Pacific Royal Collegiate & University is still going strong but unfortunately, we've had a player opt to bow out due to real-life obligations.

As the roleplay's concept was designed around a team of twelve, I'd like to fill that role again and am hereby reopening submissions until 1pm EST on April 28th, 2023. Anyone is welcome to submit a character sheet up until that point, after which I will make my selection. Should any additional spots open up between now and then, I will provide an update. Currently, however, there is only 1 spot available.

Players who previously applied but were not selected are welcome to restate their interest. If you wish to be considered using your previously submitted sheet, you need only state such, preferably with a link to the original sheet. If you wish to make any edits, please repost the finished sheet to the OOC.

For all new interested parties, please find the OOC here, along with links to relevant information and resources. If you are interested, I ask that you also take the time to read the IC. Your character will be a late arrival, so you'll be jumping into the IC at the point it's at, not retconned in as though they were always there.

Considering the interest the open slot is getting. I'm mentally working through a way to be able to open more slots. I will provide an update if and when I decide on a course of action. But it is exciting seeing so many interested parties and I want to strike that iron while it's hot.

Having discussed the idea with several people, I am happy to announce that I am going to accept up to an additional twelve [12] players. I had initially posited the idea of running two teams and while at launch I was much more apprehensive about it, at this point in time the RP has found a good footing and I believe would be much more engaging for everyone involved to have two teams of player characters to be able to interact with.

You're probably asking though, won't it be current versus new players? New players won't have the same level of establishment? Well don't worry about that, I have a plan to make it so the two teams will incorporate both current and existing players. This will allow new players to integrate into the current narrative more easily and find some footing to establish themselves while also keeping the IC moving along.

As stated previously, character sheet acceptances will occur on April 28th, 2023. Pending the number of incoming players at that time, submissions may stay open and either a new deadline will be set, or they will be evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline to be considered for the first round of acceptances is 1 PM EST on April 28th, 2023.
