Priya threw her hands up in mock surrender. If Roy said they may need more than just their standard arms, then perhaps he was right. He knew more about this than she did and Riley didn't seem to mind. Granted, she was certain the girl was integral to this, but she was still wary. For all she knew, bringing her along would just paint targets on their backs as soon as they set foot outside.

When Riley left to go get her things, Priya spoke up. "You realize I am putting a lot of trust in you and her and that isn't something I do lightly. You're asking for a lot when we only just met. I'll concede there is more to this story than I was first told and every fiber of my being wants to find out the truth. So I'm in." It went against her code, but something told her that this job would not be "by the books". She had no trouble with that though.

Once Riley came back, Priya addressed Roy's question. "I mean, I wouldn't mind packing a change of clothes or two. But other than that, not really."

Caesar Gonzalez

Location: La Hacienda
Skills: Investigation, Security Tech

So, to summarize: Fried computer, interesting bits revealed about Queensguard, and for Juno... the knowledge that it was a revolving door of powerful women who don't mind getting their hands dirty was already known, but the fact that someone murdered most all of them and it just delayed the organization was interesting. And a little depressing. Assuming that Juno was responsible for Alicia's death, and Caesar was able to put a blade to every single one of them, it just wouldn't stop there. There was no final play to be had that would give a lasting sense of peace. That part was downright troubling.

The whole thing reminded Caesar of his days as a Federale. Criminal organizations specializing in the drug trade were common. Pervasive, actually. They had wormed their way into the Mexican Federal Police like the tendrils of a growing cancer. One did not know who to trust, even at the highest levels. Corruption very nearly destroyed the organization, and was still a problem. And even when you could make a difference, land the right people in prison, take down empires of drugs and blood money, there were always others willing to pick up the pieces and take their place. Round and round they went. It never ended. Perhaps that was why Caesar did what he did so many years ago: He killed them all.

It took motivation, and lots of it. But the cartels knew the absolute cold fear that really only settles into a man when he is faced with an unstoppable force coming for their blood. And when the smoke cleared, there was one man with a dinged, bloody machete and a metric ton of spent shell casings left standing, be it at a cost. And it still didn't last. His actions put it off for a while; long enough for he and many others to clean house with the Federales. Over a third of their number fired, arrested, or killed before it was over, Commandant Gonzalez one of the key players in making it happen. He had personally killed more cops than anyone he had ever heard of. It was time to retire.

And this problem with Juno? Exactly like it. One dies, another takes its place. Lasting peace would not be had from anything he could accomplish. The only thing he could do was find out who to kill and do it, as painfully and messily as possible, and let the chips fall where they may. Perhaps a further look at the evidence covered would yield results.

The arrival of his London contacts was expected, but sadly forgotten about in the hubbub of the evening. Keystone did feel like a dumbass for missing the arrival, or even failing to send someone down to the airport to greet them. Well, at least they were here, even if he couldn't actually meet them right at that moment. Keystone was going to owe them a few drinks later on, if there was indeed a later on to get to. The majority of that little chunk of anxiety came from the actions (or inactions) of his security team.

After light consideration of the facts of the situation, he had received no feedback from any of his security checkpoints so far that evening, nothing from groups he had sent out, and only marginal communication from the front gate, refusing to admit people with appropriate credentials. Though, from the look of the people admitted on a good day, they had the distinct appearance of well-dressed hoodlums. But back to present business, Keystone had really, really hoped that he didn't have to explain basic security protocol to the staff that he had appointed to the area of the party involving securing a scene until law enforcement could arrive or preventing onlookers from getting too close to a body. But, if their lackadaisical attitude toward the situation was supposed to represent the norm, he might as well get on the horn to make sure.

As he continued to escort Ms. Queensguard and the Admiral back to the CEO's office, Keystone spoke into his comm in a faux calm voice, not quite hiding the rising hostility he was feeling toward his people just then. "Right then, my poppets. I'm gonna need the lot of you to remember y'basic bloody training. Party Room: Addition to the supplemental orders I give ya just previous, you need to ad'ere to simple protocol as set for scenes like this, an' secure the fongin' body, yeah? Three o' you blokes stand around it, an' keep buggers from goin' near. Standard distance. Use nonlethals if y'gotta."

Keystone gave a quick glance up the next stretch of corridor, careful to note if anything was out of place before he continued escorting his charge to the enigmatic Point B. Again, he addressed his comm. "Hub: You got visitors from 'cross the Pond comin' your way. Make sure they're fully equipped if'n they're not, comms to boot, and get them to take over the Party Room. Standard measures apply, lockdown. An' give them my apologies. Real bintfist of an eve, this is."

Marc looked down at his phone and caught the message. He was hoping that Priya would have messaged him back by now answering if she knew why the coroner was out of town but he hadn't heard back from her as of yet. Then again the information that Riley was heading back to Grimm did get his attention. She was going with Detective Gregory and Priya? His lips thinned a bit but he shoved his phone away. He would deal with that later.

