I shall post part 2 of Ryuuichi's journey soon (also decided to split it into multiple posts)
Augh, sand... Using a cane on it is just the worst... It doesn't make much noise, it's grainy and soft, so you don't get any friction or proper feel, and it's really hard to notice bumps or dips unless you do the continuous sweep - and that's also hard, because your cane doesn't roll across sand like on pavement or dirt... >_<
I hate walking on sand with my cane. :(
Poor Ryuuichi.
EDIT:
And Tilly's now back with the gang.
EDIT: Also you use a cane? If you don’t mind me asking?

Yep, I suffer form Retinitis Pigmentosa, a degenerative, incurable eye-condition. It, effectively, makes you blind either REALLY fast, or slowly over time. I've got the latter type.
I usually mostly use my cane for when I go to places I'm unfamiliar with, as I can still see. So i can navigate my neighbourhood well enough. But if I go somewhere I'm not used to being, or go out during poor light conditions (or when it's TOO bright), I hafta use my cane to avoid walking into other people and stuff.
@PlatinumSkink
I mean, if we're going by purely chronological post order, Victor should probably have reacted to seeing at least one of Toshi, Tilly, Risette, Yuu or Ryuuichi leave the group and wlak off into the habitat before he ran off.
Of course, this is Victor we're talking about. And it's also completely fair tos ay that he just didn't notice any of them leave the group, as he was way too busy being dramatic and lost in his own little... Uh... Self-delsuinal adventure of re-catching his starter...?
So, really, I - for my part - feel that it's fine either way. If you wanted Victor to have reacted to any of the other trainers leaving, just edit soemhting in. And if you feel that Victor wouldn't have noticed anyone leaving, because he's Victor, then that's fine too. :)
Others may have other opinions, ofc. ^^
