Welp, it's come down to this. Either Angela gets knocked out due to health loss or Bakuto gets knocked out due to exhaustion. Either way, this is fun :)

I'm afraid you math is off. When you combine bonuses, it looks like this...

x + 1x + 0.5x
OR in this case
33 + (1 x 33) + (0.5 x 33) = 85.5

The confusion is this...

x + 1x = 2x
AND
x + 0.5x = 1.5x

So, my apologies, but your speed only goes up to 85.5.
But hey, at least that means less exhaustion too.

Also, you should have used your serious boost and not your secret technique. Since you've used your secret technique against Bakuto already, it's only going to boost your defense by 1.5 (x + 0.5X).

Wait, so... you can just put literally everything into Speed and still do plenty of damage as well as avoid all incoming damage? Something about that strikes as me as a tad bit unbalanced. Like, what is even the point of the other two stats if Speed can literally do everything on its own?

@Double He didn't do plenty of damage. He did a base damage plus whatever he rolled, which ended up eleven in total. Also, you may notice that this combat system is being put to the test as we RP in order to perfect it.

Yes, speed is a "safer" way to deal damage, because you know 25% of your speed stat will go to defense and ATTACK. But that doesn't necessarily make it the best.

But attack is the only stat that actually gets rolled. It has a guaranteed effective rate of 50%, but if you roll anything higher, then that is when it starts to become attractive. You could theoretically deal 100% of your attack points if you had amazing luck. To balance that, it effects stamina the harshest.

Then you have defense. With the lowest effect on stamina and a guaranteed 50% effective rate, it is the best way to defend.

So it all comes down to how much risk you are willing to take.

This fight is really grinding down both Bakuto and Angela. Unstoppable force vs Unbreakable wall, something is going to give eventually.

I know what I would do in her situation.

At least this fight has pretty much helped me determine exactly what my Secret Techniqie will be when it comes time to reveal it. Probably one of the only ways to truly counter Afterimages and/or high speed opponents. What is it? You'll just have to wait and see.

Got my latest post up. This fight will end up with both Angela and Bakuto just getting into a slap fight at this rate with them drawing out the match longer and longer.

I have a plan to end it on this round, but I don't want to say anything till Angel responds, so as not to give her an unfair advantage.

Without knowing what the plan is, would you all agree that this fight has gone on long enough? And would you mind if I brought it to a fair conclusion?

If one doesn't conk out from exhaustion naturally or the other one doesn't knock out from health concerns that way this time...then I see no reason why a ruling can't be made to cut to the chase. Just wait and see how this pair of turns plays out, I guess.

@BladeSS4 Just so you know, Bakuto won a lot of prize money for coming in second. If he came from a small village that just needed money to eat, he should have plenty to help out for many years to come.