The security team was still not letting him through, granted he hadn't flashed his badge as of yet. He was trying not to do that because he was kind of undercover right then as a limo driver. As he stood in the main lobby he watched as Zoie, Riley, and Relic walked passed and towards the stairs from another room. They were alive so he backed off on trying to get further in for now and took a seat along the windows near the front door. It would be as good a place as any right now.

Those three weren't the only ones that got out of the main room before security had really stepped in. The young couple that was late arriving was over at the stairs as well but sitting on the landing above it and moving up the stairs. Zoie looked over to Mali and then to Relic. "We were going after a file, not on Juno but on another group. We got held up, crawling through a drop ceiling in a dress ain't exactly easy," Zoie said and then sighed a bit. Her brother wasn't exactly fit either and she nearly had to drag him through the place.

"We got it though and the sooner we can get out of here the better," Relic said and Zoie nodded, looking up slightly as she head foot steps moving further up the stairs and then a door opening before it closed again. "You think this information can help?" Relic asked his sister and Zoie nodded slightly.

"If anyone can take Juno down, it's them," she said before looking over at Mali. "It clicked because of you. Those books you were looking at back at the farm. There is more out there than Juno, I'm sure of it."

Roy nodded and headed for the car. "Okay, partner you drive, lets get to your house and grab what you need, then we can hit the airport." Tossing his bag into the trunk before climbing into the passenger front seat. He was ready to get underway. (Go ahead and move us to Priyas place this round.)

Nurse Cratty nodded. She could handle the police and the patients for now. There were others working today as well and due to what was going on that mean no more visitors for the day. That would actually make her job easier. The internet search brought up a poster for the Russian Circus, it was set up at the fair grounds just east of Justice Airport, it was only a twenty minute drive this time of the evening. Traffic was down at night, especially since it wasn't the weekend.

"Are you sure that's such a good idea? After all, you don't really know what exactly you're dealing with, do you Z-" Mali began to reply, but then shut up mid sentence. She couldn't be entirely sure, but she swore she heard some movement on the stairs. She motioned for Zoie and Relic to remain silent as she strained her ears to make sure she really wasn't hearing things. It would be really dumb to move to a secluded area, but still get caught in a compromising conversation simply due to the bad luck of the wrong people passing by at the wrong time. And even if that was happening, she would try to mitigate any damage by avoiding saying potentially damning if she could.

Given a few seconds she was pretty sure she was hearing footsteps moving up the staircase, but couldn't be 100% certain. Regardless, she wasn't going to take the chance, and relocating again probably wouldn't help. From what she'd seen, this stairwell was probably about as good as they were going to get for privacy. Mali motioned that there were people above before she leaned forward and lowered her speaking volume to a bare whisper.

"Taking out Juno could be a great thing, but if you're just replacing one Illuminati with another one, have you really accomplished anything? Especially if the competition was stopping each other from accomplishing their goals. If there's someone out there who can actually take out Juno and leave it out there, great. I just want to avoid a situation where the situation is made inadvertently worse because you didn't think things through. Who or what are you banking on for this? If the only way to feel comfortable communicating this is by mouthing the name, fine."

Relic and Zoie were still talking around the issue, and she wasn't going to have it. Perhaps now was a bad time to demand to demand transparency, but at this point she was doubting if there ever would be a good time. Well, there would, but those other times tended to get consumed by other topics, but this was an important thing to her and she didn't want to sideline the desire to have some idea what the hell she was actually doing any longer.

Location: Roy's Safe House

Riley looked down at her phone when she finally got a reply from Cecily which made her smile slightly it was good to hear from her at least, as Riley looked over towards Roy and Pyria as the two of them got out of the house. Riley shrugged slightly as she then opened the rear passenger door, and sat in the back. Strapping herself in Riley leaned back in her seat as she started to dial up Timothy Grayson's number, as Riley stretched out slightly. Riley waited for Pyria to get in and drive off to wherever her place was in Justice, she was getting a little bit tired now, getting up earlier in the day learning how to shoot a gun properly by Roy he was a pretty good teacher.

"So what do you guys wanna know about Grimm?" Riley finally asked, as she kept her phone on waiting for Tim to pick up on the other end so that she could tell him what was going on, and that they would be in town in a few hours. "Also do you want me to find a hotel in town as well and book it for us?" Riley asked she really didn't want to go anywhere near her childhood home, the last time she was even near her house was during the reunion. Riley as far as she knew her brother still lived in Grimm with his girlfriend or fiancé, she really didn't know.

Priya finally looked at her phone. She felt it vibrating, but the events of the past hour were still reeling around in her head. She saw he text. The number was from Agent Tinder. What was this about the coroner? As if she didn't have enough headaches to worry about. She would deal with that later, probably without Riley or Roy around.

