery. However, despite how wide-spread the Demon’s plans were, the Detective had always managed to stop him at every turn, earning the respect of Ra’s and the affections of his eldest daughter, Talia.
Putting the Dark Knight through a series of tests, Ra’s awaited the Detective’s anticipated success. When he was not disappointed, the Demon’s Head offered the Batman his daughter’s hand in marriage and his rightful role as Ra’s own successor as the Demon’s Head. However, Batman refused and escaped Nanda Parbat leaving both Ra’s and Talia scorned.
However, Ra’s youngest daughter, Nyssa Raatko al Ghul, discovered the existence of a man who had bested the Bat in combat, the mercenary known as Deathstroke. Nyssa tracked the mercenary to Cambodia where he was celebrating a recent victory within a brothel. Seducing the mercenary, Nyssa laid with Slade Wilson, shortly after becoming pregnant with his child. Earnest to earn her father’s respect and usurp her sister’s inheritance, Nyssa announced her pregnancy and stated the father to be a man who had bested the Batman.
Enraged at her half-sister, Talia made an attempt on Nyssa’s life, prompting the younger woman to flee her home in Nanda Parbat. Returning to Cambodia, Nyssa took the alias of Lillian Worth, hiding among the brothel she had met Deathstroke at while nursing the child growing inside her.
Eventually, Ra’s grew curious about the man who had supposedly defeated the Batman. Locating the mercenary, Ra’s hired Deathstroke to pursue Nyssa. However, Talia had her own private guard follow Deathstroke, ordering them to eliminate both when the mercenary discovered the location of her sister.
Discovering the pregnant woman, Deathstroke moved to extract her when the brothel came under attack of Talia’s elite guard, the Nagini. Escaping into the jungles of Cambodia with Nyssa, the Nagini left no witnesses to their attack as they exterminated everyone within the brothel.
For the next two weeks, Deathstroke led Nyssa through the jungle as he defended her from attacks of the Nagini until finally the pair managed to escape Cambodia. Deathstroke took Nyssa to the one city on Earth where he knew she would be safe from the reach of Talia and Ra’s al Ghul, Gotham City.

However much like herself, the child was not safe to use her given name and thus was given another, Rose Melisandre Wilson, in honor of her father’s surname.
Gotham City provided a safe home for Nyssa and her child. While the city was forever under the vigilant eyes of the Batman, Slade Wilson had also assigned his personal confidant, William Wintergreen to watch over Nyssa and her child. But it was Wintergreen’s presence in Gotham that eventually attracted the attention of Deathstroke’s enemies.
Despite the fact that Deathstroke had denied himself any interaction with his daughter, one of his enemies determined her identity and set out to use Rose against her father. Attacking Wintergreen and leaving him for dead, a rival by the name of Ravager invaded Nyssa’s home, killing her as a message for Slade and abducting fourteen year old Rose before Deathstroke had a chance to intervene.
With Wintergreen out of commission, Slade was begrudgingly forced to seek the help of Gotham’s Dark Knight, and pair reluctantly worked together to rescue Rose. While the Dark Knight and the Terminator sought Rose’s location, the Ravager tortured the young girl, broadcasting the torture to Slade’s personal network.
While he tortured Rose, the Ravager revealed to Rose that Deathstroke was her father and when Rose refused to look at the images he presented her of Slade and her mother in Cambodia, the Ravager took her eye. Eventually growing bored of torturing the teenager, Ravager delivered a direct invite to Deathstroke, telling him exactly where to come to save his daughter.
Pretending to be lured into the Ravager’s trap, Deathstroke arrived as instructed while the Batman infiltrated the location undetected, extracting Rose, allowing Deathstroke to defeat and unmask the Ravager. Discovering the man to be a rival by the name of Wade DeFarge, Slade executed the man so that the secret of his daughter died with him.
With Rose safe, Deathstroke had Wintergreen prepare a proper funeral for Nyssa only to discover the body was gone. Knowing Rose’s mother was in the hands of her father, Deathstroke turned Rose over to the Batman so that she could be placed in foster care where neither he, nor Wintergreen, nor Nyssa would know so she could be safe. Relocating the girl to New York City, Rose was placed in the care of Marvin and Nichole Madison.

Knowing Rose’s mother was in the hands of her father, Deathstroke turned Rose over to the Batman so that she could be placed in foster care where neither he, nor Wintergreen, nor Nyssa would know so she could be safe. Relocating the girl to New York City, Rose was placed in the care of Marvin and Nichole Madison.

Life with the Madisons was good for Rose as she began to regain some normality to her life after her abduction at the hands of Wade DeFarge. But the psychological trauma had been done, despite the potential the girl showed, she was prone to violence and at times, unstable. The physical trauma suffered had awoken her latent meta-gene which only further added to her instability.

