A Gms job is not only to host an Rp but to help their rpers leave an Rp better than when they started. So I am going to push you to go a bit further. This week I have a challenge for all my peeps in my Rps.

Each post your make in the next 7 days, pull up your character sheet and look at your characters Psychological Section. I want you to pull a trait, a like, a dislike, quirk, habit - something directly from the sheet and work it into your post. Reflect your vision for your character and add depth.

This does NOT mean fluff your post. I am adding a 3 para LIMIT to each character this week. Remember good writing is not about length but about content. It isn't about gilding the lily until it is too heavy to stand alone. It is about a good balance of character, content, and action. (This message will be repeated in each RP OOC)

Fantasy Chic has had a back up character, Faye, approved via PM.

New Chat Area: Please note that there is a new chat room on the server titled Reminders. I will tag people there if something comes up so it isn't lost in other chats. Others are free to use it to remind people to move their posts over to SI so it isn't lost in the chat mix. (Only post a single reminder to a person and only post to remind to move to SI please)

I will remind for counters there but do note I don't always remind for counters. In fact I rarely do, so don't use it as a crutch. Also, make sure to check chat DAILY - that is required in the rules so you can see announcements and the like. Always check before you post!

Final Reminder: Alright, dropped a reminder in chat but some aren't checking chat. So this message will repeat in every RP and please take this as your final notice. When joining an RP I GM, part of the rules include joining the chat and the back up forum. This also means checking chat daily. Some aren't. (How do I know? Because the back up forum has had announcements people are not logging in to check, which is required and those announcements were linked in chat.) Please don't make me be an Evil GM Overlord and enforce the ~removal from RP for not following the check these things daily~ rules. You have 24 hours if you haven't been checking in. (Yes, I do check this.)

That 24 hour note was started not from that post but from the announcement in Discord.

Time Jump: Alright, we are going to move things along. I am resetting counter for this RP as of now. The characters that need to leave are.

Looking at the characters room and board locations. It makes the most sense for the following characters to go together.

  • Nora
• Shepheards Hotel
  • Mahendra
  • Mosi

Lauren doesn't have anyone at her hotel - so I say Reginald goes with her to keep the pairings up. Only 1 stop, right back and then Lauren can help the Lord Major get things in order.

This is going to be a case file as it were. Pm me if you need any direction but other wise, just enjoy the collab - get your characters from the barracks, to get their things and back. Once we do that, I will move us to the ship to get us boarded and we can finally, after 2 years, get underway. LOL

(Those with Backup characters - don't worry. I have a plan. If you want to bring them in now, pm me and we can talk it out. If you want to wait longer, we can as well. I have several option to bring them in AFTER we get the whole crew to the boat and then beyond there.)

10/02/2018: Alright I am working on the update now and moving all those that are already in the RP forward to the boat. We will have 3, not 2 new characters coming into play now. ONL and Fantasy - you are already on the ship - details will be provided in the post. Morose - I will set up your entrance for your new character. You can bring her in as soon as you make the alterations to the CS I sent you. Make sure it is posted to the CS tab before you post in IC.

Can we please not push all your counters to the end this time? (Not meaning the collabs, just it seems every time I reset counters everyone uses that as a week off type thing and since you are all now pushed together because of the last collabs I am really afraid it will happen again.) - In fact the ONLY person that can't post right after I post is Nallore because she posted last and it wouldn't be two posts between her last and a new one. So yeah, waiting isn't needed and completely unnecessary once my post goes up.

10/02/2018 B: Alright, I was trying to find some inspiration for the boat - but kept going back to the boat from the movie the Mummy - so that is what we are going with. For those that haven't seen it - here - a deleted movie clip video. Fastforward to :57 and watch they next nearly minute of the video. It will give you scope, size, and idea for how the boat is looking.

10/19/2018: Alright, we now have a Deck Plan basic layout for the Ferry Boat, it is also linked in the Original OOC post. Please make sure to now list out as locations "Deck": "Where on the Deck"

Rule Change 3-29-19: Minimal of 250 Words Per Post

• Post on SI first and hover over the stars in the top left hand corner of your post to check post length.
• Once posted on RPG, edits for post length will not be accepted and you will be removed from RP if your post does not meet the minimal.

Okay peeps, we are going on a mid-year break. Everyone could use a little down time, so I am freezing counters right now. Listed below are your current counters, they are hereby frozen until the 21st. On the 22nd I will move counters up by one day. If you are on day 7 today, they will mean they will go to day 8 on the 22nd, so get a post in. Anyone that does post between now and the 21st will have their counter refrozen at 1 until the 22nd. Basically this means everyone gets a week off. Enjoy the down time, get caught up, and so forth. We will pick up on the 22nd! Happy Summer Break!
