I've been catching up with other rps I was nearly overdue on. I'll most likely find time to post here tomorrow, but might squeeze a post out later today, if inspiration strikes.

Though I don't have a rule about inactivity, it's been almost two weeks and then some since both @Stitches and @DinoNuts have posted in this thread. Dino has not been on in 4 days as of this post, Stitches is at 2 days as of this post.

I will reiterate my above post, communication is always encouraged. I get that we are busy and what not, but going silent and not giving a heads up is another problem entirely.

So that brings me to this question, what to do? Any input from you guys is encouraged. Should we have them be killed or is that too soon/ distasteful? Should I have them be wounded and retreat back to the capital? Or have them ride along?

We can take our time and puppet them, and it that'll give us some fodder in certain situations, and they could act as catalysts for events?

Most people probably figure out pretty quickly whether they want to be in the RP or not; if they're inactive in the start without explaining why they most often don't rebound :P

Also, a smaller party might help the flow of the RP! :D

Might just do that. I also realized that they haven't even replied since we left the capitol so maybe they didn't even come?

Yeah I know, that's why I gave up on Sola. IMO, if you don't have the time/motivation to stay, then why bother even making a character? Happens too much on this site XD. And yes, I am a guilty of the same crime so I also understand why it happens. I try to at least say I'm backing out tho, like some have done, instead of completely disappearing. I guess it's just nature in this hobby.

Now, I know I announce this with all of my posts, but I have the explanation that I write most of my posts late at night (and this one at almost 2 in the morning) so, again, if I missed anyone or got any sequence out of order that I need to correct, please let me know! I keep an alternate IC tab open when I'm writing posts so I can go down the line and add onto my own in a sequential order, but as with all things, I am susceptible to human error! Otherwise, my post is there!!

I find that if anyone has disappeared without warning and is not posting on any of their threads, it is probably safe to say that some sort of IRL emergency has occurred and they are unable to sit down and take the time to reply. I was going to go through and read all of these posts this morning; but after seeing the way you have handled my unexpected absence, I would rather drop out of the RP entirely. Thank you, however, for your co-operation with making my character at the very beginning of the RP.

@Stitches Sorry to hear that. I will ask however, how exactly did I handle it in the wrong way? it had been 14 days since you last posted in this thread, and you had been on in between that time. You could have said something, even a sentence would have sufficed and I would have understood. But oh well, I hope things go well in your life.

Sorry. My supervisor, who is just one of those people, kept rearranging my schedule this week. Usually, I have a pretty stable Mon-Fri thing, but we had a lot of people out, and I had to cover weird shifts and work overtime.

I have no idea why this keeps happening. Apologies about that. I'm beat tonight, but I'll get up tomorrow and get to work on a response. I don't think I've had a solid 6 hours of sleep, all together, this week.

I think I've come to the conclusion that this RP will be taking a more slow and 'post when you are able' approach. As long as we don't loose anyone, the longevity shouldn't be a problem.

Does that draw any problems from anyone? Any concerns? Questions?
