I see, well that will be easy. My character's a rambunctious kid so probably he would just be exploring out of sheer boredom.

yeah, you can pretty much make up whatever reason to be there XD... though, 'nothing interesting'? XD There's ships falling out of the sky around the forest XD unless you're not in the ever-free, then it makes a bit more sense.

Yeah, Grief is in in a clearing in a forest and hasn't seen them yet. I was going to start at the very beginning with him looking around for something of interest until he looks up and sees them. Sorry if I didn't mention that event yet, but I wanted to have him literally having what would be a "normal" day for him until this event in my next post. He's also sort of isolated at the start so other characters can be aware of his massive presence nearby.

Okay, I posted Escotto in the character section. I decided to leave out the factions he's part of until they actually become relevant. Anyway, I'll try to post something today. But, I had a late night, so I'm kinda tired.

I've quite enjoyed reading everyone's posts so far :D something did come to mind though.

What does everyone think in terms of posting orders? should we worry about it? or let things simply flow as they will? I like to think we can all get a feel for a good time to make the next post, or when they've got enough to post to, or simply to post to progress a lonelier scene.

I'm not planning to enforce a posting order myself, My usual rule of thumb is wait until a couple of others have posted, or specifically those you're interacting with [or 2 or 3 of them if you're interacting with a lot at once], or 24 hours. I've always found that Stricter orders tend to strain the life of an RP, especially if someone takes longer than others are comfortable waiting for. Not to mention a more authentic experience wouldn't discount that things aren't so strict and organized in real life.

Curious to hear other opinions ^.^

I usually prefer to wait until I think it's a good time to post something. Or, if I have a character interacting with another's, let those people respond first and then post. Enforcing a posting order would only work if everyone's posting consistantly. So, if someone went missing for some period of time, things would get weird.

Not really a fan of posting orders. I find they usually hinder more than they help.

Using common sense and letting people post every few posts after them should be good.

So what I meant last night by working on my starting post was actually get super drunk and forget about my intro post. Also I am working on a intro post now.
