Light is a 5"6 tall thin person with wide hips. She tries to keep a toon-like appearance and to do this wears makeup/dye to keep her skin pure white and her hair blue. If it wasn't for that, her eyes and oddly smooth skin would be the only other things that would give away her condition at a glance, with her eyes being black with orange iris's. Though some could argue that her bigger than normal hands would also give it away, some would just think thats because of the gloves.

She wears a long blue and white sleeveless dress that really shows off her hips and wears large white 'cartoon' gloves. If you got cartoon powers, might as well look the part!

Toonforce

Toon Regeneration: Light can regenerate from nearly any injury, even supernatural ones such as having her soul ripped out, her mind shattered, or other such things. She can also sort of control body parts that get separated. She tends to regenerate with a 'pop' back to her normal state, sometimes with bandages or other artifacts on her to signify how she was hurt last time. Injuries that are inflicted by exceedingly powerful entities or attacks that deal no damage take much longer to regenerate from. This also increases her stamina, basically meaning she doesn't stay tired for very long.

Toon Resilience: Depending on how much she is forced to regenerate, Light gains resistance to that type of attack, eventually becoming immune to it outright. Light can't gain resistances to chemical based attacks, nor attacks made using Silver or Nth metal and takes much longer to build up a magical resistance. After a short period of not taking damage, Light will lose the resistances she gained. When gaining a resistance to something, Light's body tends to morph a little to show what shes resistant to.

Toon Strength: Light has varying degrees of Super Strength depending on her emotion. Normally she can fairly easily lift up a small house or a truck no problem. While sad she tends to have less strength than a normal person. She tends not to get angry, so the upper limits of her strength when angry aren't as well known.

Toon Physics: Light runs under Toon Physics instead of normal physics. while most of these changes are small or cosmetic, there are a few powerful ones.
-Light can pick up and use enchanted weaponry even if not 'worthy' to use them. However she will not gain any enhancements or be able to use them beyond using them as a club unless she would normally be 'worthy'.
-Light's body has a 'rubbery' movement to it which is most notable when she is hit very hard. She can't stretch herself out though without outside aid however.
-Light can hover in the air for a few moments before falling to the ground or walk on air if she is unaware that she isn't walking on ground anymore. Additionally while falling she can adjust her fall a bit more than normal.
-Light can't bleed nor does she have workable DNA.
-Light can turn her hands into sharp claws if angry, same with turning her teeth into creepy sharp variants as well.
-Plus other weird things.

Reality Shift: Light is mostly immune to other forms of reality warping that aren't her own as well as power dampening. Light gives off a 'creepy' feeling when touched as she steals away the reality of the object or person shes touching. When an object has lost some reality, it is unable to gain energy from other sources but itself until its reality is restored. When Light isn't touching something, it regains its reality back fairly quickly. As something loses its reality, it starts to turn toon-like (But with no benefits), and if it loses all of its reality, it fades from reality altogether (Possibly going to Toon World?). Beings who can reality warp themselves have a massive resistance to this ability, as do massive or cosmic entities. This power can't be turned off and Light has no control over its intensity.

Pocket Space: Light can store and withdraw objects seemingly out of nowhere using a small pocket dimension located somewhere under her dress. She can't store living objects, or objects that are larger than herself, and can only store so many objects before she can't store anymore. She can also pull an ACME any of the various ACME products which is to say, its random and can be anything. And considering its from ACME, most of them tend to tick and go boom before she can do anything with them, even the stuff that isn't bombs!

Portable Hole: Light can teleport using a wormhole she pulls out of her dress. She can place the hole on anything, and the exit hole forms when she places the entrance hole. If the exit hole is not on a solid surface, Light has a very noticeable delay before she comes out of it. She can only travel to extremely familiar places (Think quick travel in video games, except even more limited to something like the watchtower.) or stuff along her sightlines. Only Light can travel through these holes and they don't stay open for very long.

-Light takes extra damage from attacks, and due to Toon Physics most attacks tend to send her flying, squash her as flat as a pancake, turn her to ash, and the like. She can also be knocked out fairly easily if she is hit with an attack she is not aware of, IE someone sneaks up on her and hits her in the back of the head or something.
-Light is incredibly unlucky and usually if something bad can happen, it will. Especially if it leads to slapstick.
-Light has an exceptionally difficult time escaping nets, ropes, being bound in general, and especially Duct Tape. While she can eventually work her way free of some of these, they take a crippling long amount of time for her to escape on her own. Its best that someone else helps her out of them otherwise she might not be seen again in a battle for quite some time.
-Light is very weak to chemical based attacks and weapons and is very easy to knockout with something like knockout gas. She also gets drunk very very easily.
-Light has a very hard time using technology as it tends to not work for too long for her.
-Light can't use a vast majority of her powers if she is sad or depressed and regenerates much slower when in such a state.
-Light can't affect Nth metal much short of using it as a club herself. Shes also sheepish around Silver.
-While she shares many similarities with a cartoon, shes actually a demon. Though most holy objects don't bother her as she herself isn't evil. This is probably why she has problems with Silver and Nth metal.

