If that's the case, you could always hang back (maybe winded form the fall, although everyone survived thanks to the flowerbed) and pitch in a little here or there. There's definitely ways to go about this other than soloing them. I think Scarifar was planning for Rubick to take solo action, so the Adventurer could follow up after the sorcerer does some damage to a monster, or get its attention with a barrage of crossbow bolts so that Rubick could blast it with magic.

Archmage and I have claimed Dark Horse and Idea, while I think Yankee is going to go after Dizy and Junicorn, which leaves Ang, Zzap, and Puzz as potential targets. Whichever you don't choose, the other two will end up being fought by Omori, the Knight, and Jesse probably.


I'll go with Zzap then.

For me he was the best portrayed in the series, as imo OoT had the best writing at the time it came out. Ganondorf was a badass with actual motivations.

I still had to make some interpretations when writing my Ganondorf. That while thing with Nabooru was something I added in on my own. Canonically they don't even interact, much less have any connection. In the game she secretly rebelled against him alone, whereas in my interpretation she led a full on mutiny against him at the start of his invasion of Hyrule. Bit more of a grudge between them this time around.

@MULTI_MEDIA_MAN @Dark Cloud Good work on your characters' confrontation so far! I'm eager to see how Geralt defuses the situation. If you're so inclined and it's not to much to ask of you both, maybe you Multi could look into another small post this weekend, after Roxas has scrambled to decoy along with Raz and then Blazermate, Susie, Bede, Peach, Giovanna, and the Doctors make a break for the Trade Depot. It could end with Geralt taking his leave himself, and then Dark Cloud could do another small follow-up that interfaces with the rest of Geralt's distraction and then begins the chase. What do you think?

I think Bede got mentioned by Geralt as part of his excuse, but I don't think we planned that he'd actually go with him, nor that Multi's part implied that he did. Maybe Dark Cloud misread it that way and assumed as much? If you do want him to go up front too there that's up to you, but your character shouldn't be forced into it.

With less than five hours to go, and just three out of the seven monsters that have attacked Purple Team defeated, I wish everyone the best of luck! I would encourage posting at least something since doing nothing in a dangerous situation will probably result in taking damage (this is what's called a Prompt Failure). This will not apply to the Adventurer if we can't confirm that he joined the rest of the team going down into the Under IC. After tonight's update, everyone will get the choice to keep fighting or to take a different path.

I think what you've got would actually work fine if you made the location the Ruins instead of the Barge, as in he's 'coming to' in the flowerbed that broke everyone's fall through the Chasm as the fight with the monsters concluded, having been stunned by the fall himself.

By the by, just so you know, I update the whole group on a weekly basis on Sunday nights. We can't afford to wait on every last person before I do so if we're to make progress, so it's possible to miss out if you don't post that week.
