Costumed Personality: Iron Eagle is the last Nazi German soldier still fighting for his ideals, and he is deeply indoctrinated. Horrifically racist and prejudiced, the man is more than willing to commit ruthlessly immoral acts in order to live up to the ideals of his long deceased fuhrer. Iron Eagle brutally pokes at the flaws of his enemies, utilizing his mind-reading to learn what they fear the most and play at those fears. He seemingly has no personal attachment to anything but the dream of his fuhrer, suffers from PTSD due to experimentation and warfare, and is sociopathic to the extreme, most definitely not the picture of perfect mental health. He does, however, seem oddly fond of anyone of Japanese descent, perhaps due to his training. Eagle is conniving and cunning, and able to use his intelligence to outwit superior opponents.

Civilian Personality: Wilhelm Silber is a quiet elderly gentleman, accommodating and always smiling. He is beloved by the people of Hub City, though he does have his eccentricities, such as concluding a toast with "heil Hitler", seemingly on habit. He even enjoys the company of masked vigilantes, despite most everyone else's prejudice towards them. He is willing to compromise and back away from danger, but will try to help in whatever way he can. When in private however, Wilhelm's personality reveals itself to be not that different from that of his alter-ego. His comely old man mask is just that, a mask, and he is capable of committing brutal actions in the name of his dream.

»Polyglot: Wilhelm speaks six languages fluently; German, Russian, English, Italian, Japanese, and French. He is currently in the process of learning Spanish as well.
»Soldier Training: Wilhelm is trained to an elite level in all parts of being a soldier, formerly serving as the Standartenführer of the RSD, Hitler's and many other Nazi leader's bodyguards before the Reich fell.

-Powers:
»Peak Physical Fitness: The experiments done on Wilhelm have given him peak fitness, even as an old man, he is capable of running marathon level distances with little difficulty, lifting upwards of four hundred pounds (far more with the aid of his telekinesis), and taking blows from professional boxers without faltering.
»Telekinesis: Wilhelm has powerful telekinetic abilities. He can lift objects up to 100 tons in weight, but at that level he requires an intense amount of focus. When lifting lighter objects, he is capable of lifting up to fifty objects at one time, though this number goes down exponentially with the weight of the object. He can use this ability to fly, but rarely does, as doing so requires more focus than would usually be required for an object of his weight. This ability only developed after the Second World War finished, and he has yet to fully master it.
»ESP: Wilhelm is a telepath, and can read target's thoughts, emotions, and memories. He can use this ability to converse with targets without speaking as well.

Character History/Origin: Wilhelm Silber was born in Stettin, Germany in the year 1920 on the day of the winter solstice. His birth-name was Wilhelm von Habsburg-Lotharingen, and he was born to a scion of the great house of Habsburg, former rulers of the Holy Roman Empire and Austria. As a youth, Wilhelm became enamored by the rhetoric of the Nazi Party, and joined it with gusto. Dropping out of school to continue following the Nazi party.

Wilhelm became increasingly entrenched in the Nazi ideology, attending most every speech by Adolf Hitler and following his recommended lifestyle fervently. When Hitler invaded Poland, Wilhelm immediately volunteered for the army. He excelled in basic training, but he suffered greatly in teamwork and leadership. His skill and lack of intelligence gave the scientific higher-ups in Germany a perfect opportunity to create a mentally malleable super-soldier. Brought to the Owl Mountains on the Polish border, Wilhelm became the subject of Project Riese, or Project Giant as it was known in English. Wilhelm was experimented upon in unethical experiments that caused him immense pain and led to him developing PTSD, but through Nazi brainwashing and experimentation, Wilhelm became a perfect tool of the Nazi regime, he gained multiple IQ levels, his body was improved to human peak performance, and he gained incredible mind abilities, though they were far weaker than they currently are. Trained in martial arts by Japanese allies and leadership by the German high command, Wilhelm became a symbol of Aryan supremacy.