Light's outward personality is very fun loving, outgoing, honest, and can be mistaken as airheaded at times. While it is true she tends to not consider small consequences, which is apparent with how nihilistic she appears to be about most situations, she hides a sharp intellect. This is more on the Genre Savvy side of things than the technical, so while she can learn about tech, she really can't make any and instead is better at observations and general logic. While on the outside she is mostly a pacifist, tending to avoid fighting or fight in a playful manner, defending her allies, or make friends with the combatants than fight for real. If she is forced to get serious, well.... Lets just say your gonna have a bad time.
She likes anything that interest her and gets her excited and freedom. She dislikes or fears cruel people, Ropes and other S&M items, and really anything that restricts movement or freedom. And she outright hates slavers or destructive cults.

Being a voidspawn, not too much is known about Light. Though it must've been quite a shock when another cult who wanted power and tapped into the void summoned her. When you think the Void, you usually associate it with dark shadow monsters that want to devour you, tentacles, or stuff that would give your nightmares nightmares. But instead the cult got a slightly off looking girl.
It was probably even more surprising to them that as soon as she was summoned, she broke what little remained of the ritual and broke the cult by dragging their leaders to the surface. You'd think they'd have found a better place to do such a dangerous thing than the basement of a suburban home, but often times cults weren't very smart.
Getting acclimated to this new world wasn't too hard. Though she found it boring at first until she discovered these neat things called Cartoons. Intrigued by all the fun and freedom they seemed to have, she decided she'd try to mimic them to an extent. Considering her powers already matched up with their MO, all she had to do was look the part and she was all set. Sure her personality was a bit more subdued than what a toon should be, but that was probably for the better, especially if she wanted to stay free.
And what better way to stay free than to be on the good side of those who decided who was free and who was hunted, plus a bit of adoration wouldn't hurt. And wouldn't you know it, there was a school to help people become heroes! She figured that even her strange powers wouldn't be too strange in a place like that and things would be fun!

Catalyst: Quami has the ability to create and any all chemicals known to man inside his body and cause, reverse, speed up, slow down, or otherwise alter chemical reactions within himself and utilize them outwardly. He can recreate the oxidation process on his hands by forming Oxygen and Iron on his palm and rust metal with just his touch. He can also affect the chemical reactions in the human body, rendering an opponent unconscious from shock depending on what he can mix. The potential that this power has is nearly limitless.

L I M I T A T I O N S
The abilities' greatest weakness is its greatest requirement; knowledge. Quami has to have a deep understanding of each and every chemical in his possible arsenal. This requires him to memorize each and every element known to man, which is all those on the periodic table, and understand thier combination and reactions. But this is also a dangerous ability, as he isn't exactly immune to the reactions he creates unless he takes power measures to, like counter reaction.

A P P E A R A N C E
Ouami is an African-American man with coffee bean-brown skin that is free of blemishes. His deep-brown eyes can be described as black, but this is a common misconception. He sports a simplistic hairstyle, usually a taper fade, often cutting it low in the summer months. Despite its simplicity, he seems to care for it more than himself at times, often picking it out when grown at ill opportune moments. Quami sports a shining smile, his white teeth protected by unusually full lips, for a man at least.

Standing straight at 6'0" and weighing over 185 pounds, Quami shows off the key traits of an average athletic college adult, tall and muscular. Despite being ragged on for his poor physical fitness, he is quite well-built, though he tends to stand with poor posture, slouching over.

Quami sports pieced earlobes and mostly wears small ear rings on both ears, but the greatest and most important part of Quami's appearance is his shoes, often sporting expensive Jordans, Nikes, or Addias. He is rarely seen wearing any other brand, and is often seen cleaning them when he isn't messing with his hair. Besides is unusual shoe fetish, all other brands are fair game. Quami will be usually seen wearing casual clothing such as sweats and a t-shirt. Unfortunately, he finds himself addicted to the comfort that it provides, and will often wear such clothes to the worst of events. An example of this is a time when he wore joggers, a plain grey t-shirt and a snapback to his aunts wedding. After that incident, he didn't see the light of day for a whole week. On a serious note, when Quami needs to dress respectably, he can be seen in a red hoodie, a snapback with a clean white t-shirt, blue slim-fit jeans, and his staple red and white Jordans, he strives to match.

