@The Kid Lanternfar as I remember all new ultimates was a team from before secret wars and technically doesn't exist anymore, less you count the new captain marvel team. He quit the avengers because he didn't like the way the heroes were doing things and shit sometime either during or after civil war and right now being apart of the champions team should allow him to further grow and come into his own along with some of the other young heroes (time displaced cyclops excluded because we know that things probably won't change for him after he goes back).

And I mean he did manage to fend off blackheart by himself after he'd beaten some avengers. Although to be fair this was more luck of the draw since his power just happened to be fairly effective against the demon. I think part of the problem is that marvel keeps going into these big events without spending too much time on individual characters. It's just one event after another. That's just me though. I have high hopes for miles as a whole though. It would be nice if Peter backed down and focused on his company a bit though so they could spotlight miles a little more concretely as Spider-Man though. That's just me.

If we get to a point where we make second characters I might try and throw my own spider into the mix though. Because I like messing with spider lore.

My Marvel and DC knowledge come from the games, TV shows, and whatever random stuff I decide to look up. This is mainly because I don't have the money to get comic books. But my favorite Marvel characters are Black Panther, Wolverine, Human Torch, and Silver Surfer. This is mainly because they were my team in Marvel's Ultimate Alliance. I will say that getting in a huff about height is very pointless. Especially if you didn't even like him all that much. I will say I like both versions of the Wolverine. Also I don't see how sharing emotions is emo like. I mean I myself don't share emotions but that's because I don't understand emotions. Still, I like Wolverine's relationship with characters like Rogue and Shadowcat as a stand in for an older brother and father figure respectively. I do despise what they did with Rouge in the movies though. Also the movies are a different universe than the main comic universe so what does it matter. I mean I love when they stick to the source material, but with comics its kinda iffy because of all the different universes.

All New Ultimates with Miles isn't a thing anymore, but it was the *premiere* superteam near the end of the Ultimate Universe until Secret Wars and the new patchwork planet [that will NEVER make sense, can't just forget about it] came about. Should still be a part of Miles history. The composition of that team just wasn't what it needed to be to last, basically Miles and Cloak along with a handful of white chicks [Bombshell, Shadowcat, Spidergirl/Black Widow II, and Dagger].

If I do a team in the game it'll likely be something like the New Warriors just with a smaller membership and old man Miles as a mentor.

Edit: Favorite Marvel characters list - Human Torch [I dig both Johnny and the android], Black Bolt, the classic Destroyer, Rogue, Multiple Man, classic Scarlet Spider, Juggernaut, Capt. Mar-vell [and his son Genis], Iron Fist, Spiderman 2099, Jack of Hearts, Thunderstrike, Angel, and Colossus.

Name - Victor James Tully

Alias - Necro

Age - 21

Powers - Victor has the unusual power to control the undead.He can control the bodies of dead humans and animals.Besides controlling dead bodies he can also have them speak if he needed any information out of them. The downside to his power is that the dead bodies will start the process of decomposition.

Weaknesses - A few weaknesses including the decomposition process of dead bodies.Without any dead bodies to control he will be some what defenseless. The undead cannot rip and tear into flesh like the zombies in the movies and will need weapons to maim or murdered.

Personality - Victor is a daydreamer always spacing out imagining he was someplace else. Besides being a daydreamer he a bit lazy when it comes to certain things, Although when it comes it crime he is more then happy to commit it be it for money or pleasure. His outer perception to other people would tell that Victor is very shy not speaking much and only when he feels it is needed. However when he is around people he trusts he is quite talkative.

Victor as well loves to paint and write poems and is very passionate about it. As well as being very protective of his art. He is also quite to anger having a very short temper letting out his anger in his own way.

Experience - 1 and a half years years

Appearance -

Brief Bio - Victor was born into a middle class family of his father being a librarian and his mother being a teacher. He was living a pretty average life with the occasional bullying form his class mates.The first time he found out about his powers was when he was nine years old when he found a ran over cat and controlled it to follow him and be his secret pet until it was bones. Later on in his life he found out he was a mutant at one pointing joining the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, However he left because he found their cause "petty" because he had not qualms with humans.

Afterwards he joined Kingpin as a hired thug working under him to help with dealing with superheroes or robbing banks. Leaving that and now a freelance mercenary.

Key Differences - I don't know what to put here.

Sample Story Arcs -

Brotherhood Invasion- When he was with the Brotherhood he along with the other members invade Xavier's mansion, They were later defeated thanks to the teamwork of the X-Men.

Rumble In Manhattan- Working under Kingpin as a enforcer along with some other thugs to steal a experiments bomb to be used on Kingpin's enemies.He was later defeated by Spiderman along with his comrades and put into prison afterwards escaping.

Mutant Outbreak- Was a villain that had escaped form prison with many other mutants and had fought Beast, Escaping form being caught.

Supporting Characters - Kingpin

Notes - He has weapons in cause he cannot control the undead, Carrying a silence uzi and Welrod pistol with ammo.

