But yeah I'm also curious if people have the capability to wield two kinds of magic at the same time or are they stuck with what they've got?

Yeah basically. Can a person use more than one type of magic at the same time? And if they can, could they merge the magic types to work together? For example, could someone force crush then have the result of that crush burst into an electric blast?

Teleportation would be having a person visual their destination in mind, then manipulating space-time essentially to then pop from the area they are at to the one they imagined. The longer the distance, the more the power cost so short range teleports would be the most likely used applications for sneak attacks or an easier get-away from a bad situation.

That's actually an interesting idea I haven't had much thought on. In terms of would that be allowed, I would say that it is a maybe. The individual magics would have to be weaker to compensate I would say. Like I mentioned magic use would be like stamina or strength for an athlete. Are there athletes who have managed to play in two separate pro sports and excel in both? Yes. Is it the norm? Not quite. I would want to see what you would come up with before I give a definitive answer all the same.

I like the turnout thus far and will work on the OOC here over the weekend. In the meantime, I will try and flesh out three types of magic (fire, water, and force) to kinda give a brief look into how they might function over the night and into tomorrow. I have edited in fire already and will try and get force in soon. These are still WIP's and will be expanded hopefully in the OOC.

I would not be opposed to it! The details would need to be worked out, and you may find yourself in places where plant life might not be as readily available. Now, what control of plant control, or nature in general, would we be looking at?

@MagratheanWhale mostly if there is plant life he could cause it to grow and then say he's in a forest he can control the vines and tree branches to wrap around people though stuff like that would take more energy

I could work with that idea. Growth might be something that might be hard to achieve on a big scale, but on a small one, it could work. In terms of vines wrapping around people would work. We can work out the details as it comes time to post the OOC and I have a system in place to work with the magic as a whole.

For teleportation, I thought a bit about it and would prefer to see it before I act one way or the other. I am not sure if it would work but it could all the same. When I get the OOC up and the CS and Magic Sheet ready, we can take a look at the process then.

The Internet went down in my area. Unfortunately, all OOC work was online so today was non-productive. I will try and hammer the OOC out tomorrow but I would say next weekend is more likely.

I got the OOC up and one character up as well. As for Character sheets, you are free to use what you'd like and my CS will be the base.