She got in the driver's seat and started the car and drove to her apartment. She had many questions. She was now in the midst of this case that was shaping to be something big. Something bigger than a simple homicide. She had dealt with weird cases before. You didn't tackle cold cased without reliving some of the same things.

And she had dealt with serial killers before.

"I just want to know what I am getting into. I want the full story on the way there. This took a turn I did not anticipate." Truthfully, it was kicking her to this minute.

She pulled up to her apartment. "I can duck in really quick and get a bag ready. Shouldn't be more than 10 minutes."

Iris pulled up the poster for the Russian Circus on her phone, memorizing its details for a moment. She typed the address into google and realized that it wasn't too far from the airport. There were fairgrounds near the airport so she supposed that it made sense - though she was still a bit surprised that the Russian Circus had come all of this way. While that sort of thing was common in Europe, she had been led to believe that in the United States, cultural enrichments like those were rare to come by. Perhaps it had just been prejudice on the part of her fellow British citizens who were still nursing a wound that even the War of 1812 couldn't fix.

She wasn't too certain what she'd find once she arrived at the Circus, but it was only a twenty minute drive. She pulled up the Uber app in her phone and put in the details for pick up and destination, before requesting a ride. She was a city girl at heart and accustomed to taking a lift whenever she could to get where she was going. As she waited for the ride, Iris mentally went over the details she had seen earlier - recalling in particular the report of the missing white tiger she had seen on the news. Jaina and Cynthia had to be connected to the Russian Circus somehow - she just wasn't sure exactly how yet.

Caesar gave the terminal a quick once-over. Though he was no master of All Things Computery, he could tell that whatever caused physical feedback like this was intentional. His niece wasn't the type to forget to clean out an exhaust fan or cram paper in the casing. It specifically targeted the motherboard and the flash drive. He wasn't even aware that tech like this existed. But Thalia did.

Tech was her forte, almost as much as stabbing was Caesar's. Moreover, she took a split second to realize that something enacted intentionally probably meant that someone was observing what was going on, and the only reason they got anything at all was because it took time for the cyberintruders to get around their countermeasures at La Hacienda. Had they a team at their disposal, they might have repelled the attack with a single programmer with fast hands on the defense. But they didn't have that, they had a pissed off girl of mixed heritage, both heritages known for quick tempers, curious as to where the next limb and/or organ removal was going to take place. Her contribution to her machine exploding was a mad dash to keep the information from roasting her data from the inside out. Oh it looked like this was going to happen, one way or another.

"Tio" she began, her voice a little too faux sweet for Caesar's liking, "Go ahead and add me to the company roster. I want a crack at these asshats and I want access to Central to do it, 'k?"

Caesar's response was pragmatic. "Not until we're on a secure company hardline. If La Hacienda is compromised, I don't want them getting all of your information on a silver platter, sobrina. Revenge tomorrow. Mourn today." Thalia nodded in agreement, mouthing the word "Okay" before turning to her uncle and giving him a big hug. He returned the gesture warmly enough, despite his reservations at getting another member of his family involved with this awful business. But if he did not, as sure as the sun would rise, the girl was going to take her own path to find revenge. This way, he could at least attempt to help and protect her.

"Alright, time to suit up." she said, very matter-of-factly. Caesar looked like he was ready to do battle, so Thalia figured it was her turn to look the part as well. The first thing she did was to pull a half full backpack from beneath her bed and go into it, producing from it a well looked after Glock 17 and holster. She looked at it with some consideration for a moment, that moment broken by Ceasar's inquiry, "Has it been a while?"

"Yes."

"Are you still sharp with that thing?" It was a valid question. There was always time for refresher course at the firing range.

"Hell yeah, I'm still sharp. Who are you talking to, heah?" Her Boston was showing, if just a little bit. She inserted a magazine and chambered a round, then slipped the weapon into its holster and tucked it onto her belt at her back.

"What else have you got there, Angelita?"

Thalia just smiled and set her pack on top of her bed. She always did like to be prepared, especially if she had to run on short notice.

Tonight was a series of events that Keystone did not need whatsoever. He maintained the image of stoic professionalism the entire way to Elisabeth's office, pausing only long enough as needed to return a verification of personnel movement or similar working situation. Upon final, blessed arrival at the door with the platinum embossing that read simply "Queensguard", he posted Vinters on the outside and entered the room with drawn firearm. It might have been overkill, but then again, there had been a break-in. Suspected, at least. There had definitely been a murder.

Still, it seemed like the murder had been used as a distraction for something else, or was perpetrated using that something else as cover. He doubted that the two incidents were directly related. It didn't seem to add up. But he was no investigator, as he may or may not have previously established. He was a private security agent with certain specializations, pure and simple. Clearing rooms and guarding bodies was his forte. Okay, beating the living snot out of people was his forte, but he was good at this, too. Priority was to the client, not the crime committed.

