Ki'ryah and Qhiuleri

As Ki’ryah crossed the threshold between the diner and the land her face softened from one of joy and jest to one of gentle care. She eyed the scene around her until she finally saw Qhiuleri. “Qhiuleri?” she calls out softly, slowly taking steps toward the volcanic goddess. She soon comes close to her and gently asks “Are you alright?”

Qhiuleri stood beside the RV leaning on it seeing Ki’ryah she didn't seem interested but still seemed angry hearing the words she then shouted “I AM PERFECTLY FINE!” Fire spewed out of her mouth as her words finished. She then coughed a bit of smoke cleaning her mouth from the ashes that formed after.

“Hey,” Ki’ryah leans next to her on the RV, “Do not mind them, they do not see the world the way you do. You very much had a point back there,” she leans deeper into the shell of the RV, rolling her shoulders slightly to make herself comfortable. “Tell me, Qhiuleri, what calms you?”

As Qhiuleri cleaned her lips off the last ashes, she rolled her eyes at the question but she felt a bit happy at the moment she heard she was right. Coughing the last ashes she then said “What calms me is not something you can do sister… unless you can transport me to a battlefield. In the thick of war and energy I feel alive more than ever. Except when i…” Her tone was prideful but she soon seemed to lose the pride in her eyes as she stopped her mood seemingly to change as her skin began to cool down and her face seemingly returned to a normal coal look instead of the cracked fire escape.

"Except when you…" Ki'ryah begins to ask but cuts herself off at her fellow goddess' physical shift. She gives Qhiuleri a gentle smile, a gentle light seeming to emulate from her figure. She started opening her mouth to say something more when Aryion came following her through the door, questioning her reasonings for the trip. “Speaking of those who do not see the world as us,” she mumbles to Qhiuleri before moving her gaze up to her brother’s face, well, where a face would be had he chosen a more human form.

“Oh, brother dear,” she says, slightly more joyously. She always found the joy perked in her voice when she addressed him, though she hardly knew if it was subconsciously to annoy him or the light from within her trying to counteract the harshness of darkness’ voice. “I can give you many! But ones you may be receptive to? Well, you would certainly learn more of the mortal realms, will that not help you solve the puzzle of their existence that you hold so dear? If that does not do it then how about the camaraderie you could form with deities of mirroring realms, I understand you enjoy being alone but does the shadows truly work with none? Besides, we need someone levelheaded enough to ensure we do not cause too many issues and who’s better at pulling me in line than you?"

Agthalan merely observed Homura's proclamation with an amused smile, before getting up and making his way over to the door himself. It was high time they left after all, as the IRS would show up here eventually, and he'd rather be scarce when they did. Along the way, however, he bumped into another patron - seemingly on accident - causing her to spill her drink on the man next to her who, in his shock and haste to at least try and get out of the way, tipped over a pepper shaker. Spilling out onto the countertop, the blackish-gray powder was then ferried by the force of Agthalan's passing straight to the nose of the one who had called his order obsessed opposite a brat, which naturally contracted as all noses do when confronted with such irritants. Rearing back, the fool let out a downright monstrous sneeze, then another and yet another still, until he was, at length, forced to leave the diner in his futile search for relief.

Pausing for a moment as he reached out for the handle with grasping, insectile fingers, the king in crimson turned to regard Homura from over his shoulder.

"The only one who gets to torment you is me," he said, his expression and tone alike becoming almost deathly serious. And just like that, he was gone, having stepped into the hot midday sun - yet still the twisted sentiment remained. From here he would make his way to the RV and his fellow gods, fumbling with some keys that hadn't been in his hands a second ago as he did so.

"Here," Agthalan said as he approached Ki'ryah and Qhiuleri. "You can hardly be expected to drive without a running engine!"

With that he proffered the ring of keys to the goddess of light.

Arterius and Peth just listened to everyone around them, the Goddex of Nature giving a wide grin before everyone seemed to start to leave. Arti moved to put the plates in a small tower as Peth had finished most of the food offered, apart from what was gently picked at by the other gods.
"Shall we?" Arterius asked as they slipped out from the booth before they offered their hand softly to Homura. Peth moved almost fluidly to climb over the booth, spooking some of the other patrons at the sight of the large beast before he climbed onto Arterius' shoulder; weighing down the smaller Goddexs' body.

