Rev is unsettling in her appearance in almost every sense of the word. She is short and gaunt, skin and flesh clinging to her skeleton in malnutrition and atrophy. What may have once been soft and peach colored is now totally devoid of color; her skin is a deathly white color with the faintest hints of blue veins crisscrossing beneath paper thin tissue. It is damaged in more places than one can count, valleys of scar tissue trace limbs and torso alike, with occasional pock marks from bullets dotting her form. Her upper body from neck to hip and across to sternum is burnt heavily, foul grey roughness marking horrific wounds by fire. Perhaps most noticeable of all is the long, wicked looking scar that drags from ear to ear, resembling a smile of damaged flesh that clings to itself in mock healing to keep her jaw as one. Her hair is equally lifeless, grey and straw like and unkempt as it hangs to her shoulders, and baggy eyes of hopeless black stare unflinchingly into the word, having long since lost their light.

Style:

Rev has long since passed the point of caring for style. The hideous state of her body demands she keep herself almost entirely covered. For this reason, she covers her torso in a long sleeve shirt of plain black fabric. Her legs are protected by a large, baggy pair of grey pants that keep themselves from bunching at her ankles by virtue of the heavy black boots that keep her feet safe. Boney knuckles are kept hidden beneath hardy leather gloves, and she is almost always within a well made black cloak completed with a hood to hide beneath. A metallic mask of wrought iron sometimes is worn across her lower face, resembling a large toothy grin. Her posture is best described as poor, and Rev frequently walks at an irregular pace that resembles a shambling.

Explanation:

The concept behind Rev's fighting is simple; outlast the enemy by constantly sieging them with her admittedly basic combat skills. No longer subject to the demands of life like fatigue, she is able to barrage her opponents with attack after attack without worrying about exhausting herself. The power of the Yomi Yomi no Mi ensures that, so long as an attack does not destroy parts of her body, her spirit will slowly piece it back together. This enables her to undertake crippling wounds without fear for permanent consequences, something she take advantage of by sacrificing whole limbs in order to score critical strikes, only to later pop the appendage in question back on.

While the majority of her fighting is done with the hefty crunch of shovel on bone, undeath is not the only ability her devil fruit has bestowed upon her. Her soul, tethered to the physical realm despite it being beyond its time on earth, is incredibly strong. She can manifest its strength in a variety of ways, although she typically chooses to augment her shovel with its strength. The icy winds of the underworld whirl around her makeshift weapon, chilling those unfortunate enough to incur her wrath.

Combat Personality/Style:

Rev is uncommonly aggressive in combat. Perhaps her unique position has given her a certain bravery in the face of death itself, but there's no doubt that when fighting begins,
she throws caution to the wind and often bullrushes her foes with a steady, level headed offensive devoid of fear like the rage of a berserker with none of the blinding anger.

Strengths :

Rev excels best in scenarios where she can lock her opponents into a battle of attrition and whittle them down overtime with her superior stamina. With her soul based powers, she can enhance the brutal strikes from her shovel with the chill of death. This literally imbues her attacks with an icy property, freezing those that touch her enhanced attacks. Although she usually saves it for out of combat purposes, she is capable of detaching her soul from her body to function as an intangible spirit for the purposes of scouting.

Weaknesses:

Anybody who can deny Rev the benefit of close range is her bane. If they can end the fight by doing too much damage for her to sustain herself before she can tire them, she is also largely powerless. Though she is able to detach herself from her physical body, this leaves it vulnerable to attack,
and she cannot venture too far from it, as it is her anchor in the world.

Equipment:

If anybody dies, we'd just toss the body over the side, maybe say a few words, get drunk, somebody would start singing "Binks' Sake" and by sunrise we would be hungover and unable to remember who we'd been mourning in the first place.