Warning Nyssa not to interfere in his business again, Slade left Nanda Parbat and returned to New York where he resumed training Rose. The pair continue to carry out contracts together and Slade gives Rose her first solo mission when a contact from his pasts reaches out to Slade to request protection. Assigned to the side of Doctor David Isherwood, Rose grows fond of the doctor, harbouring a crush on the older man while learning the complicated history between Isherwood, or ‘Ish’ and her father.
Ish was the man behind much of Deathstroke’s equipment and for a short while, a hero in his own right until he was forced out of it. Encountering the odd hero, Rose often butted heads due to her use of lethal force, though she would often relent while working with others.
As her network on contacts grew, Rose was the first choice to take on missions that were often swept under the rug due to not being in the public eye. Missions that other heroes were afraid to get into, Rose wasn’t afraid to dive into the seediest underworlds in order to complete a mission.
It was her penchant for this that eventually brought her into direct conflict with her father as Rose ended up on the opposite side of a mission against her father. After a long and bloody conflict, Rose managed to gain the upper hand against Deathstroke and when the opportunity presented itself, Rose did something that Deathstroke never anticipated she would.
She took the kill shot.
Killing Deathstroke brought a form of closure to Rose. There was serenity in knowing he would never be able to hurt her again. Departing the United States, Rose spent numerous years in South America engaging in guerilla warfare against the local cartels before moving abroad and chasing down human trafficking rings through Europe. After several years, Rose finally returned to her first home, Gotham City.

It didn’t take Rose long to begin to attract the attention of Gotham’s other residents. And while Batman himself may as well have sent a ‘Cease and Desist’ letter to Rose, the new Batgirl managed to find an alley in the like-minded Batwoman. Much like the Batman, the Batwoman didn’t take kindly to another treading on her motif and eventually, the two came to blows while tracking the same spree killer. Fighting to a draw, an agreement was born and the two brought the man to justice alongside one another.
It was after this that Rose received her invitation into the Birds of Prey, a team of similar vigilantes put together by the Batwoman. While Rose’s priority remains to keep her head above the troubled waters in Burnside, she always remains ready to reluctantly assist the Birds when the team is called together.

As part of her enhanced mental capacities, Rose has latent psionic tendencies and is able to communicate telepathically with those she bonds with. Furthermore, this grants her immunity to having her mind invaded or controlled by other telepaths and in particular her brother Joseph.
◼ PRECOGNITION | Rose's powers include limited precognition. She is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to 'see' her opponent's next moves, mainly when her adrenaline is running. Rose is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to "see" her own immediate future, although her visions come and go. These precognitive abilities may blossom into much more in the future.

◼ FULL PRECOGNITION | One of my ideas for Rose's character evolution is that her abilities continue to grow with her. Eventually, I'd like to be able to have her precognition blossom into a much more active ability, allowing her to see the future and almost act as a prophet for any potential team or ally, angling them into a more proactive position rather than the currently reactive position most heroes have against crime.
◼ TELEPATHY | Another ability I'd like to be able to have Rose develop is that of telepathy. I've laid the seeds, but I would love to see her eventually come into her own command of her psionic abilities, starting with full telepathy. With this ability, and my desire to see her lead a team of her own, she'd be able to make an excellent field coordinator.

◼ THE BATGIRL OF BURNSIDE | There's a new hero in town and the media have dubbed her Batgirl. Stepping on the toes of other established heroes, Rose Wilson has decided to take a piece of the Gotham pie for herself, Batman and Batwoman be damned. She's a new breed of firmer, harder hero and she's here to dish out some vigilante justice the criminals of Gotham won't soon walk off. But punching your way to answers won’t do any good when an arsonist starts causing trouble in Burnside and no one can get a good look at him, or her.
◼ SUCKER PUNCH | Sometimes a girl just wants to stay home and enjoy a nice whiskey on the rocks, other times vampires attack the city. When the undead appear in Gotham, Rose quickly finds herself overwhelmed prompting her to call in some backup.
◼ BATGIRL: WANTED | When a notorious crime-lord is found dead, all clues point to the Batgirl. But she's innocent, she swears (No really, have you heard this girl speak? She swears a lot!). It's up to Rose and any friends she has left to prove her innocence and bring the real killer to justice.
◼ CAN'T TAKE A HIT | Burnside is awash in drugs, the latest of which seems to be a cocktail of Gotham's favourites. A mix of Joker's Giddy Laughing Gas, Scarecrow's Thrill and Bane's Venom, has the population hopped up on a high they aren't ever coming down from. How's Batgirl supposed to get some answers if no one can feel their face?
◼ UNWORTHY | Realizing her daughter has become the Batgirl, Nyssa enlists the aid of Lady Shiva to test her daughter’s martial progress. As Burnside suddenly finds itself flooded in ninjas, Batgirl is forced to face them alone when her allies are unable to assist.
◼ SOME DAYS YOU CAN’T GET RID OF A BOMB | With Rose’s location known to the al Ghuls, Talia sends her own heir to Gotham to challenge Rose. While her niece is distracted, Talia sets in motion a terrorist attack that threatens not only all of Burnside, but all of Gotham.