Satisfied that the office didn't have someone lurking inside, Keystone stepped back out and waved the rest of the party into the room. He gave a gruff, "All clear." before ordering his backup inside with the other two women. As the door shut behind them, he gave a small assessment of his suspicions. "You got someone close to you doin' you dirty, Ms. Queensguard. This looks inside."

Zoie looked up and then back over at Relic. She had heard it to. Taking a small breath she reached under her dress and pulled from under the thin material something pale and pink. Relic looked away quickly but Zoie just rolled her eyes. "It's a marble knife you dolt," she said as she shook her head. It was one of her favorite things. Metal detectors didn't pick up on it and it was sharp enough. Looking over at Mali she nodded. "Yeah, I know. Not wanting either in power, wanting them to take each other out," she said as she took a step up the stairs slowly.

"Stay here, I'm going up," she said as she slipped her heels off and left them on the stairs before starting to move quietly but quickly up them. Relic sighed and took a seat in Zoies place. Picking up her shoes he moved them out of the way. He was looking rather nervous and heard the door above them open and shut. Seemed she was going to check on the noise. Better her than him in his mind. He didn't have fighting skills like she did.

"I don't know exactly what she has in her mind but I think she thinks there is an opposing group called Hera," he said. "Seems the Greeks and Romans are still at it trying to conquer the world."

Elizabeth looked over to Keystone and nodded. "It does appear that way," she said as she took a seat and gave a glance towards McCormick as she seated herself as well. "Bring me Ms. Pyre please. She should be arriving shortly," she said as she glanced down at her watch. At the gate an old Rolls pulled up and a man grinned as he rolled the window down.

"Why good day to you, Benjamin Wadsworth with Ms. Valerie Pye, we are expected," he said in a British accent handing over the invitation.

Roy looked over at Riley and nodded. "Yeah, there isn't much that I have on there yet except that slew of murders from the news last year," he said as he got comfortable. The phone rang and on the other end it picked up.

"Grayson here, who's this?" Tim asked as he picked up the line. He didn't recognize the number when it called but that wasn't surprising, so many automated calls these day whoever was calling was lucky he even picked up. He normally just let it go to voice mail but hey, he had just had lunch, so he was feeling alright.

As they pulled up to the apartments Roy looked over at Priya and pulled out his side arm. "I'll stay here with her, just shout if you have any problems," he said. He wasn't about to leave Riley alone and exposed right then. Granted it was better to keep her in the car than let her get out and let some fan see her. That shit would be on twitter before he could sneeze.

The uber showed up and picked up Iris. It was a nicer ride than normal for an uber and the person in the front seat waited for Iris to get in before taking off. After about three lights the man finally caught a red and had to stop. Slowly turning around he looked back at Iris. He eyed her for a moment and seemed to sneer slightly. "You're a twig of a thing, surprised my grand daughter didn't snap you like a twig," he said as the light turned green and he kept driving. Whoever he was, at least he was going in the right direction.

Riley leaned back in her seat and gave a nod as she started to close her eyes for a moment as if she was trying to search for the information, before finally speaking up once more. "Well, I guess I should start at the beginning." Riley said as Pyira got into the car and started to drive. "It started back in high school, there was this bitch named Simone Carter, she was obviously in the bully clique and I was more of the outcasts and freaks group back then." Riley said softly smiling slightly as she remembered some of her buddies that she managed to get in contact with since the reunion.

"But anyway it was prom night, they were about to announce who the prom king and queen were for the year when my friend Adelaide who was going to announce it and screamed. That's when we all saw Simone's body beaten to death and hanging in that netting above the gym." Riley shuddered slightly when she remembered it pretty well, it wasn't something that you could forget. "Cynthia McMillan the popular girl who was also another high school bully with the populars, she was the one who was accused of murdering Simone." Riley felt pretty bad for everything that had happened to the girl, now she was some crazy mentally unstable chick who could snap at any second, just like what happened yesterday at the asylum. "Cynthia is the chick who was at the asylum here in Justice and cut open a guy's eye out, that's when you picked me up last night at the hospital Roy." Riley said towards him.

"Anyway back to a few months ago, the reunion we all gathered together, my friend Adelaide got married to Lawson who is buddy, buddy with Marc. Once everyone pretty much was in for the reunion that's when the killings happened again, Chris killed a girl named Jessica Flaggstaff first. He somehow got his hands on our prom dresses and suits putting the victims in them, we didn't find out that it was him until the next day."

When they were at Pyira's apartment Riley looked at Roy and nodded slightly while she waited for Pyria to get her things Riley then looked down at her phone when Tim Grayson finally picked up, asking who it was. "Hey Tim, it's Riley hows it been? I need a quick favor i'm going to be in Grimm soon." She finally said, she wasn't sure how Tim would react to her and the two detectives coming into town again to reopen the Murder High case again.