P E R S O N A L I T Y
On the surface, Quami comes off as a rather silly and lighthearted person, frequently engaging in comical behavior and retaining his oft-present grin even while making threats. He displays a childlike amusement for new situations whether or not they prove adverse or even potentially fatal, he has a penchant for wandering off on his own. Even with all these idiosyncrasies, Quami is extremely personable and has a particularly complimentary nature that easily gains him the friendship and trust of those surrounding him.

Of course, these aspects hide the complex and determined young man underneath. On the reverse side of his frivolous nature is his considerable shrewdness, which makes him quite capable of reading people and situations. He is particularly observant, taking into consideration even the smallest details of his surroundings in order to better understand and deal with challenges and is not above using cheap tricks or questionable tactics to ensure his own success. Being singularly ambitious, and also has a remarkably tenacious will that allows him to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles and accept burdens for the sake of his own goal. Quami has a considerable pride that will not stand for having his ideas or skills insulted or condemned by others, but Quami is also capable of shelving his pride if it becomes something that will stand in the way of his objective.

Quami is very protective of family and friends, refusing to allow any harm to come to them and often deem their safety more important than his own in spite of his own personal ambitions and goals. He has to be reminded several times that his own safety is something upon which many people depend and he uses his loved ones as his primary motivation when all hope seems lost. As such, he becomes furious when observing those who willingly or remorselessly cast aside their own brethren and is sickened by the idea of superiors who reject their duty to those who trust them to indulge in thier own personal pleasures.

H I S T O R Y
Quami was born in the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn, New York. His childhood was fairly uneventful, but is what he considers the best years of his life. Most of his childhood was spent running around streets of his neighborhood with the other kids. Sometimes, Quami wouldn't come home till 11:00 at night, most likely just playing basketball at the park or freestyling with the neighborhood kids. Despite his mothers warnings to come home earlier and earlier, Quami played on, often coming home to 'spankings', at least until he turned 13 at which his mother no longer cared at that point.

Living on the streets, Quami experienced all kinds of things, drugs, sex and alcohol, but this was done one or twice and never done again. In the neighborhood that he resided in, living without a father was a normality, even a badge of honor that many of its resident children wore. Quami was the same, often boasting that he didn't even know his name, but on the inside, the crushing loneliness was always there, constantly gnawing on the edges of his consciousness.

Despite the ripples that went on underneath, Quami's life went on as normal, playing on the streets, practicing his basketball skills or freestyleing, coming home late, being scolded by his mother. Things began to change when his grandmother began to live with them when he turned 14. This development changed his life, no longer was he allowed to play outside as often under his grandmothers watch, who was a devout Seventh Day Adventists. Everytime he went out of line, he was beaten with a belt and called a little devil, which nurtured a hatred not for his grandmother, but for religion in general. He was constantly dragged every Sunday to church, but always found himself falling asleep during the sermons.

Before Quami knew he was is highschool. Within days he had joined the basketball team, Junior Varsity on his freshman year playing as the teams point-gurad. But before his life could truly take off, his metahuman status came out for the first time. Chemistry class had him studying nitroglycerin and the elements that made it up. After a few hours of studying and memorizing, he unwittingly activated his power, created the chemical in his own body, later gave a few people a hug and instantly knocked them out cold.

It didn't take long for Quami was diagnosed as a metahuman, as was almost immediately signed up for Powerbound.

Standing at 5'11", Rafa maintains an athletic muscular figure in sharp contrast to the chubby frame of his childhood. Years of playing on his school's soccer team and recreational surfing have kept him fit, ready to take his part in the Powerbound Alliance. He is fair-skinned despite all the time he spends in the sun, a result of his religious application of sunscreen to his easily burned skin. He keeps his hair neat, preferring to keep it controlled.

Rafa is used to a warm climate, so his wardrobe while in Oregon consists of comfortable long-sleeve button ups and jeans. Lounging around indoors, however he's more relaxed. Shorts and tank top or no shirt at all will do just fine. He wears the occasional cap or snapback, though due to his tendency to lose them, he goes through quite the rotation. A few cuts, scrapes and injuries from surfing have contributed to a collection of small scars on his legs and a single one across his left arm.

Perception Direction

Rafa has the ability to manipulate the minds of others to pay attention or to ignore whatever he wants. At it's most basic, he can passively stand out of or blend into a group of roughly 30 people at will. Anything more complicated takes active concentration.