◼ SUCKER PUNCH | Sometimes a girl just wants to stay home and enjoy a nice whiskey on the rocks, other times vampires attack the city. When the undead appear in Gotham, Rose quickly finds herself overwhelmed prompting her to call in some backup.
◼ BATGIRL: WANTED | When a notorious crime-lord is found dead, all clues point to the Batgirl. But she's innocent, she swears (No really, have you heard this girl speak? She swears a lot!). It's up to Rose and any friends she has left to prove her innocence and bring the real killer to justice.

A mix of Joker's Giddy Laughing Gas, Scarecrow's Thrill and Bane's Venom, has the population hopped up on a high they aren't ever coming down from. How's Batgirl supposed to get some answers if no one can feel their face?
◼ UNWORTHY | Realizing her daughter has become the Batgirl, Nyssa enlists the aid of Lady Shiva to test her daughter’s martial progress. As Burnside suddenly finds itself flooded in ninjas, Batgirl is forced to face them alone when her allies are unable to assist.
◼ SOME DAYS YOU CAN’T GET RID OF A BOMB | With Rose’s location known to the al Ghuls, Talia sends her own heir to Gotham to challenge Rose. While her niece is distracted, Talia sets in motion a terrorist attack that threatens not only all of Burnside, but all of Gotham.

◼ BATSUIT | For the time being, this is the best visual representation of Rose's Batsuit. However I do picture it using the cape from this one and a cowl more based on this design. In terms of colours, I see Rose's Batsuit has having orange instead of yellow and being a combination of black and navy blue instead of the grays that the Batfamily are usually fond of.
The suit itself combines Rose’s usual armory with some basic gadgets and elements of the Ikon Suits worn by Jericho, Isherwood and Deathstroke. This means that the suit compliments Rose’s impressive physical prowess while allowing her to carry what she would need on a regular basis. As a standard armament, Rose carries four handguns and two short swords. This can be changed depending on the needs of the situation if she has time to prepare for a fight.
While Rose has been using a proto-type designed by Ish, he’s currently in the progress of updating the design in order to rectify some of its flaws. The new costume will be designed to adapt to different situations. In its base configuration, ‘Covert’ the suit appears as nothing more than elaborate biker wear, once Rose activates ‘Pursuit’ mode however, the suit modifies itself, deploying the cowl’s ears, the cape and other armaments. Most notably is the appearance of the Bat-symbol on Rose’s chest as becomes visible. The last stage is the ‘Knightmare’ stage, in this mode, Rose’s cowl closes over her mouth, the ears extending taller and her visor ignites in a red glow. Her cape nearly doubles in length, surrounding her body as several armor plates move and realign to give Rose an overall more demonic look.
This suit is planned to be introduced upon the completion of ‘Batgirl: Wanted’.

