Penthesilea ever-present desire for revenge against Achilles, her immense spirit to seek strength as a warrior, and the blood of the War God, Ares, are all greatly excited for a short amount of time by her Noble Phantasm. She transforms into a true mad warrior, becoming a beast and losing all sense of reasoning. During this time, she views any enemy as Achilles himself, fueling her rage-enhanced power, and launches an overwhelming barrage of attacks with all the weapons at her disposal, including her body.
A rather straight-forward woman, Penthesilea is most interested in one thing--strength. Demonstrating such is the fastest way to gain her respect and cooperation. She desires to become as great a warrior as she can, a lifestyle she became accustomed to as an Amazonian queen; she wants to be viewed as a warrior first, and a woman second. Fearing no defeat or death, backing down from challenges is hardly a thought that has ever crossed her mind. Staunch and honorable, she appreciates head-on fights, though any tactics used in such battles are fair game to her--the strongest warriors can improvise and make use of anything they have at their disposal to come out the victor. She values the opinions of others, and those who can voice their concerns readily, even if they go against her own thoughts, gain favor with her--after all, disagreeing with her is a show of strength in its own right.
While she tends to seem distant and a bit unapproachable due to a near constant half-scowl and an attitude that leans towards 'no-nonsense,' she can easily come to care deeply for her allies, wishing to keep such people safe from harm, and quickly flares with anger towards those who threaten them. She does what she can to hide these softer feeling due to her wish to only be seen as a strong person, though she still has her moments where she forgets herself and lets them show. Losing those she grows to care for is the one thing she truly fears, having experienced it far too often before being summoned. It is the biggest cause of her distant nature, and is the true force that drives her to become as strong as she can--to protect those she loves, and to slay those who hurt them.
