Applying for a promotion, trying to buy a home in a seller's market, locating an agreeable daycare for my 3 month old while my wife goes back to work full time, and dealing with borderline psychotic landlords that illegally took $1275 from my checking account. In other words, the most stressful time of my life.

@Demon Shinobi I figured I should let you know something that I edited into the previous Phantom Girl post. Katty, as it says in her appearance section, has a Joker tattoo on her shoulder which in Neo Gotham's day and age is pretty much a gang tattoo with all the sigma that carries. To hide it from the team Katty keep a thermal bandage over it, that's essentially a layer of synthetic skin that seals over a wound to let it heal properly and keep it from infection. They're hard to see unless you're very close or know exactly what you're looking for but I figure with Red's heightened senses he'd be able to notice it. Though given how bashful he is I don't know if he was looking at her long enough to notice anything. Still figured I should let you know in case it comes up in the future.

@ProPro Do we know Accel's civilian identity?

@Prince of Seraphs She wouldn't hide it, but wouldn't go out of her way to tell anyone either. Basically it's easy enough to figure out (not like a domino mask ever hid anything important) and she won't contest it if you do. To her it's just not important enough to bring up, especially since "Accel" is faster to say than "Carmelita."

Thanks for letting me know. It's interesting to think about. If she does it often, or even just more than once he'd probably notice. I kind of went as if this was the first time for him. But now that I'm thinking about it, I could edit it if he would have seen her like that more than once.

@ProProim not gonna lie lol I kinda am trying to think of technological things Red could have made to help her try to control the perception or try to tap into the speed force. It could be a thing from a suit to a type of head gear.

I got the impression from Member 00492 that the Titans haven't been on that many missions. In most circumstances Katty wears long sleeve and/or her cloak. It's not like she strips in front of the team on a regular basis, it's more a time saver. If there's something that requires immediate attention she won't really care about modesty as long as she's prepared in the shortest amount of time. If they do have time on their hands however she'll find somewhere private to change. So depending on the situations the Titans have had to combat in the past month or so he may or may not have seen the bandage, she always puts one over the tattoo right after she showers. I don't really have a preference, if you want Red to noticed the bandage and be curious about it that's your call but Katty is meticulous so Red wouldn't have had any opportunities to see the actual tattoo.

If memory serves the original Reverse-Flash obtained speedster abilities after finding and experimenting on the suit of the Silver Age Flash which was locked away in a time capsule till he stumbled upon it. That being the case it means that inanimate objects that have close and significantly protracted contact with speedsters while their powers are in use absorb some elements of the Speed Force energy. That being said if an object or piece of clothing fitting that description could be located it could be possible to give Accel speedster-like abilities. Though depending on the object the nature of those abilities might be incomplete (but improved from her current state) depending on your preference @ProPro

I tried to do the Wonder Twins and Batman but I don't have enough of a feel for the Wonder Twins to gauge how Katty would react to them and I can't really say till we see him in RP how Katty would react to Batman as I'm only familiar with one of the three sources that is being drawn on for his character and I don't know how he would have changed in the past four or five years.

I did a little redesign on Phantom Girl's costume. For those that are interested it is in the appearance section of my CS.

Additionally I added a section to Basic Information called Full Disclosure. It deals with the nature and quality of Gloria's "Catherine Walker" identity. Anyone that's actively looking into Gloria should probably read it.

You're correct about the suit however after recently rewatching Batman Beyond's first two seasons I realized that the flying cards are all identical and just have one big spade on them rather than being specific to each member.

There's no evidence to suggest that the "Once and Future Thing, Part 2" was a long period of time after Batman Beyond's chronological run and even if it was for Batman Chronos was a time traveler who very well could have recruited Dee Dee and Dee Dee much earlier in the timeline.

These are Harley Quinn's grandchildren, even though she'd more or less given up the life that legacy didn't give them any drive to move up over the course of five years?

Which doesn't explain why J-Man is still at it into his twenties.