The influx of youth however has brought along numerous recreational drugs causing Gotham’s scum to follow and peddle their wares. Tuesday, October 30ST - 10:33 PM | Miramundo Rainforest - Chalatenango
The forest was eerily quiet. All that could be heard was the rumble of the convoy making its way slowly down the overgrown roads. The sobs of several women hung in the back, a particularly loud cry was cut off by a yelp, the echo of flesh on flesh rang out through the mist-laden forest. Normally, they would be free to travel the roads, but recently a she-devil, a costumed bruja had been cutting into their shipments. Just last week, three convoys were stopped, their contents escaped and returned back to their families and loved ones in the United States. Normally the capes didn't bother with the operations of the Jaguar, but for some reason, somehow they had caught the eye of this one.
Extinguishing a cigarette on the dashboard of the truck, the driver sat back in his seat attempting to relax before he shot up straight as a board. His foot slammed the brakes to the floor, the convoy skidding to a stop while the truck behind was forced to swerve to avoid rear-ending the first. Shrieks came from the back of both vehicles as the women inside were tossed around by the sudden jerking movement. Before the driver could even undo his seat-belt, the butt of a rifle was tapping on his window before the door was angrily hauled open.
"Why de 'ell did you stop!" The dark skinned man yelled at him as the driver meekly pointed towards a large tree felled across the road. Swatting a mosquito that had landed on his neck, the other man's lip curled up in disgust before he put his hand to his mouth and whistled.
"Alright, get de saws." He ordered, two other men climbing out of the back of the truck while he circled behind it. The assault rifle in his hands pointing from woman to woman as he shone the tactical flashlight into the back, a clear warning to those inside. Anyone attempting to escape would be killed, or worse.
The silence of the night was quickly broken by the roar of chainsaws as the two men powered up the tools and approached the tree. Bending down to begin at the stump, one of the men stumbled backwards in surprise, noticing the fresh cuts to the trunk, the tree hadn't been felled by natural means. Turning to call to the others, barely a word made it out of his mouth before the blade of energy sword burst through his chest. Live current running through his body as he slumped to the ground unconscious.
Unable to hear the struggle of his companion over the sound of his own saw, the other man didn't even notice the woman dressed in black and orange as she raised a gun towards him and fired the tranquilizer dark without even looking. Dropping to the ground, the saw disengaged as the other man joined his partner in a very deep slumber.
Noticing the sudden lack of noise, the leader of the group poked his head out from behind the truck before he called towards the first driver.
"Is it too much to hope, de idiots already cleared de tree." He spat venomously. Firing into the air to give off a warning, he walked forward. "This isa de night you die bruja."
A soft thud could be heard from behind the man, catching him off guard as the woman spoke.
"I don't fuckin' think so." The man was blown off his feet as the woman raised her gun, firing a single rocksalt round into his chest from a special modification. Watching his boss fly to the ground, the driver turned to run while the other men quickly climbed out the truck, scrambling for their weapons.
Rose Wilson, the Ravager.
Formerly a Teen Titan, forever damned to be the daughter of Deathstroke the Terminator. Rose had left the rooftops of Gotham, Metropolis and San Francisco behind for this. The feeling of being alive, the feeling of for one time, doing something right with her life. She was the hero of the downtrodden and the scourge of the underworld and there was nothing in her that could bring her to deny that she loved every moment of it.
The night was illuminated by gunfire as assault weapons rang out but the girl was never where she had been when her assailants pulled the trigger. The steady hum of the energy swords gave away her position with each swing while she closed in, the blades cutting through the guns as though she was running her finger though a pool of water. It was easy, and it graceful.
And it was over far too quickly.
An adrenaline junkie at heart, Rose's chest pounded up and down, her bosom swelling with each breath she took, standing in victory over the pile of broken men. With a quick twirl of the swords, she deactivate the blades and returned the hilts to the back of her waist, drawing one of the conventional swords off her back as she approached the now stirring leader.
"Please, please call me a bitch like it's a bad thing." Rose said, reaching down and grabbing the dark skinned man before holding him up by his throat against the door of the convoy truck. "Who are you working for?"
"F-f-fuck..." He choked before spitting blood. "You!" Flinching, the blood laden saliva landed on her mask. Driving her sword through the man's shoulder, Rose listened in satisfaction to the shattering of glass as it told her the blade gone through. Cries of agony filled the night sky, the man pinned on the blade struggling with no avail.
"Same question as before, and I'd answer it this time." Rose stated, twisting the hilt of the blade.
"S-same answer." The man managed to reply, smiling wide, his teeth stained red. Growling, Rose pulled back the sword as she dropped the man to the ground. He stumbled while he fought to regain his footing only for the blade to swing. He barely felt a thing until the subtle 'THUD' of his hand hitting the ground causing him to look towards the bleeding stump on the end of his arm. Cold metal was suddenly pressed against his groin as Rose slammed him against the truck again, this time with a hand around his throat and her gun pressed to his manhood.
"You seem to like thinking with this, perhaps it knows the answer." Rose's smile was filled with anything but mirth as she spoke. The man tried to squirm but her strength held him firmly in place.
"The J-jaguar. We work for the Jaguar."
"Then I hope the Jaguar knows he's a dead man." Rose replied tossing the man back to the ground, his shirt tearing off. The muzzle of her gun lit up twice, the shots ringing out through the jungle as she placed a bullet in either of his knees. "Thirty mile walk back to town. I hope it was worth it." She spat tossing the shredded shirt back to the man. "And I'd wrap that quickly, don't want you to bleed out." She added, sheathing her weapons.
A light illuminated the jungle floor as a VTOL plane descended upon the scene. Opening the back of the trucks, Rose motioned for the captured women to exit while the plane lowered a platform to the ground. Dozens of thank you's and other blessings were whispered towards Rose as the battered prisoners ran to the platform. Giving the all clear, Rose watched the platform rise into the sky before the plane turned back towards the United States. Walking away from the scene, Rose haphazardly tossed a grenade over her shoulder as the trucks exploded moments later. The heat of the explosion warmed her back while Rose triumphantly walked away from the scene before muttering to herself.
"Always wanted to do that."