"I'm sure this will all be chaotic." Arterius said softly to Homura, "That's the way that the world is, Chaos is always around but there will always be Order on its tail." They said with a soft smile, "I'm excited to have you on the ride. Peth very likes you." To the comment, the Komodo Dragon sized dragon flickered his tongue softly.

Qhiuleri seemed silent compared to her early state. Her mood seemed to have shifted to a bit more annoyed or silent mood as she stood at the co-pilot door seeing the keys be thrown at the goddess of light she groaned at Agthalan's statement enterign the front seat saying "Can we put this show on the road... i am more then sure that the IRS alerdy are heading this way and i am sure i forgot to pay soemthing to them." She leaned on the couch that seemed rather poor as she groaned grasping her head that now was rather cold at the moment compared to her firery temper from before.

"The shadows, require no 'camaraderie'" the god scoffed but he did stop to think for a moment, a humming droll echoing neath his hood as the shadowy god crossed the arms of his cloak "I hardly require the company of others..Though.." his vision was trained on the shabby but still serviceable vehicle their troublesome cousin aquired, and he considered that maybe this trip could uncover more things about the odd nature of mortals.

"I see merit in what you say, sister." yes, this...For a moment he almost wanted to solidify the darkness to...touch the strange vehicle, to 'feel' as the humans often said but the cloaked god shook his head. Lowering the slightly shaking arm of his cloak, no he wasn't going to chase these silly sensations like Ki’ryah...

"Uhm, ah yes Ki'ryah?" Aryion shook himself from the malaise that fell upon him to drift closer to the light, he held out the hem of his robes to Ki'ryah and he spoke as soft as he could "My dear sister, do hand me the key I will readily disappear if you drive us into the Primordial Soup." he was less demanding than usual, either tired of the wall of positivity he couldn't get through or his own wall of jaded apathy being cast away by the light. Aryion knew the goddess of light would make a fine navigator, she'd gotten him to the diner pretty quick after all and he had tried to get away several times!

"Dear sister why not allow me to drive and you lead us with your light?" in earnest he was not the most useful at finding his way around, the shadows were ever shifting after all and knowing where or what they were was confusing even for a god. His sister was the best at finding things, even things she wasn't supposed to find..Him mostly but that was besides the point.

As soon as Agthalan offered her the key she took them with a large grin as she glowed a little brighter. A hand still lay on her hip as her twin seemed almost entranced by the vehicle. It was what he did next that took the goddess by surprise, extending the robe and requesting the keys. Even more surprising was the lack of disdain in his voice compared to usual. She didn't know how to respond. Had Aryion even driven a car before? Part of Ky'riah was excited to drive again but Aryion soon stated him driving being a condition of him staying. "Fine," she sighed, trying not to appear too dejected. Better he come with than her driving and leaving him behind.

Only moments later Aryion gave his next proposition, she could navigate. The smile returned of her face as she dropped the keys into the held out robe. "I am sure I can arrange that," she replies gently. "Qhuleri is correct though, we likely only have precious moments until the IRS find us, we should go now. All aboard everyone!" she calls out, running to the passenger side of the door and trying to pull it out to find it wouldn't budge. "Brother, dear, you need to unlock the car," she calls out to her twin. Sure, she could have gotten the lock open in other ways but she wanted Aryion to truly experience this human design

Anath Homura

"Hmm... this shall certainly be an ordeal, and I am afflicted with anger already." Anath Homura said, bristling with indignation before she shared a slightly more gentle glance towards Arterius and their dragon. "I apologize: Allow me to affirm my enthusiasm as well, for I am looking forward to traveling with you."

Elation and anticipation were evidently absent as she spoke - lacking a smile and any lighthearted inflection - then afterwards she accepted the hand of the goddex gratefully. She was struggling so to be cordial and subtly cheerful, such was the way of the strict scarlet goddess.

"Let us leave, and endure whatever Agthalan has intended for us..." Anath Homura stated with a slow sigh, followed by swiftly stepping out of the diner. She was feeling afraid of whatever the other four deities were doing while out of her sight.
