The Byzantines, grabbing the mic: "Are you even truly ROMAN if you aren't constantly backstabbing each other, literally that is, in the political sphere and otherwise? Can you truly be ROMAN, if you aren't an utter beauracratic nightmare to navigate? Are you even truly ROMAN, unless you are having a generations-long beef with some big nation in the middle east? HMM?! HMMMM?!?!"

*drops mic, walks off, and then has a ddedicated 'mic picker-upper' servant pick it up so as to not leave a mess behind*


That's when all the students are confused and don't know if the Byzantines were trying to make a screamo song or not.

I've edited the original WIP to add in my rough sketching of Dakota and also put some time limits on her enhancement (enhancements only last a few minutes, and extending that takes several minutes of unbroken focus so it's unlikely to happen in a fight). I don't think the image embeds very well so if it's an issue let me know and I'll just turn it into a link or put it in another hider.

It'd be fun to think of a knight but I don't have any specific inklings yet. Maybe soon

Oh damn, she's adorable. Also, the embed looks fine to me, both on PC and mobile.

Hahaha, yeah, at the rate that the Nobles' (and "Nobles") sheets are coming in, we may very well need to double up lol.

@HylianRose So I've worked out a decent bit of the app for my Scandinavian Prince/Noble, as it were, but the idea hinges a bit on him having a sixth skill that is "Expert" while the rest are Journeyman, Apprentice, and Novice in kind. Is this acceptable, or should I switch ideas to make someone different who isn't a physically frailer veritable savant in some field who is coming to the school? I didn't even include him having a singular talent to try to compensate, but idk if that works.

Though thinking on things, I am also curious.....since we are short knights for the most part, would it better fit if I just made a knight instead to help the numbers? I also want to check this, in case as GM you feel we really do need some more balancing in numbers here. Because either way I don't mind, and my knight might be a simpler thing to write than my current noble. lol. XD

We could always end up having a single guard to two nobles if need be. I wouldn't mind harassing multiple people. 😏

I personally much prefer we double up so that a knight serves a single noble. 🙂

I fully understand. I'm just offering myself in the sense of need. Like if there is almost an equal amount of knights to nobles but if there is an extra noble. I wouldn't mind having my knight have two nobles (whoever would want to participate in that willing) if that is how it works out and so on.

I wasn't offering for anyone else.

popping in very quickly to say that that was my original concept for this LOL.

A female knight posing as a male to defend her Noble childhood friend (not that knights need be female, I just like the trope).