When applying his ability on one person he can become completely imperceptible. They cannot see him, hear him, smell him, perceive his touch, taste him or otherwise register his presence or interaction with the world. With further strain he can make them unable to recall any memories concerning him.

On the other hand, he can make a person hyper aware of his presence. They can be looking away, but know he's there, in the same way people generally "sense" other people around. He draws their attention and eyes, and a person's senses are more responsive to anything he does. For instance, when speaking at the same time and volume as one person, he could amplify his own words in a third party's mind. They will not necessarily be perceived as louder, but they will be more important.

Those are the two extremes of his power, though he can work in between them. He can use that same ability to direct people's attention to or away from other people and physical objects, though he can't get a stronger effect as when he does it for himself.

Rafa has no way of reading minds, and so has no way of knowing that his ability is taking effect except by reading other people's behavior. In addition, his straightforward personality and general nature limits how well he can read those people as well as his judgment on how best to use it on them.

The ability doesn't affect technology, so even if he could become imperceptible to the world, cameras and microphones and such would still record him.

At the moment Rafa's ability is restricted to pushing and pulling attention to physical objects and people he can perceive with his own senses.

It is easier to become more noticeable than less noticeable and practically impossible to turn someone's attention from him when they were already focusing on him.

He can't simultaneously affect more than one person in different ways.

Psychics may be resistant, immune, or aware of the ability's use depending on their specific ability and proficiency with that ability.

Non-psychics who know he has the ability might suspect him of using it at any given time, whether he's using it or not. While their suspicion won't dampen the ability, actions they take from that suspicion could make it more difficult.

Rafa, despite what what the more cynical might tell you, is exactly what he seems. Raised in Costa Rica under heavy influence of the Powerbound Alliance, he's led a pretty sheltered life. Rafa is a bit of an idealist, some might even call him naive. To him, people are generally good, rules are there for a reason, and any goal is possible if you're kind, respectful, and hard-working. Rafa is naturally social, enjoying the company of others. He's a straight shooter in conversation, not really clever or the type to say anything other than what he means. (yet...). He's a nice guy, but don't assume he can be walked all over. Rafa has a strong sense for what he believes is right, and will stand up for it. It's a sense of duty sort of thing. This applies to his own behavior as well. On the occasions he's acted against his own standards, the guilt has forced him to tell someone about it but also make it up somehow.

Growing up in Costa Rica, Rafa felt the effects of the Powerbound Alliance firsthand. While his parents were both born in Costa Rica, their heritage was from different parts of Central and South America. Their grandparents and parents had been drawn to the country by the alliance's good work. Marco Antonio and Maria Fernanda themselves met while working for the alliance.

Naturally, Rafael holds the PBA in high-esteem, and has wanted to work for them since he was old enough to hear the stories of how they changed Costa Rica and the continued to do good for people like his youngest brother, and for people all over the world. He grew up trying to live like the good man he saw his father as. Upstanding, honest respectful and hard-working. Being the chubby kid afraid of getting in trouble never won him many friends. Still, he eventually learned to play soccer and surf. It was through these activities that he managed to make friends who learned to accept and even appreciate the person he was and wanted to be.

Though not the smartest guy, Rafa did well in school. He was a solid B-student who impressed his teachers and coaches with his drive. He did his best to stay out of trouble, though his friends managed to drag him out on shenanigans from time to time. Shenanigans he confessed to his father immediately upon getting home. His father's response was usually to encourage him to lighten up. Though Rafa's strict adherence to the rules and his own duty made him an oddity in a relatively laid back community, he was an oddity that was appreciated.

He of course always expected to join the PBA whether in the HWC or STC, but he didn't expect to become one of the metahumans. Roughly a year ago, he came home from the park to find that no one seemed to notice him. HIs father, mother, and brothers all seemed to look right through him. It was as if he was invisible. In the middle of trying to get their attention, his family jumped, startled to see him apparently just appear. After discovering his ability, he and his brothers experimented with it a bit, though Miguel and Gabriel were much better at finding creative and mischievous uses for it. Working with Gabriel on his sleight of hand tricks became Rafa's preferred method of working on his ability though. He was uncomfortable with the dishonesty his ability requires by its very nature, and found that at least in magic tricks people are wanting to be fooled.

With the Powerbound Academy taking on a new class, Rafa is excited to be joining the others like him. Despite his parents' uncertainty at what lies ahead for him once done at the academy, they're grateful that such a resource is available to him, and proud that this hasn't changed his mind about wanting to help the world. Marco Antonio, however, has one additional worry. What happens when this idealistic young man sees the world outside his little bubble of Liberia, Costa Rica?

