Obviously the real solution is to personally draw what you're imagining in perfect detail

For real, you can always try downloading the pic, then uploading it to imgur and linking to that

@Tortoise If I need to tweak an image, especially if actually putting the image in rather than a link, I'll sometimes use imgur. Otherwise though it's just an extra step I don't need and I like saving energy.

Once upon a time I had interest in drawing, then I tried it and realized I didn't have the patience for it. There's just something about seeing an unfinished work that urks me to no end, but not in a good way that makes me want to finish it. :)

Yeah, she was a cool character. Maybe someone else will come along with a shipboard AI character to replace her. We can just say she got an "update" that completely changed her personality and name

The biggest problem with Cake was it was a character that could literally interact with anyone within communication distance at any time, much is very manageable as a sharable NPC but not as a player character. Too much to think about and too many interactions to keep up with. It was a valiant attempt however.

Ye I agree, maybe we could turn Cake into NPC if @datadogie is not coming back any time soon?
Btw all the NPCs I have created for the survey team are free to play with, I don't really care about them, feel free to play with them or even kill them off if you feel the need

Well, that's the thing. I really don't know if @datadogie is in or not.

I've been trying to keep the slot open, because he told me (via PM) that he was coming back. I told him how he could, which posts would get him caught up, etc., but then he didn't reply. I sent another message in case that one didn't go through, and he didn't reply to that either. Maybe he missed both? This site has plenty of issues.

I figured it was over, but I've seen him checking the page. So things are sort of in the air. I'll give it another week.

Either way tho, I'm not gonna make Cake an NPC, since that's his character. I'd just replace her with another, less personable AI.

(EDIT: And if he does still want in, I think I have a solution for the "everyone asking Cake for stuff at once" problem that IceHeart mentioned)

No, I avoid that platform, or using anything off of this site.

My only hiccup is using discord or anything else off-site: it's a headache, and I'll always leave an RP to avoid it.

I dont mind discord on very advanced RPs that contain a lot of cooperative posts, but dont really like it for light casual RP like this.
