That's going to be tricky, more in lines of how powerful is this right now because Toonforce can render an individual invulnerable and immortal if you let it. Also, might be tricky to implement into the RP, but, hey, I'm gonna allow Squirrel Girl if someone decides they're heavily influenced by her. I'm gonna say: let me see what you've got and we'll go from there. You might have to tone some things down, if you're okay with that.

Alright, so, this character is pretty damn good and really well thought out. She's an Inhuman, so the power levels are pretty accurate. However, precognition is a very tricky power to attempt when not writing by yourself. We're going to have to work very closely if you're bent on keeping it. That being said, would it be okay to assume that you'd only allow her visions of these events when they happen to her? Any extreme events I'd want to give her a vision on maybe I'd PM you about. Regardless, maybe make sure these visions are vague and don't give away much info - we want to keep people still guessing when it comes to plot points and there's already someone who has a very good idea for an arc towards the tail end of the RP.
Would you be okay with reducing the visions from one year to a few months? The RP would technically only last an entire year, so it may be detrimental for her to be able to see an entire year into the future. Of course, she is an Inhuman, but I'd still love for there to be some kind of potential to her powers that leave her in tune with the rest of the team. Atm, she's a few levels ahead of the pack - she can be, being Inhuman, but it would be nice if she were pulled back just a tad bit.
As for the clairvoyance, I'm not sure I'd fancy allowing that. Would I be able to trust you not actively using it to undermine any secret nefarious ploys or allowing me to direct when she'd be able to use it? I'm sure there are plenty of villains out there who can shield themselves from psionic powers, though, so it'd be interesting to see her use against someone like Apocalypse or Magneto. Or even Loki and Amora, though Loki isn't much of anything but a nuisance, atm. Any highly gifted magic users may be able to block her powers out entirely. Regardless of that, it'd be a good idea not to use clairvoyance where it would give everyone a free pass or make things extremely easy for them.
(Also, I'm keeping Attilan secret - it's hidden atm, so not even many Inhumans roaming earth know of it. Which is why the fiasco with Skye happened in the back end of season 2 of AoS. Anywayssss, that's not really important because that doesn't affect Baba too much.)
Other than these things, Baba seems fairly great! Nothing inherently wrong, just the fact that you may need to regulate her powers in the IC quite a bit and work heavily with us in terms of leaking small tidbits of the plot into her visions when they're important and needed. These things can't happen all the time, but I'm more than sure you know that.
(Also this "✧ Every year, she writes a letter, puts it in a bottle, and sends it out to sea." is beyond cute. Omg. The Academy is right on the Ocean, so she's more than able to do this at the beginning of the school year if she wants. ;D )

Hahaha thanks so much! But Oh of course. I know better than to Godmod the Roleplay. Her precognition wouldn't be used for plot purposes or unfairly uncovering a character's location unless you directly wanted her power to come into play for said purpose. It's strictly for remedial things and fodder side stuff. Her power to see into the future up to 1 year is just a hard limit, doesn't mean I'm gonna do it. In fact, I won't, as it wouldnt really make much sense or be much use. I know precognition is tricky, but I can promise you she wouldn't be some overpowered all-seeing eye maniac. LOL

Ugh looks like I'm making a new character anyways ;-;. I just did some research and apparently my character idea was quite literally Jane Foster from Thor - I guess that's what I get for not watching them! She was going to be a theoretical physicist who wanted into the Academy to study Asgardians so she herself could make a portal. Onwards and upwards, then! :3

Since she doesn't tell lies and she tends to view everyone as a friend before she gets to know them, as well as being careless, she often gets into trouble. She tends not to fight seriously, and instead antagonizes her enemies or take hits for allies as she says "No one ever fights seriously. Not even the big bads." Even with all that, she tends not to go too far with her fun making, and is a bit more grounded than she lets on.
While on the outside Light is seems to be silly or airheaded, underneath that is an incredibly intelligent person who knows far more than she lets on and is far more observant than she tends to act. While it seems its near impossible to make her angry, she did say what she would do if someone got her really angry, and it was simply. "They're gonna have A Bad Time." And something about the way she said it was... chilling.
Physical Evaluation:
Light is a 1.8 meter tall white humanoid figure. Her head is a large spherical shape with no nose, very large black and orange eyes(Demon lense type), short blue hair, fin like ears, and a very very skinny neck. She has a noticeable hourglass shape to her due to her hips and chest. She has skinny biceps with large forearms and hands with long spike-like or claw-like fingers. Her legs end in sharp points where her feet should be.
She wears a white dress with blue trim and a blue tanktop, the dress having an 'M' cut pattern in the front to reveal her legs and looking more like a labcoat than a frilly dress. It should be noted that these are technically part of her body, especially the dress bottom.

