Those are some good points, However i was thinking of them splitting into groups so they would have a better chance of finding Samus, Of course for example David would be shut down form the forceful approach by someone on his time and try to convince Samus to come with them or to speak with them face to face. If Amber or the android character with medical or biological knowledge was on a team they would have a fighting chance against the X.


Wouldn't this retroactively be a smack to the Face of Cassius? He was literally made with being a Medic in Mind as well as support with the shields.

It kinda makes me go. "Why did I even make him, if you just want to retrofit other characters to your needs?"

@Eviledd1984 You're not on this planet to find Samus. You're on this planet to see where Samus went. Additionally, Zen will weigh in - since this is approximating the discussion on the way - that he is the only one who is not at risk of infection, so he is the only one that can be safely separate from the group at extended periods of time. Cassius is the one equipped to perform extra quarantine field work. This cannot be performed if you're a long way away. Everyone else may find ways to recharge field units for themselves, but they cannot do what the support guy does. They specialize in other fields of research and defense.

Both fair points, I just want them all to work as a team. And to use their abilities to complete the mission. So I guess David would be out of the question to lead a team even if capable.

@Eviledd1984 Zen does not care WHO leads, only HOW leads. Meaning, it must be a sensible tactic, given the situation.

Okay, a little time has passed and a little discussion has been made. It sounds like there is some positive support for the cat to be in charge. Therefore, unless anyone has any compelling reasons not to, we'll put Tribunal Cassius as the de facto leader. I say de facto because, of course, this group os really led by imperatives, and he's mainly a deciding factor in how to execute actions towards those goals.

To put a pin in it: At no point should anybody who is not in charge think they're not fit TO lead anything. The cat-man appeared to have the better strategy at the time, which essentially gained him the Zen vote.

Now, I do not know if everyone is using Kaze's large vessel as the main support vessel or not. Zen is not because his gunship is connected to him and essentially part of his body.

If there are other things that need to be hashed out, please say so.

I mean, I am leaving tonight and coming back Sunday's afternoon. I basically miss less than 48h, I didn't think you wanted a notice in advance for it. Sorry... Normally one round of post go on for at least like 1 day or 2, so I didn't think I'd miss much.

Also, I just posted and if you guys do a time skip or go on Travel, you can take for granted that (If Kaze accepts) she docks her ship to his and either works on her research during most of the travel, or go through notes again. All be it fast, I already wrote down she agreed on Cassius' idea for a leader so I don't think her direct involvement (as in me, the player) is further needed until we arrive at the planet.

P.S: It's my last LARP of the Summer. Since I am totally no life'ing' the rest of the year, you won't have any other issues with me. :^)

Hey. So, uhhh...
This might sound really irresponsible but I think I'm better off backing off of this rp. At this point I've been silent until bumped(and multiple times too), and I'm not sure if I can continue with you guys. Irl stuff is about to get a bit busy.