B A C K S T O R Y:
The death of SUPERMAN was the shot heard around the world.
For several hours before his death, the Man of Steel had been locked in bloody conflict with a monstrous creature the media had only dubbed one thing;
DOOMSDAY.
No one knew where it had came from. The only indication it had come was a pod crashing into the pacific just off the coast of California. Hauled out of the water, it was carbon dated and determined to be old, very old. But no one anticipated anything was alive inside of it.
When the creature had ripped through Coast City, the League had immediately mobilized to intercept. Unfortunately, they had no idea what they were dealing with and moments after first contact, the world watched its heroes fall. The GREEN LANTERN was the first to go, the monster biting off his hand, swallowing his ring whole before Guy’s still beating heart was ripped from his chest.
Shayera was next to fall, her wings ripped from her back before HAWKGIRL'S skull was collapsed beneath the heel of the beast. Holding the beast off, WONDER WOMAN managed to slow the creature, delivering a mortal blow. Unfortunately it was too early to celebrate as the creature evolved, reviving and attacking Diana. Unable to ward off the onslaught of the enraged beast, Diana soon fell to its attacks as the FLASH escaped to regroup with the rest of the League.
Leaving a trail of destruction across the country, the creature became more and more unstoppable with every attack made against it. The military, TITANS and even stray vigilantes did their best to slow its progress, but the creature had a clear goal and destination.
Metropolis.
The call went out from the League for any available heroes to rendezvous with them as they stood to hold the line in Metropolis. Superman rallied the heroes as the remaining League stood by his side. But it wasn’t enough.
With relative ease, the creature took both Flash and MARTIAN MANHUNTER out of the fight. While they were spared due to the efforts of Gotham’s BATMAN, the Dark Knight soon found the limit of his mortality. Outraged at the loss of his friends and allies, Superman called the heroes off and decided to finish the fight alone. Blow after blow was exchanged, Superman’s solar reserves wearing thin as the creature only seemed to grow stronger. Finally in an act of desperation, Superman took a hold of the creature, lifting it into the air as he flew towards the atmosphere. Its spiked body piercing his skin, fatally wounding the Man of Tomorrow as he hurled the beast into the vacuum of space.
Drained of his solar reserves and unable to recharge, Superman plummeted back towards the Earth, the impact with the ground the final blow to the Kryptonian. It was in that moment a hush seemed to fall over the entire globe at once. In a matter of a few hours, the majority of the Justice League had been decimated, Coast City was nearly a crater and both Gotham and Metropolis were left without their guardians.
For several hours before his death, the Man of Steel had been locked in bloody conflict with a monstrous creature the media had only dubbed one thing;
DOOMSDAY.
No one knew where it had came from. The only indication it had come was a pod crashing into the pacific just off the coast of California. Hauled out of the water, it was carbon dated and determined to be old, very old. But no one anticipated anything was alive inside of it.
When the creature had ripped through Coast City, the League had immediately mobilized to intercept. Unfortunately, they had no idea what they were dealing with and moments after first contact, the world watched its heroes fall. The GREEN LANTERN was the first to go, the monster biting off his hand, swallowing his ring whole before Guy’s still beating heart was ripped from his chest.
Shayera was next to fall, her wings ripped from her back before HAWKGIRL'S skull was collapsed beneath the heel of the beast. Holding the beast off, WONDER WOMAN managed to slow the creature, delivering a mortal blow. Unfortunately it was too early to celebrate as the creature evolved, reviving and attacking Diana. Unable to ward off the onslaught of the enraged beast, Diana soon fell to its attacks as the FLASH escaped to regroup with the rest of the League.
Leaving a trail of destruction across the country, the creature became more and more unstoppable with every attack made against it. The military, TITANS and even stray vigilantes did their best to slow its progress, but the creature had a clear goal and destination.
Metropolis.
The call went out from the League for any available heroes to rendezvous with them as they stood to hold the line in Metropolis. Superman rallied the heroes as the remaining League stood by his side. But it wasn’t enough.
With relative ease, the creature took both Flash and MARTIAN MANHUNTER out of the fight. While they were spared due to the efforts of Gotham’s BATMAN, the Dark Knight soon found the limit of his mortality. Outraged at the loss of his friends and allies, Superman called the heroes off and decided to finish the fight alone. In the aftermath of the Doomsday Event, J’onn and Barry were left to rebuild the League. The first recruit was the Batman’s protégé, Dick Grayson, Blüdhaven’s NIGHTWING. Gotham’s BLACK CANARY and Star City’s GREEN ARROW were also recruited. Surviving Titan, STARFIRE was also promoted to League status while CYBORG opted to stay in San Francisco and lead and train a new generation of Titans. But the League is still drastically under-powered compared to where it had been. As such, recruiting has been left open in hopes they can come to together to protect the world from whatever threats that may still be out there.
As a player, you will be able to take the role of any of the surviving members of the DC UNIVERSE, whether portraying them as close to canon as the RP’s premise will permit or through reinvention. Additionally, if you would prefer, you are free to submit an Original Character so long as they have the feel and tone of the RP and DC Universe. Players will be relegated to ONE HERO1 player character to start, but as the IC continues, committed players will be welcomed to create additional characters, even portraying VILLAINS2.
While the only GM established teams will be the Justice League and the (Teen) Titans at the start of the RP, players are encouraged to create and bring in other DC Comic teams or even create their own. Collaborating on teams is highly encouraged as the lifeblood of role-playing is player collaboration.

A champion of his people with a fierce appetite for battle, Thor had fought alongside such legendary heroes as Herakles and Arturus Rex. No foe has ever managed to best the mighty Thor until he faced the world serpent, Jörmungandr.