Light has the powers, physics, ext... of a toon as well as its weaknesses.
Toon Regeneration: Its said that its nearly impossible to kill a toon, and thats true in the case of Light. While she still takes damage as normal and can be knocked out like normal, she can regenerate from any aliment, including being vaporized, her mind shattered or erased, her spirit taken out of her body, ext... She regenerates by 'popping' back to her normal state after a bit of taking no damage, sometimes having bandages or something on her that indicates what she was last hit by. While she can regenerate from pretty much any state, more extreme states or supernatural states take her more time to regenerate from. States that cause her to transform but deal no damage take her an exceptionally long time to regenerate from.
Toon Physics: Physics affect Light differently since she is a cartoon. This means...
Toon Strength: Light can exhibit enormous strength for her small frame. This strength is tied to her emotions, and if shes sad, she loses a massive amount of strength.
Toon Speed: Light exhibits short bursts of speed, using it to either dodge attacks or run at decent speeds. While she can dodge bullets with no problems with this, actual running speed Light is notably faster, but not anywhere near speedster territory (not that much faster than a top speed car). She can only dodge a few attacks every so often, and only if shes aware of the attacks. Outside of this, Light isn't very fast at all.
If Light is in a state of quantom flux (She isn't viewed by any party), Light gains incredible speed until she is seen by something. Light can't gain this part of the ability for a short period after being seen.
ACME Magic Satchel: Light can store and pull various objects from her dress. Stored objects she can call upon at will, however objects she pulls from her dress without storing them first are completely random, are often cartoony or have a horrendous backfire effect, have an ACME logo, and as the name suggests, usually (But not always) explode in her face if held too long, even non lethal things such as pies! Storing a random object doesn't allow her to call it at will, and she can only pull a few random objects every 10 minutes, the cooldown reduced by her putting back said random objects. Light can't store living objects.
Portable Hole: Light can pull a black circular hole from her dress, allowing her to teleport to anywhere within her sightlines upon placing and entering it. The entrance and exit holes can be placed on anything, including air or space, but there is a noticable delay of her coming out of the exit hole if its not located on a surface. Only Light and objects stored in her Magic Satchel can go inside or exit her holes.
Toon Touch/Reality Siphon: Being a toon, Light reacts to normal reality strangely and tends to bring things to her state of reality. When touching something, it is unable to receive energy from outside sources. This gives her touch some sort of 'creepy' feeling. Additionally if shes in constant contact with something for extremely extended periods it will start to go through the stages of turning into a toon with no beneficial powers, and eventually fade from reality altogether (A massive amount of time. Probably a few weeks.), maybe going to a different dimension entirely? If Light stops touching the object at any point, it will regain its reality over a short period. Until an object has fully regained their reality, they can't receive energy from outside sources. This power is always on and Light has no control over its intensity.

- Injuries affect her differently than normal. For example, being caught up in an explosive causes her to appear ash covered before possibly breaking apart into a pile of ash, or being crushed causing her to become a pancake, ext...
- Light can't bleed.
- If Light is hit by a sharp object or a hot object on her backside, she'll be propelled away from the object, usually on fire if it was a hot object.
- If Light places her finger inside the barrel of a gun, she will cause the gun to misfire.
- Eating very spicy things will let Light breath fire, while also running around wildly looking for water.
- If stuck in hostile environments for long periods, Light will adapt to the environment and be able to function in it like normal.
- For some reason, her eyeballs are far, far more durable than the rest of her body.
- Light can pick up enchanted/DNA objects that other people usually wouldn't be allowed to pick up. However she will not gain the benefit from said objects unless she herself would fit the criteria for the enchantment/lock.
- Light can parkour on walls for extended periods before falling.
- Light has full control over her body pieces if she is chopped up. Sometimes she will form into tiny versions of herself is she is smashed or shattered, reforming after a bit of time running around.
- Light herself is near immune to reality changing attacks.
- Its very obvious to those around her when Light is dizzy, confused, knocked out, stunned, has an idea, ext.. due to various things appearing over her head depending on the state.
- Things get confusing if Light is chased into a hallway with many doors...
- If chasing something that is taking off from the ground, Light can step on the air for a time in order to chase them, but will eventually fall.
- Can dress up in a disguise to fool the weak minded.
- You REALLY don't wanna eat her unless you want her walking around inside your head freely.
- A Shadow of Impending Doom appears below Light when an object is falling on her.
- Light leaves an imprint of herself if she impacts the ground from a high height. Ditto if she runs through a wall.
- Light can adapt to extreme environments after while.
- Among other nuances I might have forgotten.

