You could make a plaguegor? Or a general Bestigor champion with a daemon axe with a bound fury.

Was going to be a Khornegor (Khorngor?) Either way, but not a bad idea about a Bestigor. I'm more deciding on the type of Beastman (huge, normal size etc), rather than denomination etc.

Isn't a harpy a type of Tyranid?

I think I've pretty much got an idea figured out, but if anyone does have any more then feel free to keep them coming.

A khornegor with a bloodletter blade? Make him mutated and extra muscled.

Idea, former space marine that mutated into a khorngor. No power armour, but with the warped physique of an astartes

I know precious little about 40k Beastmen, but I can do some digging, if you're stuck for ideas.

Okie dokie, again this is a very rough prolfile, but functional if accepted; I will again probably edit it later, but the base details won't change.

@Jbcool out of curiosity, would he still have the butchers nails? Or did those deteriorate due to his mutations?

I did actually ponder on that, and may well decide just to leave them out, but I thought it may be that Khorne simply left them as some form of practical joke on a favoured servant. I think though, for the sake of him not trying to kill everyone at all times, I might just edit them out.

@Jbcool a cool idea I just had-- maybe they could be fused into his horns? The dopamine release only occurring when his horns are drenched in blood?

I think that would be pretty fuckin beastly.

Sorry if that joke was khorney.

That's a lie, I'm actually not sorry.

I'm not the GM, but from what I know you can't really remove the nails. The Emperor tried on Angron and failed, I don't think you could just cure a random Marine of it.

Then you clearly missed the entire part about warp-feckery; I'm well aware of how the Nails operate, as I am about Angron etc, the thing is that he reshaped his entire body - yet it is the Butcher's Nails that are the problem? Nor is he a 'random marine', otherwise I imagine he'd have been dead centuries ago. TL;DR they weren't 'removed', they were obliterated with space-magick by a deity.

In the end I'll let @Bloodrose decide whether she'd prefer them or is fine as is, if he's accepted as a character anyway.

I like it! Minos is accepted.

In terms of the Butcher's nails, I'll leave that to your discretion, JB.

The Emperor himself wasn't below use of the warp.

@Andreyich *facepalms*

To an extent, yes. But we're talking about massive scale chaotic mutations. The emperor dun fuck wit dat natty shit.

Besides even if they ARE still there, would they still function on a heavily mutated astartes?

I apologize for inadvertently sparking this debate @Jbcool

Mutations or not we don't have evidence that you can lose your nails. Angron still has his even though he's a giant lizard Daemon now. None of the other former world eaters in Daemonhood have any mention of the loss of their nails.

@Andreyich I dont recall the mention they still have the nails either. Besides, the nails protruding from Angron's skull are no more than a iconic part of his aesthetic. If he so chose, I imagine he'd be able to manifest without them... Y'know, being a daemon and all.

Again, the question remains-- would the nails even continue to function at all?

In Emperor's Gift he still had the nails. Regardless, you're doing a whole lot of speculating when really there hasn't been a single instance of mutations removing the nails.

@Andreyich I'm not arguing that its typical I'm arguing that its possible. Like I said, as Angron is a daemon, it is quite likely that he can manifest without the nails, as daemons have control over their appearance when they manifest. However, would Angron care enough to purposefully not manifest them? Probably not. Even in life Angron didnt really give a shit about dabbling in warp fuckery-- that was more of a thing for Magnus. So I doubt that even if he can manifest without them, he likely wouldnt have enough know-how, interest, or practice in manipulating his shape to do so.

However capable one may be of doing something, doesnt mean they ever actually DO it.