Thor is the son of Odin Borson, the King, and Allfather of the realm of Asgard. His mother, however, was a giantess called Jörð, who in actuality was a Pre-Mordial Titan known more commonly as Gaea. Through his father, Thor has two brother whom he was raised alongside, his half-brother Baldur and his adoptive brother Loki who was the same age as Thor and the pair maintained a bitter rivalry throughout their youth. Growing up, Thor was close friends with Heimdall who would go on to also become Thor's closest ally. His circle of friends also included the future Warriors Three; Volstagg, Hogun, and Fandral. Lastly, Thor maintained a fledgling on and off again romance with the young Sif.
Growing to be a powerful and headstrong warrior, Thor grew brash and his thirst for battle was almost unsettling to those around him. Burdened with the role of Protector of the Nine Realms, Thor would often be away from Asgard for great lengths of times, putting a severe strain on his relationship with the Lady Sif, especially since Thor made other consorts in the Realms he visited. His favourite of these was jötunn, Járnsaxa, with whom he laid and fostered a child in secret from all but Heimdall's all-seeing eyes. It was also on these many adventures that Thor first ventured to Midgard, encountering the Olympian hero, Herakles and forming their longstanding rivalry. Thor also brought war to Avallonis, clashing hammer against sword before forming a truce with the realms king, Arturus Rex.
However, Thor had a destiny far greater than any of his allies, and would eventually go on to confront the monster known as the Midgard Serpent, Jörmungandr. In order to avert the destruction of Midgard, Thor had to defeat Jörmungandr, and the two did battle for numerous days before the serpent finally succumbed to its injuries, its body releasing Midgard and plunging far below the roots of Yggdrasil, the world's tree. However, Jörmungandr venom eventually caught up to Thor and after taking nine paces from the battle, he dropped dead. The battle between Thor and Jörmungandr had unwittingly unleased Ragnarok upon Asgard, and with Thor's death, the realm fell apart, swallowed whole and its people were forced to flee or perish. Departing to the stars, the Asgardians left the ruins of their home behind as they sought to find a new place in the galaxy while Thor's legendary weapon, Mjölnir was lost to the cosmos of the Nine Realms, foretold to be waiting for the return of its master or another to seek it out and prove themselves worthy of its power.
But time was not a concept that Mjölnir worried nor even considered and in the late summer of the Midgard year of 1990, Erik and Marcy Donaldson gave birth to a son they named Blake. Growing up on his father's farm in the American South West, the Donaldsons lived a modest life, with nothing extraordinary about them. But on the dawn of his eighteenth birthday, Blake began to be plagued with vivid dreams of a life he had never lived. These dreams were, of course, the memories of Thor, who was reincarnated through Blake. The dreams continued to plague Blake for another decade while he left his home in Marville, Oklahoma to attend Texas State University before returning home to open his own veterinarian practice. Thor was soon awoken when a man from Blake's past by the name of Carl Creel began to make trouble in Marville. Nicknamed 'Crusher' during their time together in High School, Creel had seemingly developed abilities which allowed him to fully embrace the nickname. Standing defiantly against him, Blake was struck by a near-fatal blow, laying in the street to die had it not been for an elderly man. The man took a hold of Blake's hand and in an instant, Thor was restored, his memories and enhance fully inhabiting this new body as he defeated Creel in combat. Now, Thor continues his life as Blake, juggling the responsibilities of both his world, as he adjusts to not only acting as a protector of Midgard, but once again restoring peace to the other Realms while seeking to reunite the people of Asgard and rebuild their home.

Thor is currently the second most powerful Asgardian within the Nine Realms and the cosmos surpassed only by his father. As Asgard's warrior prince, Thor trained in the arts of battle, which he has practiced for thousands of years. He is recognized to rely solely on his superior fighting ability, strength, and nigh invulnerability. Odin believes that Thor will eventually become even more powerful than him.
Physically the strongest of all Asgardians, Thos is recognized as the God of Strength. His incredible superhuman strength enables him to easily overpower hoards of enemies of lesser strength. Thor has even stalemated the hero Herakles in several contests, a hero of lore whose strength accomplished nine legendary labours that no other being had ever accomplished. None of these so-called labours, however, came close to Thor's greatest feat, when he lifted the Midgard Serpent, Jörmungandr. A serpent so large, its coils had wrapped around the Earth several times. For this reason, Thor often holds back his vast strength to ensure he does not greatly harm his opponents or the area in which they are in.
Thor can move at great superhuman speeds. Capable of sprinting distances fast enough to visibly appear as nothing more than a blur. Likewise, his reflexes react on the same level, allowing Thor to dodge and respond to attacks almost instantly. Thor's agility, dexterity, balance, and bodily coordination make him a great warrior for battle. He moves with incredible grace and speed despite his considerable size and body density.
His skin, muscle, and bone tissue have many times the density of the same tissue in the body of a human being and even more so than regular Asgardians. Thor is immune to all human diseases as well as its poisons and toxins and is additionally immune to electrocution or poison from radiation. Thor's metabolism is so great that it is nearly impossible for Thor to become drunk except for when he imbibes alcoholic beverages of Asgardian or equal origin. Thor is not immune to all forms of harm, however, and can be defeated by a being whose power matches or exceeds his own, or by high order magic manipulation.
Despite his astounding resistance to injury, it is still possible to injure Thor. However, due to his Asgardian physiology, Thor is able to heal at a rate significantly faster than a normal human and even much faster than most Asgardians. Like all other Asgardians, is not truly immortal. It is possible to kill an Asgardian and other beings in the Nine Realms. More accurately, Asgardians are extremely long-lived beings. Thor ages at a pace far, far slower than a human, and this longevity if further boosted by the consumption of Idunn's Golden Apples. Even in Death, Asgardians do not truly die as many return in reincarnated forms such as both Thor and his brother Loki.