Alexis has most of her body covered in tattoos done in the time she was a villain. A lot of them, depicting people getting killed by something they did not see or anticipate. She has a thin scar that runs from her nose to her left ear that was done to her right before she manifested her powers. Her hair is dyed red at the moment but there are still a few strands of hair that have more than one color.

Alexis usually wears clothes that hide her face and obscures her features from everyone. Clothes like this are something ordinary for Alexis, her years spent on the street made her to know how dangerous it is for people to know who you are and she stuck to that look even after she changed sides. Most people don't even know how she looks under her hood/mask. Her voice can be recognized by those that watched the news, half a year ago as she used another metahuman's power to have it broadcasted on almost every news report in America to tell people come and take her drugs.

Shadow manipulation : Ability to create or manipulate Shadows. The shadows that Alexis can create can take any form she wishes for them to take ( these include but are not limited to : Shadow Armor , Shadow Tendrils etc) and they can have the density Alexis wants them to have.

- A rash appears on her skin as she continuously uses her powers that sap her strength. The rash expands on her body until it effectively kills Alexis. The moment Alexis stops using her powers, the rash will start to fall back and fade from her body. So, in a day, if the rash would've covered her hand...it would be gone.
- Alexis has to use her powers everyday (at least twice per day) otherwise the rash will appear anyway and start to sap her strength anyway and only stop growing when she starts using her powers.

Items : No phone or anything like it.
Weapons : Two silenced pistols strapped on pistol holsters that are on her waist. The pistols don't use normal bullets but bullets coated in an anaesthetic ( it will make normal humans fall asleep ).
Clothes : Anything that covers her face and underneath anything she has a body armor used to protect herself if her Shadows are not fast enough.
Equipment : Anaesthetic that she coats the bullets from her pistols in.

Alexis is the kind of "I don't give a shit about what you think about me" girl. She's loyal to her allies and the worst nightmare to her enemies, she likes to talk with people that know how hard is it to live on the streets and have to beg for everything. She dislikes idealistic people that tend to ramble again and again about " the power of good ". With people she doesn't trust, she is distant usually. Alexis likes to have fun in almost every situation and most people that talked with her, could've swore that she is bat-shit crazy. She likes to make people know that she's a Metahuman and is not afraid to use her powers in public, no matter who is around them. Alexis has only one hobby and that is to make meditate. One could find Alexis covered in shadows and no doing anything for hours at a time.
Simply staying in the same place and humming something right under her breath.

She never met her family and she doesn't care if they are out there in the world. They never did anything for her.

Alexis was born on the streets of Bangkok and was taken care of by a local drug cartel's boss. The boss of the cartel cared for her as if she was his own daughter but that didn't stop him from putting her to work even since she was 8 years old. She begged, stole and beat up people since she was a child. Alexis loved the feeling of having power between her "friends" in crime and always picked fights with anyone that seemed to think that they are greater than her. She lost a teeth and got a few bruises but she always came on top.

At 14 years old, Alexis was caught by a rival cartel while she was delivering some money to the some policemen. They beat her up, raped her and as they cut her face so that no one would like her every again, something "snapped" inside Alexis. Her powers manifested for the first time. Shadow blades exited her body and pierced the bodies of the people that caught her. As she was crying, something "hit" her. She could be powerful. She is a Metahuman.

She worked with her powers as much as it was possible without anyone knowing that she's a Metahuman at first. She learned that if didn't use her powers everyday, she would slowly die and one day when she decided enough is enough...Alexis gone to the cartel boss that took her in and killed him in cold blood using her powers. She then took control of the cartel. People didn't accepted that at first but she had a way to make people fear her. She loved to kill them slowly and make them beg for mercy and soon people started to be fearful of her. She controlled most of Bangkok's drug trade by the age of 17 using her powers to hurt, maim or kill.

Finally at the age of 19, she left Bangkok and visited America. As she planned to expand her business there and take control of America's drug trade. Alexis knew that a bigger country meant bigger dangers as more Metahumans would be in America but she didn't really care. With a power like hers, she was feeling like a Goddess. No one could defeat her in single combat or so she thought.
She spent an year and a half in America and her drug cartel prospered but finally decided it's time to take her drug business to a new level. She contacted a Metahuman with the power to gain control of electronics and tricked him into broadcasting a message on almost all news posts in America, telling people to come buy drugs from her dealers as they are everywhere in America. She killed the Metahuman that helped her after that but not before he revealed her location to everyone. A few Metahuman heroes tracked her down and defeated her.
She made a deal with the FBI to join their Hero Program instead of going to prison. Alexis also gave them names and addresses on every single cartel leader that she ever knew.