Favorite DC characters in no order: Aquaman, Hawkman, Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), Superboy (the clone), Hourman, Animal Man, Impulse, Batman Beyond, Metamorpho, Ragman, Blue Devil, Swamp Thing, classic Alan Scott/GL, Bulletman, the Ray, Jakeem Thunder, Longshadow, Static (technically Milestone but he WAS in the DCU awhile), Starman (from Legion of Superheroes), Comet (formerly Capt. Comet), Capt. Atom, Deadman, Lightray, classic Guardian, Firestorm, and Zatanna.

I did NOT see that list being 26 characters long. Holy crap.

@Eviledd1984 Hey bud. It's an interesting concept, and a power set that I've not come across in these types of RPs. However the bio is extremely sparse, and I'm struggling to get a handle on the character. Is he a villain? A hero? A bit of both? I'd have to check with @The Kid Lantern but I'm not sure what his thoughts on villain protagonists are.

You say he left the Brotherhood because he found their cause to be petty? Why was that? The Brotherhood has been around for so long, and through so many different incarnations, that their cause has fluctuated quite a lot. Traditional view is that they have fought for Mutant Supremacy (mostly because of their famous ties to Magneto and Mystique), so is that the cause that Necro found petty? If so, what is his cause?

Also, what legacy are you planning on tying him to? From the history it could be something vague, like the Brotherhood of Mutants, or the X-men.

Ah sorry for not clarifying,I was thinking of making him a villain turned hero but I can make him a villain with his own strange code of honor.And I can change his bio s bit so because he left the Brotherhood was because he had no problem with humans and found the Brotherhood to be equally as ignorant as humans.After he left he became a sort of thug/mercenary working but the highest bidder.

The SHIELD doctor convinced Quake to let him run some tests on the prisoner in his lab. She agreed as long as he was kept pumped full of rage suppressants or whatever the doctor used earlier.

Maximilian and the doctor went to the lab. "So Doc got a name or shall I keep calling you Doc like the cartoon squirrel?" "Terrance." He hooked a machine up to Maximilian. "That will keep you like you are, doubt we need it, you don't seem to like to transform." The doctor pulled out a laptop and gave it to Maximilian. "As we agreed you get to look up any non-classified information about our world. "Seriously you still use this? I didn't realize how backwards this universe is." The doctor look confused. "Our minds directly interacted with the computers we had no need for a keyboard. We saw through our eyes, no need for a screen. Assume you use TVs too, just turn on the news." The doctor complied. A news report about the attack from the monster who lived underground. "My goddess. You haven't eradicated them yet? What is wrong with your society? You intentionally leave invaders alive to reinvade? You seriously need new management one that has the balls to do the right thing. Get me down there and I'll elminate them for free. Won't even need to Hulk out." He popped the claws on one hand. "These are the only weapons I need on those primitives. I was on the team on my world that destroyed them." He retracted his claws. "What you say?"

There's still some other places that you could paragraph-break that second passage to make it flow better and read easier of course, but it's not as integral as giving a new para to each new speaker.

@Eviledd1984 This CS suffers from a lot of the same problems as the CS we're working on for the DC game. Quite a few typos, punctuation and capitalization errors, etc.

As far as the character presented, I like the concept for a villain or possibly an anti-hero or wildcard. I noticed you didn't know what to put for Key Differences since he's not a direct analog of another character, but I think I remember reading something somewhere about a possible connection to Nightmare that would be cool. Some of the actual bits of Bio, Sample Arcs, and your Supporting Characters list may need some edits though. Also, I think in the original CS requirements for this it was asked for Experience to be "anywhere from a few days up to 2 years." I made exceptions to the rule for the alternate universe Hulkerine as well as Deadgene since he was a mercenary for some time before putting on a costume, but you'll have to convince me why your guy needs an extra year of experience.

The parts of the CS I wanted to discuss involved the villains and supporting characters. If you plan on being a member of some more recent Brotherhood, @BlackSam3091 and myself will have to work with you on an actual roster in case we need them to show up later on for somebody else. With the Sample Arcs you mentioned being a gun for hire and working with Kingpin, who we've all already discussed could still be operating business as usual well into his 70's or 80's [can't remember who's character he was also gonna play a role in], but Tombstone and Hammerhead still running around robbing banks at that age is a little much. With your Supporting Characters list Tombstone is on there twice despite Kingpin not being listed once [and Kingpin would be a much more important character to list]. Tombstone and Hammerhead could be replaced by a couple no-name goons in the context of the story since they'd likely be too old to rob banks. I'm guessing Omega Red and Wanda/Scarlet Witch are listed to represent the Brotherhood, but I'd just want to put out there Omega Red's never worked for the Brotherhood before. Wanda would make an interesting choice to lead the group in her old age though, a lot of potential with that idea. Gwenpool though... gonna have to veto that one. Aside from not wanting too many alternate universe characters running around, she'd still be in her 40's and I just don't want an old lady in a pink Deadpool suit running around doing the usual Deadpool style shenanigans. Fighting an older Spiderman [Miles] at some point in your career was fine, and I'll likely still use him [Miles] to a degree later on for something with a next gen New Warriors.

So in closing, the CS needs a bit of work but there's potential. Working in a connection to Nightmare, elaborating more on what you've got planned for your character's backstory and story arcs, and fixing the punctuation and grammar issues would make this CS a lot more acceptable.
