Morgan would be Bard (probably Lore)/Hexblade Warlock while Zaikudo would be Paladin, Oath of the Crown if we want to get precise! I'm wading into melee regardless, so I think Vertigo and I wouldn't overlap much (though we can compare notes if desired to prevent it)

@RBYDark Ok so I finally got the time to read them over, although I won't be able to work on cleaning up the lore dump tonight :(

Morgan - Looks fine for the setting nothing stands out as off or wrong, even could fit a few npc's I know about into it as former masters and such.

Zaikudo - he can be an Aasimar from birth even to human parents, and would even be seen as a blessing from the sacred fire, but a change after birth is kind of much. As for the visions/premonitions I think that would fit more into a Kalashtar than an Aasimar But maybe you could get some interventions along the way. Also with the new Aasimar you would have a celestial revelation of Radiant Consumption (I would suggest the updated one as you no longer hurt yourself with burning eyes mode)

I'll admit, I was taking my aasimar knowledge from Volo's Guide (which I misread to suggest Celestial-touched instead of Celestial ancestry). Kalashtar might work instead, I just need some time to read up on it? Glad Morgan works out just fine though.

Yeah Aasimar just means Angelic blood in your bloodline like tiefling just means demonic blood in the bloodline. but we can play off the Kalashtar part as a special birth as well if you want to go that rout.

@tobiax Looked over the Oath of Treachery, and it looks like its an old one, pretty powerful one as well. I normally don't mind UA I know will be getting a full release but due to this ones age I doubt it will see a full release. It also seems more like a DM tool subclass as its pretty powerful and kinda bad guy focused. So I don't know if I want to allow it.

I'd rather we didn't have two bards in such a small group since there are so many classes to pick from, but it's not my decision to make nor a hill I'll die on. I won't be primarily melee, but will be doing it occasionally to bite/when out of spell slots as well.

I'm still here. Moving my character from DiceCloud to D&D Beyond is just taking a while is all.

@Vertigo I've conceptualized Morgan as a bard, mostly due to his flamboyancy and treating everything as a performance. If you can help me figure out an alternative build, though, I'll be glad to talk it over via PM? I just don't KNOW how to play a straight fighter and the closest I've ever come to playing a non-mage character was an archer I made for a 3.5e game. And, well, we need someone to wade ino melee.

I completely understand. The slight stealth elements reminded me of Grey Paladins, which is what, if I ever rebuilt this character in Pathfinder, I'd probably make them. Honestly, oathbreaker doesn't fit right, since this character hates undead for reasons, and I was looking for something that felt halfway between Redemption and Vengence.
For the Rogue, I was thinking a scourge aasimar, who would be in the mindset of rebelling against the "gift" they have. But that's far less developed.

I know this looks like it's filling up fast but I was curious how the party would feel about having a dragonborn sorcerer, either draconic or pyromancer if allowed?
