hm. Just noticed I never fixed an issue KOL had with Soma and I failed to mention how much force is needed to break her shields, everyone fine if I describe that in Newton unit (N)

Just compare it with something else. Preferably in energy units since force is quite abstract to grasp for most people who aren't into science.

Like comparing it to the impact of a bullet, car at certain speed, etc. Kinetic energy is much better to understand for everyone's sake.

Mm, did a bunch of quick research and it turns out that the force of a meteor varies greatly. You probably should work with something more specific, cause meteors go from apparently causing the ice age to just bruising someone.

Mm, did a bunch of quick research and it turns out that the force of a meteor varies greatly. You probably should work with something more specific, cause meteors go from apparently causing the ice age to just bruising someone.


Meteors are just rocks that go so fast they catch fire. Some of them even never touch ground, completely vaporizing through the atmosphere. And yes, we're speaking of supersonic speeds. So start thinking in terms of "space rocket" at the lowest, and "experimental railgun" at the highest.

Cool. Guess it's fair to say that the potency of Ami's fire powers are a massive hyperbole then, and that Noxx definitely shouldn't be using that as a benchmark for Soma's shields?

Yes it is in fact hyperbole. Ami cannot cause an extinction level event in a single swing, I would say the upper limits of her power are blowing holes through buildings, or something along those lines. I don't know, KoL will probably say something if I ever go overboard.

Just to be clear, @Noxx, and @AtomicNut, you guys are the ones who should move next. Just about everyone on the scene reactted to your characters, there's not much that can be said until they say/do something.
