In the year 2030 humans have broke through on genetic engineering. Mastering how to modify DNA humans now days barely ever get sick and the wealthiest don't even age. The earth isn't perfect though a global corporation runs the earth and they impose strict laws many of them usually ending in death. To combat this government a secret group of scientists have modified willing participants to be able to survive in the ocean. Dubbed as the Neptune Experiment these participants will have to try and survive in the ocean as well as dodge or fight back against federation attacks. If they have survived for more than a year the scientists will consider the experiment a success and start a new human society under the water.

Ideally I would like to get a few people interested before the OOC where I will then describe the different types of marine animal genes your character could have, and the abilities and side effects that come with it. The 18+ warning is for language and violence
