Devil Fruits

Mysterious fruits that grants the consuming user powerful abilities. People who ate a devil fruit cannot swim. Most people of the East Sea do not known anything about devil fruits. But they are known to be very expensive, ranging at 100 million berry at the very least. There are 3 types of those fruits.

Paramecia

Grant the user a varying range of abilities. Examples are rubber rubber fruit, which grants the user to stretch like a rubber. Or the door door fruit, which grants the abilities to turn things into a door.

Zoans

Eaters of this type of devil fruit can transform into an animal. They have 3 forms, human, hybrid and the beast form. Examples is the Feline Feline Fruit, Model: Leopard, which allows the user to transform into a leopard.

Logia
The strongest and the rarest of the 3 types of fruits. Most attacks besides its natural weakness will phase through their flesh harmlessly. Like the flame flame fruit, the user can churn out fire (and most attacks won't damage them due to their flare body.)

Sea Prism Stones
A material that has the same source as the sea. It disrupts Devil Fruit users by giving them the same sensation of drowning upon touch. It is said that nothing breaks seastones.

The White Pearl
A small sloop of the East Blue. It has large masts that has the jolly roger of the ship. The jolly roger has the symbol of red rose along the edge of the skull

The ships reeks of aged wood that seemed more likely to have seen better days.

The upper and lower decks has wood that is creaky more than often. Along the upper decks, the ship has a cannons that can aim the other enemy ship. The lower decks has bedroom, the men’s hammock and the women’s room, the Captain’s quarters is the more spacious one of the 3 rooms, though Alesia turns it into a navigation and meeting room due to the larger size.

The ship has an anchor and a rudder that steers the ship, but it is small enough to also be moored by the coast.

Gangplanks and ladders are used for normal embarking and disembarking.

Argin Kingdom, Puerto Arguin: An autumn island of the Grand Line. Magpies are common sight along the coasts. Bricks of cobblestones leveled the port of Argin, cannonades lined along the battlements of the city. Those cold grey fortifications marked a stark contrast to the marble rimmed Harbour.

There used to be a cathedral, Aposta Meduse, but it was destroyed due to a recent skirmish. The scarlet pirates are gathering crewmates at the Old Dread inn.

Name: "Sister" Belladonna Bainbridge

Age: 21 years old

Bounty: 23 million berries. Wanted, dead or alive, for the suspected murder of a goverment official and association with a wanted criminal.

Gender: Female

Personality: Soft-spoken and of a serene disposition, Belladonna appears to be an amicable and helpful young lady who's always warm and eager to lend a hand at a first glance, but that image easily comes apart after exchanging more than a few words as this demeanor reveals itself as someone simply playing the part of what is a good person; an unflinching mask that promises a dark surprise to any who manage to pry it away.
This stubborn façade gives way briefly from time to time, more often when her past or Father Bainbridge is brought up. In these moments, it's clear that she holds an unhealthy devotion and obsession with that man, and that she seems to have a rather fond memory of the tasks she had to do for him, specially the less than tasteful ones. It's safe to say that Belladonna's got a sadomasochistic streak going on for her. Despite that, though, she's quite serious when it comes to healing others, and never attempts anything odd or strange on those that she mends the wounds of. If this is brought up, she always replies something among the lines of "Why would I?" or "It's what I'm good at, after all".

Backstory: A couple of decades ago, somewhere in the South Blue, there was an island where there was a group. A sect of sorts; a cult of personality ran by Jeremiah Bainbridge, a former pirate of the New World. He had returned to his birthplace in order to make it his own personal haven, and it didn't take long for him to stage a one-man coup d'etat and take the island by storm. He subjugated the entirety of the island's populace and established himself as their lord, and demanded the towns to pay tribute to him as the island turned into a den of criminals. He was left to his devices due to bribes he gave to a Marine Officer, paving the way to a growing narcissism that'd end on a messiah complex of sorts.
Part of the tribute he asked to the people under his heel were their firstborns; little boys and girls he would groom and train to become his hand and will across the South Blue; disposable pawns that he'd use to sow chaos in other islands and then take down important figures in other islands when they were of age, giving him the perfect opportunity to extend his territory. Children that'd be left with no purpose in life once their task was accomplished.
An apparently whimsical journey back to the Grand Line by her Father a year ago mattched the time when Belladonna had finished one of such tasks. Before she could return, a Marine fleet moved in to wipe out that criminal paradise, one that was being prepared once Father Bainbridge became a burgeoning threat. Thus, Belladonna was suddenly left with no home and family to return to. All that she had now was the knowledge that her Father was somewhere in the Grand Line, and that it was up to her to return to his side.

