Appearance: A six foot tall, Caucasian man. Short black hair. His most striking feature is his blazing golden eyes. Often seen in a black leather motorcycle jacket, despite never being seen riding a motorcycle.

Potential Storylines: Mystic shenanigans. His demon father shows up looking to cause trouble.

BRIEF Bio: Kairos was born to a demon father and a human mother.
Raised in New Orleans, by his mother, he thought he was normal until he was about twelve. He started to see things. Experience things that the other kids didn’t. He thought he was going crazy, until when he turned sixteen, his mother told him the truth about his father. Furious that she had kept such a big secret from him, he ran away from home. He hitchhiked around for a bit, before running into trouble a few years later with a couple of his father’s underlinings. He was saved by John Constantine. Offered a room to stay at in the house of mystery and became a regular at the Oblivion Bar. He spent the following ten years working on and off with John.

Notes: Kairos is a Half Demon, though publicly his hero persona is allegedly a Pyrokinetic meta-human

Name: Al-X

Alias: Green Lantern

Age: 104 years

Personality: Analytical, Inquisitive, Curious, Stubborn, Pragmatic

Powers: None, personally, save for strong willpower. Oh, and the single most powerful piece of jewelry known to the cosmos. As Al-X has focused on criminal and forensic investigation, his use of the ring is particularly trained in

• Universal Translator
• Electromagnetic Scanning
• Environmental Playback
• Invisibility/Light Refraction

Weaknesses: Proper ring usage is a demanding occupation.

• Must be wearing the ring
• Must be in possession of one's faculties (drugs, mind-altering effects, vertigo, etc)
• Must be kept charged (plot-powered battery life)
• Avoid red energy when possible (red energy dissolves green)

Background Hero: Guy Gardner

Former Team Affiliation: JL Task Force

Appearance: Al-X is a young Korugaran, the same species as the infamous Sinestro, though may not be a "pure" example of the species owing to several deviations that lend him a less overall human-like appearance. His pointed ears are larger; his skin is more purple than red-violet; his eyes have no discernible iris or pupil; he's bald; and, he lacks a nose.

Potential Storylines:

• Obligatory lose the ring adventure
• Also obligatory forget to charge the ring adventure
• The Justice League meets in match in trying to prevent Guy and Al-X from killing one another (which could also lead into the ring being depleted scenario above)
• It's Not Easy Being Green Alien (On Earth, Anyway)

BRIEF Bio: A native of sector 1417, Al-X was chosen as a Green Lantern candidate shortly after his 100th birthday. Initially training on Oa under the tutelage of both Salaak and Kilowog, Al-X was assigned to sector 2814 for field training. He hoped to be partnered with Hal Jordan or Jon Stewart. To his regret, he got Guy Gardner instead (Al-X still hasn't been able to determine just who among Guardians he must have offended or pissed off...). To say that the two clashed would have been a gross understatement. Thankfully, Wonder Woman convinced Gardner to commit his time to JL International, while the Martian Manhunter recruited the Korugan for his JL Task Force.

After the dissolution of the Justice League in its various forms, Gardner and Al-X were recalled to Oa where they happily went their separate ways. Al-X resumed his training in interstellar law and investigations for a period of no less than 365 Gardner-free days (not that he was counting.) Sadly, all good things must come to an end. And, on the 366th day, not only did Gardner appear but brought with him news that they'd been re-assigned to sector 2814, as partners, to support the establishment of a new Justice League facility on Earth's moon.

What in the human hell had Al-X done to deserve this?

Weaknesses: Highly susceptible to psychic attacks due to underlying PTSD

Appearance: A battle-scarred cyclops of a man sporting a buzz cut and a goatee. Under his civilian identity, David rarely appears in public without a pair of sunglasses to hide the fact that he no longer has his right eye. As Thunder Man however, the power of his patron Gog flows freely and shines where he lacks.

Potential Storylines:

• Fortunate Son - Thunder Man questions whether Superman's moral code is enough to navigate the modern day issues faced by the Justice League, specially when their own benefactors have shown that they can be easily manipulated [long-term story set across many episodes if we're doing those]
• The Man Comes Around - The true nature and price of Thunder Man's power is revealed to him and now he has to answer Gog's call or lose it all.
• Rebel Yell - David's time as a special military advisor for the Quraci army beckons to him once more as Queen Bee of Bialya threatens open warfare, with the UN seemingly unable to stop it.

BRIEF Bio: Born in a small Arizona border town, it was straight to basic training with David after high school. He always wanted to see the world and the army recruitment officer handing out flyers promised him just that. His first tour didn't go quite as he expected though. His unit got shelled by rebel forces, he hid in a bombed out ruin as the sole survivor, found an undisturbed altar to a ram god, and the next thing he knows he has super powers and gets to serve his country in a new capacity.

Being part of the JLA was a hell of a lot better but all good things had to end. Unable to re-adjust to civilian life, David became a private military contractor and operated in America's best interest across the Middle East and Africa. With news of the Justice League's return David was eager to re-enlist on the superhero roster in order to once again experience the best days of his life.

Name: Ricky Blair

Alias: Blast

Age: 24
Personality: Awkward, Neurotic, Eccentric, Moody, Weird

Powers: Ricky is capable of firing blasts of energy from his limbs and/or nose. He is capable of firing either red blasts of explosive energy or blue blasts of concussive energy, and their destructive power is directly proportional to how stressed Ricky currently feels. Ricky has no idea what the upper limits of his powers are, but when placed in an extremely distressing or traumatic situation, he's been able to fire blasts with large building level or higher destructive power.

Weaknesses: Ricky is very much a glass cannon. Despite his immense destructive power, he has the durability and constitution of a regular person. Ricky is also unable to directly control the power of his blasts, as they are tied to his stress level. This means that under extreme stress, his power could easily do more harm than good.

Background Hero: Plastic Man

Former Team Affiliation: Task Force

Appearance: Ricky is a 5'10 slender black man with a short, unkempt afro and a thick beard. His hero costume consists of a Dark Grey hooded robe with an indigo B embroidered onto the chest.

Potential Storylines: Emotional regulation: Ricky's neurotic temperament has been a severe determent to his social life and the application of his powers. He harbors a lot of resentment and self-hatred towards himself for being a "crybaby." Perhaps he could learn to better regulate his emotions in order to both form stronger relationships with his fellow league members and to achieve better control over the power of his blasts?

BRIEF Bio: Ricky was always an emotional kid growing up. He was incredibly sensitive and cried a lot, which made him an easy target for schoolyard bullies. His home life wasn't much better, so Ricky spent basically his entire early childhood experiencing traumatic experience after traumatic experience. When he was 16, his metahuman abilities manifested. While being tormented by bullies as usual, a concussive blast fired from his nose towards one of them, putting him in the hospital. Ricky was expelled, but the incident made national headlines, making Ricky a household name overnight. It wasn't long a big hero noticed his potential, namely Patrick "Eel" O'Brian. Sympathetic to his situation, Plastic Man took Ricky under his wing, sponsoring him to join the Teen Titans. Although unpopular with his peers, Ricky proved instrumental in turning the tides of multiple major battles, and once he reached adulthood, he joined the JL Task Force under the command of Martian Manhunter.

Notes: Although distant and standoffish with most people, Ricky has a very close relationship with his mentor, Plastic Man. Those in The Justice League often remark that the only time he's not miserable is when in the presence of O'Brian.
