So the only thing I changed was removing his ability to grant magical girl status. He instead looks out for magical girls who have received transformation items and introduces them to their new found responsibilities. If he's accepted, it will be much easier to get all the girls in on the action as he can detect the menace and send out a telepathic ping.

History with Justice Heart:

Cinnamon had been trained in the art of being a cute magical pet and was dispatched to the city of San Francisco to keep the magical order. He kept his eyes open for girls who had been blessed with magical transformation items and when terror struck, he explained to them how to transform and taught them how to use and develop their powers and how to combat the magical menace that plagued their city. Over time, the team grew, and Cinnamon couldn't be more proud, and finally, victory came...

History after Justice Heart:

...so why was he still in San Francisco? 20 years later and no new magical threat has shown up. His girls were past retirement age yet he still had not been reassigned. His messages back to Magical Pet HQ always prompt the reply, "Please wait for additional orders". Staying in the mortal world has slowly taken its toll on Cinnamon. While he still tries to maintain his cheerful, chipper attitude, to the point of being obnoxious, he occasionally falls into outbursts of frustration, anger, and swearing. Staying with Eileen, the only girl who still wants to be a magical girl, has also had negative effects as well. For one, he's been getting into online porn through Eileen's computer when she's away, and has slowly come to the realization that he might be a lolicon.

Relationships:

  Cinnamon lives with Eileen and is starting to pick up some of her less savory habits when it comes to media consumption. He is in fairly regular contact with Fiona and Alice through Eileen, though he tries to stay hidden from Fiona's family, or pretend he's a plushie.

They're on speaking terms, at least.