Abilities:

• Devil Fruit: Belladonna is the current user of the Rose-Rose fruit, which lets her create and transform into roses. At this current point of time, her usage of the fruit is limited to creating long whips of deceptively strong thorny stem to fight with, with whom she's decently proficient with. It was a gift from Father Bainbridge that he acquired in the black market.
• Belladonna has also been trained as a medic by her father, granting her knowledge of how to treat wounds and produce medicine and pastes for medical use.

Relationships: Despite being generally pleasant most of the time, Belladonna keeps everyone else at an arm's distance. At the start of the adventure, she's merely offering her services to them as payment for carrying her further down the Grand Line, since the previous group tactfully forgot her in Puerto Arguin and set sail without her.

Dreams: To reunite with her beloved Father Bainbridge.

Name: Conrad D. Lucille

Age: 22 years of age

Appearance: Lucille is a fairly tall woman who stands at a rough height of 6'2". Yet she's still considered a puny midget to her mothers tribe. She has shimmering leaf green eyes, and dark brown nearly black hair that barely reaches the nape of her neck. She also has scars running along the bridge of her nose, and on her cheeks. Although she's mostly human, Lucille still shows physical traits of that belonging to a bull. The only traits that show however are the horns that grow from her head and the tail she usually tries to hide. Something no one could ever explain however is why all of her teeth are razor sharp and pointy.


Personality: Lucille can be best described as unpredictable. Maybe even explosive. She's always been known to act first, but plan later. She never puts anyone over another. Like she was taught by her mother no one is better than another. Only those who she found trustworthy could then placed on a high chair. A chair so high that she would scrap tooth and nail just to protect that person. None have ever accomplished that goal, so Lucille has pushed the thought of someone so great out of her mind.

Backstory: Lucille never met her father. In fact she was always told her father was a man who would only bring trouble. So the day Lucille turned the good age of five, her father left with a sorrowful goodbye. Of course at the time she hadn't understood why he left. But there always a small spark in her heart that someday. Some very distant future day he would return... That dream never came true.
Lucille would spend her life with her mother and their tribe. A tribe of half-human half-bull creatures, everyone in their tribe was considered a warrior from birth. Even Lucille who looked human from head to toe. Despite not looking like the tribe she still tried her best to act like them. Even then there was no possible way for her to be like them. Having half of their genes wasn't enough, Lucille could barely keep up with them all and wasn't even half as strong. But that didn't demotivate her from putting 110% into her training everyday. It was at that time when she was 10 that she vowed to someday be the strongest member of her tribe. It was on that same fated day Lucille made the best, or worst choice of her life.
The Bullmen tribe believed in material objects, and one object they all held great recognition to was a fruit. Lucille knew nothing about it besides that it would grant her magical powers, and tons of strength. That promise of strength led a young Lucille to the fruit. Almost as if it were meant to be, nobody noticed her, no guards protecting the box it was held it. It was all destiny and without wasting a breathe the fruit vanished. Into Lucille's mouth piece by agonizing terrible tasting piece.
It took less than 1 minute for the entire to look at her in unison and demand she spit the fruit out. But by that it was too late. Lucille had gained the full power of the devil fruit. Later she would learn it was named the Boom-Boom fruit.
From that moment Lucilles life changed completely. She wasn't allowed to train with her fellow peers, but was instead given special training. For the next 8 years of her life she would be trained day in and day out, on how to properly use her powers. Of course it was hard in the beginning, but as time passe Lucille's strength and knowledge of her power had greatly increased. She was now the strongest in her tribe. Yet that was no longer enough. Lucille wanted to test her strength out in the world, and someday return to her tribe as the strongest in history.
Lucille's ambitions and countless hours of hopeless arguments, led Lucille to a traders barge. She was determined to see the world and test herself even if it meant sneaking away for years. That was the decision she made, and as she watched her home grow smaller in the distance she promised to return someday.

Abilities:
Devil Fruit: Lucille is the current owner of the Boom-Boom fruit. A rare and extremely powerful paramecia class fruit. The Boom-Boom fruit grants is user to create explosions from their body parts, bodily fluids, or any material object they touch. The explosions can range between feeling like a small tickle on its victim to completely disintegrating anyone within a 50 yard radius. It all depends on the users strength.

cutlass and one handed axe: Lucille was trained extensively on the use of her weapons and treating them as extensions of her body. She's now able to make cuts and thrusts while simultaneously creating an explosion from the tip of the blade. Even being able to make slashes that explode.

Hand to Hand: While she does carry weapons Lucille learned that her powers are not as effective. So she trained her self in hand to hand combat.

Cannon Punch: a straight jab that upon impact creates an explosion

Bullet canon: Rapid punches the each detonate upon impact. Each detonation grows increasingly stronger until the final punch which is usually cannon punch.