- Light is weak to gas, poison, ext type attacks, and it doesn't take much of a substance to have an effect on her.
- Light has an exceptionally difficult time breaking herself free of anything that binds her movement. Being encased in ice, tied down, stuck in a net, ext... Duct Tape is especially bad. Most of the time Light needs outside aid to get out of this stuff.
- A vast majority of her powers are tied to her emotional state, and most of them don't work well if she is feeling sad or depressed.
- Light plays with her opponents instead of fights them seriously unless extremely angry. If she is annoyed with someone she'll start showing Genre Savvy type of playful fighting however.
- Light is very gullible due to her silly/playful/lazy persona, especially if she doesn't know or think poorly of someone. Shes not easy to directly turn on her friends though. She is also easy to talk down from a fight unless she is giving someone "A Bad Time."
- Light often tries to be friends with her opponents if she thinks she can.
- Light is unable to use Energy based weapons due to Cartoon physics, and ballistic based weapons have less power and speed if used by her. Bombs still have their full power, but a drastically reduced blast radius.
- Objects falling tend to home in slightly on Light, showing their Shadows of Impending Doom under her. Likewise occasionally Light will be hit by a falling anvil, safe, or piano out of nowhere.
- Light is unlucky, especially if the result will cause slapstick.

I saw that other players had multiple characters, so I was wondering if you minded if I did the same. I was wondering if you'd be alright with a girl with a Bionic Arm (Similar to Bucky's but it can be removed for repairs/upgrades). It would carry no special abilities, other than enhanced strength. The rest of her body would be completely human and not really special at all.

Mental Evaluation:
It appears that Jaeger has the thoughts and mental stability of his parents. He thinks, fights, moves, and speaks like a field operative. When presented with a stressful situation, the young man tends to survey everything in an almost hyper-observant manner. It should be noted, however, that he assumes a guarded role, even among friends and might not be the perfect team mate.
On the opposite spectrum, Mr. Jaeger has a very fine-tuned skill in adaptation and when portraying a false-identity, his acting and improvising skills are impeccable. Secondly to be noted, the young man has a sense of extremities, it seems, when in the field. When undercover, it has been observed that he delves to the utmost depth of his character, despite the harm it does to himself. Another spy! Glad we've got one without powers (minimal or not) on the team. Go ahead and throw him into the Characters tab. I'm excited to see some more covert ops type missions on the horizon and Roman seems more than capable. Would his parents possibly be moved to the academy to work as well? It can go either way. That's up to you and the potential for future arcs relating to the Jaegars could prove interesting.
And, yes, you can go ahead and make another character. Bionic arm lady will be more than welcomed.

Upon observing Miss Alexander, I've noted a few abilities she can do. I've been able to compile a list of these powers, but they all seem to stem from one branch: Solar Energy. Miss Alexander is able to manipulate the energy from the sun. She can't move or manipulate the sun (for which I am thankful, knowing how bad that could be if ever unstable), but she is able to use the energy she gains in a variety of ways.
First, she is able to heal by absorbing the sun. To demonstrate, I noticed she had a scratch on her left arm. I documented it for our records (picture included) and asked her to demonstrate this. As she was absorbing, she sort of glowed a light yellow hue. Sure enough, after a few seconds, the scratch was gone (another picture added). I asked if she was able to heal larger wounds and she smiled. She said the biggest injury she healed was a broken arm and it took a longer period of time to heal. With enough practice, she could potentially heal substantial injuries while absorbing the solar energy. When I asked what happens when the sun is not out, she stated that she is still able to use the energy she had previously stored, but until she is able to get more from the sun, she would not be able to use her powers.
When asked to demonstrate more abilities, she showed that she is able to create mini solar flares. They appeared like fireworks. She also demonstrated the ability to make solar beams and blasts in combat. She also made solar constructs in the form of walls. I noticed that she began to grow tired after using all these powers one after the other, but after a bit of sun absorption, she was back.
I asked if she had the ability to transport herself using her gifts. She said that she can fly using solar energy for brief periods of time.
After observation, I conclude that Miss Alexander would be an interesting addition. Better suited for daylight missions, I noted potential hazards she may face, such as coming across foes with lunar manipulation powers or those who can manipulate light. Be that as it may, she is an interesting person and I think she would benefit from joining us, as much as we would with her.