Mali looked at the knife, then at Zoie, then back to the knife. Was she planning on just shanking anybody she happened to find up there? She could understand wanting to prepare for a potential fight, but this was going overboard. There was no situation in her mind where that knife coming into play would positively influence their overall situation. Even if she did need to utilize it for self defense and it ended up saving her life, there was a very real chance that she could end up killing her attacker, at the very least there would be blood on her hands at a crime scene.

Still, Mali could tell there'd be no stopping her. She seemed pretty deadset on going up there herself, and there was no way Mali was going to try tagging along after her. She was never the most dexterous of individuals, and even in her old trouble-making days, she'd break and enter into mostly abandoned locations or businesses that were closed at the time. Trying to tip toe through a populated facility was an entirely different set of skills than she possessed. Not to mention she had at least 50lbs on either of her companions. Her trying to follow would certainly get them caught if it was ever a question before. Which left her alone with Relic.

"Hera, huh? Sounds like the exact same shit really. Although if they wanted to be historically accurate, they should've died off as an organization a hundred years ago so Juno would have a blueprint to rip off," she replied to Relic. She was rather nervous, but also bored and impatient. Waiting for Hell to break loose was an awful feeling, but she didn't have much better to do. "If you want to be really technical though, the City States of Greece didn't really try to take over the world. Well, if they had the chance I'm sure any of them would have taken it, but so would any country, especially back then. Only one who really made any headway in 'taking over the world' was Alexander the Great, and he was Macedonian."

"Hey, think that some of the people going after you for that necklace could have been from Hera if they're really a thing? It was found at an archaeological dig in like Southern Greece, right? If it's really the case that this is another group out there with similar motives, a Greek artifact like that would certainly be in their interests, wouldn't it?"
In the back of her head, Mali wondered if Hannah had managed to actually get any headway with what she'd given her. Could this have caught up with her as well? She sure hoped not.

Iris gave the Uber driver a smile, confirming on her phone that the license plate matched, before she stepped into the car. As much as she was stressed, she couldn't help but be polite, thanking the man in French as soon as she entered and buckled up. Nothing about her surroundings struck her as odd, yet she kept her phone open on the Uber app out of habit. She was a young girl in a foreign country, after all. She found it much safer to be prepared for the worst - though nothing truly awful had ever happened to her. Just watching the movement of the car on the map gave her a sense of control that she didn't really have.

"Pardon?" Iris asked, looking up with confusion at the driver. A shiver ran down her spine and she glanced at the app again. They were headed in the right direction. She considered sending a message to Tinder, but he was in a life or death situation. She was just in an extremely uncomfortable car ride at the moment, she tried to reassure herself that at least. She took steady breaths, trying to get a read on the driver. If she felt another twinge of alarm, then she'd alert her agent friend. However, she did slide to the Share My Trip feature on the app, considering punching in Marc's number briefly or her cousin's - but Cecily was out of the country. Her next closest family member was Cecily's brother, Ethan, and she didn't think he'd be much help.

Priya listened intently as Riley spoke about Murder High. God, it sounded like a teen horror slasher flick or some roleplay scenario. The fact it happened boggles the mind. Then she remembered she came from New York where some guy could stab another just because he was wearing green that day.

Still, it was hard to swallow. But, why lie about it? And considering this case was somehow, some way connected to that case made her even more determined. After all, she had a specialty in tackling old cases.

She stepped out, letting Roy be with Riley alone as she entered her apartment. It wasn't decorated. In fact, most of her things were still in boxes. She hadn't had the time to fully move in and now she was going out of state. She didn't even know her neighbors well enough to have them check on her place while she was gone.

She quickly ducked into her bedroom and took a sack and filled it with two pairs of clothes, some hair and make-up products, and other essentials. She wouldn't need much. She had been on the road before and been away for long periods. Give her some Chinese take-out and she would be golden.

She hopped back out and locked up, pocketing the key before she got back into the car. "Ok, anything else I need to know before we head out?"

Caesar Gonzalez

Location: La Hacienda

It was a formality, unplugging and closing the destroyed laptop. It was probably also a formality to disconnect the battery, and likewise a formality to remove the fried flash drive from the machine. If the situation got any more formal, it would be wearing a top hat and tails. There was the most remote of possibilities that the laptop might still be hemorrhaging information to someone with a very firm grasp on technology. Thalia had heard of such things and Caesar had some working knowledge on security technology, at least enough to know not to take chances. But that thought was a minor stutter in the continuing series of messages sent to his man, Keystone, through the company 'net.

