when I was a kid, I would run out of the room whenever tales from the crypt played on tv. now, I love the show and don't get scared at all. I have a few dvds of the show even.

I get a migraine at least once or twice a month. ugh.

Mine are usually once a week, though I've been able to stretch it to 8 or 9 days with magnesium supplements and careful routines.

I watched a 2018 movie titled, "7 days at Entebbe". The movie was so-so. I found it annoying how the producers attempted to humanize the German Revolutionaries assisting the Palestinian terrorists. They were all bad people. There is no relief from guilt for the members of the The Red Army Faction or Baader–Meinhof Gang. They were simply killers.

my first roleplay character was either a human, vampire, or a hybrid of both. I forget which.

The first successful kill I scored in writing was against another animal player. It helps to have an understanding, innate and learned, about the capabilities of a species and to have an opponent who drastically overestimates the power of theirs. So too it bears mention that this was during a time on the internet where it seemed everyone and everything was a wolf. Us cats were uncommon, lions or tigers at best, and often played just as poorly but seemingly without the nearly as massive an overrating of capability.

I wasn't well aware rping as an animal was a thing. My characters have always been human, save for a demoness I played once. She was Satan's right hand, although she appeared in human form and didn't have horns or anything. Fun character, very suiting for me.

I've seen people RP as animals and robots/Androids. Personally, I've never been into that. The closest I've done to that was a dragon rider RP. My main was a race called the Oolarger. He was a humanoid, but I also RPd as his mount, a red dragon.

Oolarger eh? My race would be Oosmaller.

Last Friday someone came into the office and was genuinely shocked when at some point in the conversation I told him I was 32. He says going by my petite size and baby face he was assuming I was at most 20 or 21.

I think I've mentioned it before but the day I stop getting carded is the day I will develop some mild form of depression.

@Xandrya You'll get used to it. I look about 8 years younger than I am. Eventually, you'll get so old that you no longer look 21. I remember being 40 and asking the waitress to card me. lol

I occasionally have someone at a store still ask me if I am at least 17 whenever I buy a rated r movie on dvd.
an example would be when I was at this one store buying the collector on dvd as a birthday present for my uncle.

I've said age was relative for many years, but I have achieved an age where chronic aches and pains dominate my existence. I am trying desperately to get in shape and have been for many years. I go for a run every day, but I have Achilles Tendinitis. The pain in the Achilles has been there for seven years; it comes and goes; must be calcified by now. But when I run and it hurts, it is terrible! I have been stretching the crap out of it lately. It does help, but it still hurts.

For me it's somewhat of a hard concept to grasp. We obviously don't notice our appearances slowly changing over time, so I believe I still look the same as I did years ago. But I do want to be the next Helena Bonham Carter. I love how good she looks even now.

For the most part I work out on the regular. But why don't you try something other than running?

I have been in Martial Arts for six years. I tested for first degree black belt two years ago and will test for 2nd Degree black belt this fall. During the third and final test, I will be expected to complete a one mile run within a certain amount of time and then do 100 push ups. All of that will come after two and half to three hours of performing all the curriculum I need to know for 2nd degree. It is physically challenging and exhausting. Imagine doing aerobic cardiovascular training for three hours strait. When the run and push ups are done, then we get to spar one another. I believe it is five one-minute fights and then it is over. Even though it is painful, I must run and do push ups of course.

On the subject of age, not once have I ever been mistaken for the younger. I am indeed an old soul in every manifestation it seems.

I like the idea of an old soul. I once allowed myself to be hypnotized for the purpose of past life regression by a medium. We were able to see a past version of myself set during the Roman era. I guess that would make me an old soul. But my appearance, I get from my mother and remain looking about 8 years younger than I am. I remember one time, someone asked my mother why she married such an older man. At the time, she was 47 and dad was 50. She looked 40 and he looked 60 because he had a rough life.