Skills of Note:

I made note that with proper training, she could be given more combat practice as she said she never had formal training in anything other than basic defense. I recommend either Tae Kwon Do or something to make use of her legs. She would also benefit from learning weapon techniques as she is able to make solar construct weapons.
She also excels in mathmatics and is able to formulate complex mathmatical problems without the use of a calculator. I made note to have her IQ tested as she has never had it done before, but she assures me that she is only really good at math.

She is extroverted, preferring the company of others and doesn't mind being the center of attention. She is intuitive, as she likes to look at the bigger picture. She is feeling, she likes to ask how others are and likes to make people feel better. Lastly, she is perceiving, as she likes spontaneity and surprises and likes to leave her options open.

While her arm muscles are not as pronounced, her leg muscles are strong and she is very flexible, as she is able to do the splits and maintain balance. I noticed that when conducting physical tests using her arm, she would often rub her right shoulder. Upon close inspection, there seems to be some past injury. When asked, Charity said that she broke her shoulder in an accident when she was younger and it took some time to heal. I made note that she seemed especially displeased about revealing this fact and I made mention of it to the psychologist, who agreed. I am not one to make rash judgement, but I think there is more to that story.
By all accounts, Charity is in good physical fitness. If I had to recommend anything, I would say she continue her yoga workouts, but add in more arm training to build up her upper half to match her lower half.

When visiting the Alexander residence with a social worker, I noticed some anger in Mr. Alexander. He was determined not to let us in his dwelling, despite anything we said. Begrudgingly, he allowed us access. The home appeared in good condition, it was clean, free of any potential dangers to the young children in residence. What was odd to me was that there were no toys for the kids, no game systems, no dolls, no building blocks. When I asked what the kids did for entertainment, it was Mrs. Alexander that spoke up and said the children come up with their own fun.
The kid's bedrooms appeared modest. While I checked the rooms out, the social worker took the little girl, Charity, into another room to talk to, much to the dismay of the Alexanders who demanded they be in the same room. I had to have my partner keep watch of them.
Charity's room seemed average and, if I am being honest, seemed dull. There was no color, no life in the room. I imagine a girl Charity's age would have something in the room, be it boy band posters, a music box, some jewelry and clothing scattered about, but there was nothing.
The other children's bedroom, one they shared, seemed much the same. When I asked the Alexanders about that, they said they didn't have the money to afford a paint job or to buy unnecessary things for their kids. I took note of their high end television set in Mr. Alexander's office and his wife's collection of quality handbags, but kept that to myself.
The social worker returned with Charity, who seemed to have been crying as her eyes were red and puffy. This got Mr. Alexander's attention and he demanded we leave. It was then that the social worker stated that she would be taking the children out of the home. Mr. Alexander grew violent and I had to handcuff him as he attempted to grab Charity away from the social worker.
The children seemed upset having to be taken from their home, except for Charity, who was quiet the whole ride there. After they were set up in a foster home for the night, the social worker filed her report and the process began. I filed my findings and gave a copy to her.
Speaking personally, it broke my heart to see that little girl. I won't give my opinion on her family, but I am grateful she isn't in that home anymore.
Criminal Record: Charity has a few misdemeanors on her record. There are different reports of underage drinking and vandalism when she was 14. Her foster family posted bail and she was let off with a warning.
No other reports after that.
FINAL FINDINGS: It seems that Charity had a rough childhood and made the best of the situation handed to her. She currently lives in New York City to attend school there. There seem to be no reports on when she got her powers, but she said that she noticed them when she was 16 years old. Obviously they aren't going to be an intense focal point, but for those that do have mentors in Shield Academy that happen to be heroes, please tell me and I'll make sure they're available as teachers or well more like supervisors while I make a list of classes and the like.
We likely won't RP them unless it's essential to the plot. But you never know what might be and what might not. So, gotta just spray and pray. Aha. >_>