Mjölnir allows him to channel his natural abilities more easily, focusing on the hammer as an output. Using his powers without Mjölnir require more effort to summon and are more raw and uncontrolled. Thor is able to summon all elements of the storm, and can even create unnatural weather. He can even discharge lightning bolts from his hands that are lethal and raw in power, able to engulf his hands in lightning to amplify his punches. It is only without Mjölnir that Thor unlocked the full potential of his electrokinetic powers. His power over lightning allow him to generate electrical energy from his own body and summon thunder and lightning from the sky, all without the aid of his former hammer.

JÁRNBJÖRN:The first weapon Thor ever called his own, the axe-hammer hybrid saw plenty of action during Thor's use although he ultimately stopped using the weapon after being gifted Mjölnir. However, with Mjölnir missing, Thor has once again a need for a weapon and has chosen to wield this familiar maul.
MJÖLNIR:The weapon of Thor, forged from the heart of a dying star. Mjölnir was a nigh-indestructible hammer gifted to Thor from his father, Odin. Capable of focussing and channel Thor's impressive array of abilities, Thor ultimately came to rely on the weapon and considered it an extension of himself. It was lost to the Nine Realms after his death.
CALIBURNUS:A legendary sword from the realm of Avallonis, Caliburnus is the weapon of Arturus Rex after the sword chose him and allowed itself to be pulled from the stone, deeming him to be a worthy king. The sister weapon to Mjölnir, Caliburnus was forged from the same dying star and is virtually indestructible and capable of cutting through nearly any other metal save for Mjölnir.

JÁRNGREIPR:A pair of Asgardian bracers which hold Thor's armor and when activated expel a wave of energy that passes over the Asgardian, covering him in his armor and royal garb which his proudly wears into battle.
MJÖLNIR:The weapon of Thor, forged from the heart of a dying star. Mjölnir was a nigh-indestructible hammer gifted to Thor from his father, Odin. Capable of focussing and channel Thor's impressive array of abilities, Thor ultimately came to rely on the weapon and considered it an extension of himself. It was lost to the Nine Realms after his death.
CALIBURNUS:A legendary sword from the realm of Avallonis, Caliburnus is the weapon of Arturus Rex after the sword chose him and allowed itself to be pulled from the stone, deeming him to be a worthy king. The sister weapon to Mjölnir, Caliburnus was forged from the same dying star and is virtually indestructible and capable of cutting through nearly any other metal save for Mjölnir.

It is the sister weapon to the equally powerful sword, Excalibur which residents in the realm of Avalon. The weapon is known for being terribly unbalanced due to a flaw in its creation resulting in a shorter handle. When Thor died, Mjölnir disappeared into the cosmos of the Nine Realms and hasn't been seen since. It is believed by the Asgardians that the hammer will return when her master does.
ODIN BORSON: The Allfather of Asgard, son of Bor, father to Thor, Loki, and Baldur. Odin was the ruler of Asgard until its demise during Ragnarok. Like the rest of the surviving Asgardians, he was left to wander the galaxy in search of refuge. Confident in his remaining son's ability to lead and knowing one day Thor would be reborn, Odin searched the Nine Realms for his reincarnated son until eventually finding him, in Marville, Oklahoma.
ERIK & MARCY DONALDSON: Erik and Marcy Donaldson are the parents of Blake Donaldson, Thor's reincarnated self. Erik had studied to be an architect before the early death of his father resulted in him taking over the family farm in Marville Oklahoma. Marcy, on the other hand, was a pediatrician with her own private practice. The life on the farm, however, never truly suited her and had it not been for the birth of Blake, the couple likely would have separated long ago.
JANE FOSTER: Born in Marville, Oklahoma, Jane Foster was a childhood friend and high-school romance of Blake Donaldson before eventually leading Marville behind and attending school in New York City. Now one of the world's leading astrophysicists, Jane Foster has found herself following a bizarre star pattern which has led her back to Marville, Oklahoma.
BARBARA NORRIS: Blake Donaldson's current girlfriend. Blake met Barbara while attending Texas State University and the two moved back to Marville so Blake could help his aging father with the farm while running his veterinarian practice. Barbara, on the other hand, works as a Deputy in the Marville Sheriff's Department.
HEIMDALL: Thor's dearest friend and longest ally. During the events of Ragnarok, Heimdall and Loki were locked in combat, when the dust settled neither were living. However much like Thor, it is believed that Heimdall will return again. The master of the Bifrost, without Heimdall, Thor has no hope of gathering the people of Asgard again.
BALDUR: Baldur is the youngest of Odin's children and half-brother to Thor. With Thor and Loki both dead from the events of Ragnarok, Baldur is the current heir to the throne of Asgard and currently captains a small freighter out of Knowhere as he seeks to unite his wandering people.
LADY SIF: The former wife of the lady Thor and the current wife of his brother, Baldur. Lady Sif is one of Asgard's mightiest warriors and was foretold to bear the children of Thor who would go on to inherit the mighty Mjölnir. However, Sif miscarried during Ragnarok, leading to the loss of her unborn child. With Thor's death, no heir came for Mjölnir. Eventually, Sif found herself aboard Baldur's vessel and his right hand. The two fell in love and bonded over their common mission, eventually becoming wed.
THE WARRIORS THREE: Among Thor's closest friends, the Warriors Three is comprised of Volstagg the Valiant, Hogun the Grim, and Fandral the Dashing. The three are among some of Asgard's most fierce warriors, perhaps bested only by Thor and Sif herself. All three were thought to have been killed during Ragnarok but Volstagg survived, although severely injured and weakened. Serving under Baldur, the group has managed to locate the reincarnate bodies of Hogun and Fandral who have joined up with their motley crew.