Caesar doubted that someone was watching the Hacienda at all times. Such an endeavor would consume resources on an extreme maybe, that being the chance that Caesar would be returning to his family's holdings in Mexico. He hadn't been back in a long time. It seemed more likely that the activation of the drive somehow had alerted whomever decided to crash their party online. Now that the door was open, though, he had no way of telling if the people responsible were still lurking somewhere behind their monitors, poking around in his family's affairs.

That unsettling thought aside, Caesar completed his last message to Keystone. He wasn't sure why the large man hadn't confirmed receiving most of the stuff that he had been sending, briefly wondering if the MSS Intranet had been compromised. Caesar needed Alicia at the helm of his Tech department, and fast. Her skills as a hacker, turned sideways, were invaluable to the company and to himself. The next best person for the job (that he trusted implicitly) was sitting in the room with him. But she wasn't a hacker by occupation; Thalia was a programmer with an education in network and tech security. She might make a damned fine hacker if she wanted, being as her knowledge of technology based security could readily be turned to the nefarious, but to the best of Caesar's knowledge his niece had not partaken in any computer based felonies as of yet.

Formalities and technological pondering done for the moment, Thalia decided that, like her uncle, she should probably get herself ready for whatever inclement conditions were about to make life interesting. She rifled through the contents of her pack, pulling out a few odds and ends that strongly hinted at her association with the family business. Tac belt, cutlass machete, and extra clips, followed by a phone that looked amazingly like Caesar's, except that it was tucked away in a case that appeared to be covered in fine wire mesh. The elder Gonzalez took an interest in what the upcoming generation was using these days, looking over the very familiar gear with approval. There was one item he was not familiar with, a smallish flashlight with a standard button and a pressure switch, which he instinctively reached toward before Thalia shooed him away.

"Careful where you pick that up, boss." Again, emphasis on the word boss, like she was hammering a point home. "Contact points are around the lens and endcap. You might get a little tickle with enough amperes to light your hair on fire."

Caesar's hand retracted. A rare smile formed on his face, to those who knew him. Anyone else would have seen a scowl, bordering on fury. But it was really a smile. "I sketched this years ago, Angelita. It was not this kind of flashlight though. This is our tech?"

"Yeah. Made right here in sunny Mexico. We moved away from the 'MAG' style light to reduce weight and decrease reaction time. But it's yours. Lot of other stuff, too. My dad not give you the numbers recently?"

"Been busy. I let the accountants handle that stuff and get the cliffnotes on the figures. As long as we're in the black, I'm okay." It was an oversimplification of his involvement with the company, obviously, as was the statement that he had been busy. The North American part of the business had been his area of concentration for a while now, and facilities for a clean room and factory floor were so much less expensive in Mexico.

In truth, this conversation about business and his series of thoughts on the matter was a distraction, keeping him from being in a state of constant despondency. Such was the way of grief: The strong undercurrent of pain stayed, but emotions on the surface ebbed and flowed, exposing the raw hurt one moment then allowing the cooling relief of humor, or love, or something far more dangerous to suppress the pain. This was one such moment for which Caesar was grateful.

But back to the matter at hand. "Fine, Angelita. Get yourself all Gonzalez'ed up. Tell your father what you are doing, and write a list of the working gear you are going to need. Keep it subtle. I am not putting you on the employee roster until we're in the air, either. Now come on, we need to get back to the viewing." The burial was scheduled for early the next morning. Many would not be sleeping that night in their revelry and preparation, which in this instance was preferable. Most all of them were armed, and a physical incursion onto the grounds by anyone hostile, short of an occupying military force, would be considered unwise by most schools of thought on the subject.

"I'll make sure you have a decent bike when we land. You still ride?" The sentence earned him a derisive expression from his niece. Caesar shook his head. Of course she still rode. No one in his family stopped anything until they died. Usually from not stopping.

With quiet resolve and an uncannily similar look on both of their faces, Caesar Hannibal Gonzalez and Thalia Angelica Carmichael of La Familia Gonzalez stepped from the upstairs room and made their way back to the viewing. Food, drink, important conversations with family, and the traditional trappings of Dama de la Muerte Inmaculada were forthcoming. And then back to business.

J. Keystone

Location: Queensguard Industries R&D, Elizabeth's Office -> Front Gate
Skills: Leadership, Security Procedures

"Right then, Ma'am." responded Keystone, answering the request of his company's contract holder, Elizabeth Queensguard. She had visitors at the Gate, and murder on site or not they apparently needed entry. The problem was, Keystone had given the security on shift the express order not to let anyone in, regardless of who they said they were, unless he gave a personal okie-dokie on it. "Vinters, you hang about, yeah? Standard lockdown proties, yeah? When I'm back, we'll talk on gettin' you back to the Hub."