- Bionic Strength: Anna's left arm is a Bionic Limb Replacement Unit (BLRU), an experimental piece of equipment, developed Tony Stark himself. The arm, crafted with a Vibranium alloy, is several times stronger than any human's arm and is extremely durable (Her arm, note, is close to, but not on the level of Sergeant Barnes's prosthetic limb).
Skills of Note:
- Ms. Cormick is trained in Mixed Martial Arts and Adept-Level Taekwondo. Her experience in the National Youth Boxing League has given her very useful skills in self defense. Due to the nature of her training, she is excellent in adapting to combat situations. This makes up for her lack of skill with firearms.
Psychological Profile
Mental Evaluation:
The candidate in question possesses a mixture of both a passive and an aggressive attitude. Her experience as a fighter allows her to be calm in combat, but she seems to underestimate her own ability, and often becomes slightly incompetent. However, I believe that through mild conditioning, this mentality can be overcome.
Though Ms. Cormick suffered the loss of her right arm, she seems not to regard it as a disability, but rather told me it was an, "Upgrade." This, and other factors from my evaluation, tells me that her attitude caters towards an optimistic outlook. Ms. Cormick stands at an average 5'6 and weighs around 125 pounds, with a very low percentage of body fat. She is lean, very fit, and mildly muscled. She has pale skin and long blonde hair, with very little blemishing of any kind. Clearly visible, her right shoulder and socket have been replaced with a prosthetic terminal that allows the connection of the bionic arm, like a removable part of an action figure. She normall wears a sleeveless shirt, showing that she is not ashamed of her handicap.
Biography:
Anna is the daughter of Eric, a boxing trainer, and Monica, a social worker. Eric trained his son in boxing, who trained Anna. She experienced a rather docile child hood, having no outstanding events happen until she was 12. She went to school with the other kids her age, played with barbies for the first two years of elementary (then decided they were lame), and held the assumption that every single boy carried a deadly disease called cooties.
In her middle school years, specifically at the age of 12, her older brother began training her at their dad's gym. She picked up the sport rather quickly, and the two eventually moved on to MMA after becoming experts in boxing. The girls at her school made fun of her for her sport, telling her she was a boy trapped in a girl's body. The guys in her school all thought she was trying to prove something, and were just as hostile as the female students.
When she was 15, a couple guys cornered her after school, and began pushing her around. When she broken one of their noses, the other guys jumped on her and beat her to a pulp, leaving her with a black eye, two cracked ribs, and numerous bruises.
She recovered in about three weeks, but her parents decided to homeschool her the rest of her high school years. Despite the negativity of her former peers, she continued fighting and eventually made it to the national semi-finals at 17. After losing and getting into a huge fight with her dad, they drove home, both disgruntled. In the midst of their arguing, they were hit by a semi-truck. The damage to their car set the engine on fire. While her dad was killed on impact, she tried to crawl away, but lost her right arm, up to her shoulder, in the explosion.
When she woke up, almost a week later, she was missing her arm, but most importantly, she'd lost her father. By some miracle of chance, none of her burns were severe enough to scar or permanently damage her body other than the loss of her limb. She recovered in about a month from the accident, but was still with her right arm. A week before she was supposed to leave the hospital, she was visited by Tony Stark, who had worked with her brother in the past. He told her and her mother of an experimental technology, based off of his Iron Man suits, that would provide a nearly flawless bionic arm. Despite that it was meant for soldiers, Tony took pity because he knew Anna's brother.
It took a few months, but she eventually had the procedure done to instal the bionic arm. She adjusted to it rather quickly, and passed her physical therapy requirements with flying colors. She trained herself to move nearly-perfectly with the prosthetic unit, though she still has some kinks left to work out (like sporadically using it to its fullest strength and breaking something).

Her bionic arm is the same size as a human arm, and is not bulky in anyway. (Link to a picture that comes very close to what I imagine. The only difference is that Anna's arm is black.)

I absolutely love her and she's accepted. I'm assuming you purposefully left out who her brother is for plot reasons, right? That's gonna be a fun surprise as the RP rolls on. ;)

No in all honesty, I just didn't bother to mention him. I wasn't going to use her brother as part of the plot, but I suppose everything is open to possibilities.