Ultimately, the two came to an understanding and mutual respect, Arturus, before his passing remaining one of Thor's closest allies.
HERAKLES: A former rival of Thor's, the son of Zeus himself. The pair has often fought over which of them is stronger, each time one stalemating the other. Maintaining a friendly rivalry, the two immortals occasionally go on adventures together, which always end in alcohol and brawl.

W H A T M A K E S T H I S C H A R A C T E R U L T I M A T E?:
This is a Thor who has done everything and yet has done nothing. He lived his mythical history, going on adventures throughout the Nine Realms and time before succumbing to his wounds during Ragnarok as Asgard was destroyed around him. But Thor is immortal, and through Odin's magic, he was reincarnated on Midgard.
Unlike in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thor was not aware of his true identity. He was not sent to Earth in an adult form but was rather birthed through a mortal and raised among them creating Christ and Superman parallels. Likewise, unlike Marvel's Thor, there is no transformation between Thor and his mortal form, this version is both simultaneously Thor Odinson and Blake Donaldson.

"There you are Ma'am, I'm sure Mr. Cuddles will be right as rain in no time at all." Dr. Blake Donaldson said as he gently passed the obese cat over the examination table to the frail old lady in front of him.
"But please, do try to limit Mr. Cuddles' treats to three per day," Blake added with a smile.
"I'm so sorry Doctor Donaldson, ever since my husband's passed away, I've just been lonely and the Mr. Cuddles here has been my only solace." The woman remarked, her voice cracking slightly as she continued. "And if I don't give Mr. Cuddles treats, he won't come to me. The darn cat always did like Ted more."
"Well, I can suggest a few other ways to attract the cat-" Blake began only to be cut off mid-sentence as a deafening crash echoed from outside on Marville's main street.
"What in tarnation!" Mrs. Henderson exclaimed as Blake held up a hand for her to stay put as he moved out of the examination room and into the lobby where he could get a better view of whatever was happening outside.
"Doctor Donaldson, I'm sure the Sheriff's department can handle whatever it is." The elderly lady added as Blake turned back to look at her.
"That's what I'm afraid of." He retorted as his eyes searched the street for the old Crown Victoria. It didn't take much effort to pick the black and tan car out of the usual traffic that ran up and down Main Street, even less since its lights were reflecting red and blue off the front of the First National Bank across the street. Standing behind the passenger door with her gun drawn, was none other than the woman that Blake had been hoping not to see.
Barbara!
Barbara Norris, his college girlfriend, and common-law partner, the pair had been together for nearly five years now and there was no one in this world who knew Blake better than she did. But her choice of career wasn't exactly something Blake found desirable, his only relief being the staggering lack of violent crime in Marville.
At least until recently.
All over the world, individuals with what could only be described as superpowers, the stuff of old Captain America comic books, had begun to appear and caused what he personally considered to be a disaster. People with that kind of power, relatively unchecked, it was like they weren't held to any sort of responsibility and Blake could only imagine it was going to end in death for far too many people.
"COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!"
The sound of Sheriff Lamb's voice broke Blake's internal monologue as he looked up to see the figure of a large man in the doorway of the bank. As he stepped into the light, Blake felt a small sense of dread run down his spine as he realized the mutant threat had finally come to Marville. The man's skin appeared metallic in the daylight, shiny and reflective as the high sun beat down on it. In one hand was a large duffle bag, overstuff with wads of cash, no doubt from within the vault of the bank. n the other hand was a crudely made flail, something you'd see an art student try to throw together in shop class back in high-school.
"Wait, I know him," Blake muttered aloud. "That's-"
"CARL CREEL, PUT THE WEAPON DOWN AND YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD!" Lamb continued to issue orders as Blake's former classmate maintained his steady path towards the cruiser. By now, Blake was hardly the only bystander the incident had attracted. After all, the most exciting thing to happen in Marville in the last month was when the local diner, Donar's, tried adding a vegan option to the menu.
Suddenly a collective scream came from the gathered crowd as Creel moved, the flail flying through the air, smashing against the hood of the cruiser as Lamb and Barbara opened fire. Gunshots ricocheted off of Creel's skin, bouncing into the crowd as screams grew louder, accentuated by the cries of pain.