The angry faced blonde lady known as Vinters gave a sigh and a nod. She was none to happy with the present set of circumstances, being as she was supposed to be there to assist in the investigation of Alicia's death and the smooth operation of her holdings, only to be set on edge by an unexpected gathering of rich, influential schmucks and the untimely death of one of them. Still, she was a company woman. At least tonight. Such things were always possible. Maybe they could get to business tomorrow, but if she didn't get the opportunity to get shitfaced and beat the hell out of someone (not necessarily in that order) sometime that night, she was going to be pissed. Barring that, something in the way of vigorous horizontal attention would be fine, too.

On the other side of things, Keystone was busy making his way out of the building and down to the main gate. Just prior to leaving the awning outside of the front doors, he stopped to scan the information that Caesar was passing along to him. "I was thinkin' I 'eard that name..." he mused. Pye. Valerie Pye was apparently a big part of what was going on. And here she was, knocking at the gate. Keystone switched away from the app and gave the guards at the Gate notice. "En route, give Ms. Pye and, er... Guest? Guest my apologies. Be there in a jiff." During that "jiff", Keystone scanned the rest of the information sent from Mexico. It wasn't much. Maybe it was enough for his new tech people to get a more solid lead, though.

Approaching the Gate, the massive pugilist adopted more of a professional demeanor, though it was difficult to do away with his London East Ender's Cockney accent. "Ms. Pye? Mr. Wadsworth? 'pologies on the wait. If'n that you'd be as kind, please pull up to the main building. I'll be alongside." He waved the vehicle through and took up a jog to the passenger's side of the vehicle, staying with it for the short distance necessary to get them to the building. He opened the door and extended a hand to the lady in the backseat, intoning, "Ms. Pye, my name is Keystone, Director o' Security for the Complex. It's m'pleasure to escort the two of you to Miss Queensguard's offices. Be aware, security's a bit tense t'night. Stick with me until we're up where we gotta go, if it'd be your pleasure, ma'am."

Roy nodded and kept an eye out as Riley started to tell what happened. It was a lot to take in but from what he had seen on the news, it was believable. Granted at this point he was more likely to believe Riley than the news. The news was always slanted and tended to leave a lot out. This was a good thing though, if people really knew what was going on all the time, people would revolt and there would be a lot more dead. Or at least that was how he figured it.

He left her alone to speak on the phone when that conversation started and nodded towards Priya as she headed out to gather her shit. Tim was on the other end of the line, whoever Tim was. "Hey girl! Good to hear your voice. Sure thing, I can do you a favor. What ya need?" he asked before taking a sip from his drink and slurping it a bit in the phone.

As Priya came back, Roy shook his head no. "Nah, let's just get to the airport and the fuck out of dodge before anymore shit hits the fan," he said as he turned his attention back to their surroundings.

Relic nodded a bit as he sat on the steps. He wasn't about to follow his sister. She was head strong, she always had been. Why her ass got into shit the way she did. At least his other sister Thana wasn't so "run run run to the danger" but she was just about as stubborn as Zoie was. Looking over to Mali he nodded slightly. "Who knows, maybe those things are worth a lot of money but I am thinking thy are actually older than Greece," he said as sat there. "Ran across some other shit, mentioning cats and such. Something about Isis. Not sure but thinking it started in Egypt but fuck, for all we know all this shit is made up to cover a conspiracy," he said and then rubbed his face. Right then he just wanted to go home and get some sleep. He didn't do well around people. At least not so many for such a long period of time. It was why he stayed online. He could always just log out.

Outside Wadsworth nodded and drove the car up to the front of the building. Turning it off and exiting the car. Ms. Pyre took keystones hand and stepped out of the car. "Thank you, now, where are we going because I seriously doubt Elizabeth hired a bunch of men to escort wankers into her party," she said in a thick British accent.

Wadsworth came over and offered an arm but she waved him off. "You know, instead of trying to do what he is already doing it would be bloody brilliant if you went up and got that door for us," sh said bluntly. Wadsworth just nodded and walked up the stairs to the front door, opening it as if he had always been the doorman and held it in place waiting on them.

"Yeah, if you count the daughter of my daughter a relative. Cynthia is my granddaughter," he said as he drove. They were getting close to where the Circus was set up but things were slowing down. Seemed there was some traffic now. "Now I have to wonder why she didn't kill you. Or why her mother didn't," he added as he turned off the main road and started taking the alleyways instead of the street. It was odd but he was still heading in the right direction.

"It's great to hear from you to Tim." Riley said, as she looked up to hear the door opening and Pyira coming back in with her thing of clothes. "I'm with two detectives here over in Justice, Lawson was killed recently apparently he was working with Tinder on something big. Anyway, they are following a lead that might be connected with Chris and maybe his sister." Riley paused for a moment, looking over at Roy and Pyria and gave them a nod, that she was ready to head out to the airport. "So if you can get all the case files from the reunion so that they can look at them?" Riley then paused for a moment and let out a sigh, she also had plans to bury Chloe while they were in town as well.

