Yes, they started the second week, so a week before the current day.

EDIT: @Relin If you want to mention anything about the Cooking Club, Lanza has kept his promise and is now a junior member of the club. He also bought new equipment for the club.

@Blu What kind of lessons would Nyx have been giving the class? I want to base Ty's development off of the professor's lessons, particularly whether he will be receptive to the teaching or continue to struggle with it.

Nyx's lessons in the two weeks include:

For Magic users: mana shaping for spells, general elemental magic basics, stamina training to control mana usage.

For Might users: intensive physical training (weights, obstacle courses), meditation for mana flow.

In general: Nyx specializes in mana control so training that helps with that. Plus some general history of the origins of magic and mana.

@TheWendil Have Kiara report it to student resources. They'll send her to a department specializing in fixing tomes. Tomes are made from materials that are reactive to mana so once it has been fixed, Kiara would use her mana to recover her spells. Magic ink ftw. However, her spells will take a hit in potency as she adjusts to the newly fixed tome.

How do you envision the Arcane Paints event going?

They should take a group photo painting at the end, that’s for sure. Maybe show off the hidden side of the club, see what eldritch horrors pop up when you combine magic paint with the avant-garde. Or the enterprising doujin artists trying to make their waifus real…

On another note, @Blu if we probe Nyx now, will he reveal more intel about the theft, the stolen artifact, and the alleged perpetrators?

@samakama Good question. I forgot to mention that Nyx should've told the entire class everything already. So what he knows, the class should know too.

Welp, that’s not a lot of information to go off of. If the class stays in the village for more than a day — maybe not even that long — I expect the Lexicon to get stolen at some point.

@samakama If you need some other information, just ask. But I think we have a decent amount so far. We know our goal, the targets, the general area where we can find them, and what they stole even though I didn't mention it specifically yet.

I expect the Lexicon to get stolen