"And uh, one last thing I've made arrangements. Chloe was gunned down in a driveby yesterday, I am having her body moved over there if you could also make sure that's safe and secure to?" Riley asked, sighing slightly as she looked out the window, she really hated to have to ask so many favors from Tim, she hadn't talked to much with anyone since the reunion. And Riley didn't plan on coming back so soon, she didn't want to go back, but that was out of her power now.

"I'm starting to wonder if this doesn't actually go back farther than that. Hell, at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if you traced back far enough you ended up getting to reptilian psychic vampire aliens who were the cause of all this shit." It was a joke, but it was also something of a reminder to herself not to get too sucked in by the creations of her own deductions. It was quite easy that once you started accepting what would otherwise be wild bullshit as truth to start accepting all wild bullshit as truth. The last thing she wanted to do was end up being like one of those crazed basement dwellers who never go outside because the CIA's going to use a satellite to reflect microwaves at you and give you cancer for knowing too much. Most of what she'd been doing this whole time was conjecture at best and it was important to keep that in mind.

"Hey, you've brought your phone right? Can you contact your sister right now? I think it might be a good time to try finding another way out than the front door. And you've also got intel on the building layout, right?" She didn't have the aversion to crowds and people Relic did. She enjoyed going out to parties and being around people, even if they had a penchant for being interrupted by murder. No, this was a gut feeling, she couldn't help but think that staying where they were was a terrible mistake. Hell, staying in this building was a terrible mistake.

The sooner they could leave, the better. But it'd be bad planning and poor robbery etiquette to just up and relocate without informing the rest of the team about the change in plans. And although they could definitely try the front, she was almost certain that they'd just be stopped by security due to the events of the night.

Zoie mentioned crawling through the vents or something, and that seemed like that might be able to get them out, but she couldn't know. She didn't have a floorplan. She was banking on Relic possessing that. She'd improvise the whole thing if she had to, but that was a last resort. This was not the type of situation you maneuvered through entirely by the seat of one's pants.

Priya put her things in the back and drove onward then. She let whatever conversation Riley was having play out, but she listened. She couldn't help herself. Even with recent events, Riley was still the unknown to her and the unknown was always something to be concerned about. Hell, Roy was still an unknown. For all she knew, she was driving into a trap.

She remembered Tinder trying to contact her. She would have to get back to him later. Instead, she drove in silence, letting all of this play out in her head. Roy was right. Shit was about to hit the fan and it was important they had umbrellas.

It was hard for her to believe all of this. And what would happen if and when all of this got out? This was big. Bigger than she thought and could potentially blow up. How many were in on this also? She dreaded finding out. She was a simple cop. Big takes were not her thing. Closing cold cases and bringing justice was. Still, crime had to be stopped right?

Iris Kingston

Location: Driving to the Circus!
Skills: Perception, Photographic Memory

Iris quietly hit the button to share her ride with Agent Tinder, shooting off a quick text - Cabbie threatening murder, maybe. She would have added more information but she didn't want to look away from the driver. She switched the app back over to the map view, watching with a bit of confusion as they continued to head in the right direction. She knew that Americans often pointed out how polite her fellow British citizens were - and she couldn't help but be reminded of that. If this man meant her harm, he was being rather...cordial and candid about it.

"I cannot discuss my patients, unfortunately - I am very sorry, monsieur," Iris said calmly. There were rules and regulations that prohibited such things - ones that Iris had no intention of breaking. It was confidential information and simply claiming to be Cynthia's grandfather did not grant him access to them. However, his words did send a chill down her spine. She wasn't sure how to respond to him wondering why she hadn't been killed. Iris naively believed it was because Cynthia knew that she was a good person - that she only ever cared about helping Cynthia get better so she could one day leave the asylum.

Riley turned her head when she heard the rear door open as Pyira dropped her bag of stuff in the back, she waited for Grayson's reply back to her. She figured that he was busy on the other end, but Riley continued to wait for Tim's reply to them coming back to Grimm and opening up the murder high case again. Riley leaned back and looked out the window as she watched the buildings go by as Pyria continued to drive the three of them over to the airport. Riley was still really used to flying, but she wasn't used to just going on a flight with just the clothes on her back and whatever money, cards and makeup she had on her purse.

Riley then decided to just go ahead and buy everyone's tickets online, it would be a bit quicker for them to skip some of the carryon and other luggage that they needed booking. Once she had finished putting the purchase for the three tickets Riley, temporarily muted her phone to let Roy and Pyria know that she had their tickets now. "Hey, went ahead and bought our tickets for us." Riley said before unmuting her phone again.

She had a feeling that the moment she got off the plane in Grimm, and people recognized her she'd most likely get swamped with fans as well as a lot of local reporters. Riley did remember that one of her friends did become a reporter in Grimm, though she really didn't get the time to interact with her.