Wilhelm served on the Eastern front for a time, before being given command of the Nazi security service, serving as a bodyguard during Operation Valkyrie, where he was caught in an explosion and thought dead. In reality, Wilhelm escaped, though severely burned, and escaped. For a time, he secretly aided allied movements against Soviet forces, but eventually hid within a group of refugees and moved to America. For a long time he has stayed hidden, secretly plotting on a way to bring back the Reich, and recently, many people of Jewish, Slavic, and Roma descent were found murdered, a red eagle painted in their blood. Finally, Iron Eagle re-emerged, a relic of a bygone era, finally executing a plot to seize control of Hub City, to use it as a stepping stone to re-establish the German Reich.

Also, do remember there were no overt superpowers before Lady Arcana appears, so his telekinetic abilities during WWII would've probably been more subdued and just increased to their current level over time with mastery. Costumed Personality: As 'The Tiger', Marvin is less brazen than his boxing persona, and he uses his prowess in the ring to aid him in his crimefighting escapades. He is callous and calculated, and often does not speak while the mask is on.
Civilian Personality: Cocky, pompous, arrogant, conceited. Hayes ring persona takes after boxing legends of old, and even outside of the ring he behaves like a celebrity.
Super Abilities: High Class Metahuman

-Skills: Fast hands: Hayes' boxing training combined with his metahuman conditioning serve to make his hands blindingly quick.
-Powers: Perfect Equilibrium: There is a reason Hayes has never been knocked off of his feet in a fight--inside the ring or otherwise, his nigh-indefeasible balance. Marvin can maintain his balance with any contortion of the body, regardless of how awkward or unnatural it may be.

MMA: He is training to become a mixed martial artist.

Powers: Regenerative Durability: Much of Hayes livability is thanks to his extreme healing abilities which allow him to heal normal wounds in several seconds. He can withstand standard caliber gunfire and continue fighting. Mortal wounds can kill him depending on how severe they are.

All-Around Low Superhuman Physical Condition: Marvin;s physical condition is low superhuman level. He is strong enough to lift above nine hundred pounds overhead, can run at a maximum of 40mph, etc.

Superhuman Inteligence: More than just a fighter, Hayes has studied engineering for a great portion of his life. His metahuman gene has increased his above-average intelligence to great heights.

Decelerated Aging: He ages much slower than normal. Every five chronological years is as one biological year to him.

-Gadgets: The Suit: Though still a proto-type, Hayes' costume is a mesh-weave kevlar laced with titanium alloy to provide additional protection against projectiles (namely bullets). Currently, Hayes is researching ways to implement kinetic-dispersion technologies into the suit. For now, the costume serves as an extremely lightweight and flexible alternative to his earlier and much more weighty rendition.

Character History/Origin: Born in Detroit, Marvin grew up in a lower middle class section of the city. He was not one who had to fight his way through hordes of gangs and unsavory kids to get to and fro to school. As the middle child of four, he and his siblings always had what they needed save having to share the same pair of socks a few times. In school, he hardly got in trouble and he spent much of his time studying; he took a particular interest in mathematics and engineering and soon began building and creating all kinds of tech. It was not until he got into an altercation with boys several years his senior that his interest in boxing piqued.

After being jumped, Marvin began frequenting boxing gyms all over New York. For his size, Hayes excelled in training, but he was small. Unlike many of his peers, Hayes did not grow exponentially while in the throes of puberty. At 5'6 and 190 pounds, and lacking the requisite reflexes and footwork to turn professional, Hayes' boxing aspirations were all but dashed. By the time he was 20, he had grown two inches and put on five pounds. Hayes kept training and gradually he improved--both his footwork and his speed had gotten sharper over the eight years in which he had been training. It was not until his twenty fourth birthday and several amateur fights and later 10 professional fights that his life would change and his dreams become more than gleeful wishes.

Hi there! I've been keeping an eye on this for a couple days and I was hoping you guys were still accepting? I do have a small question; I understand there being a cap on Green Lantern characters at the start, too many Lanterns in one place doesn't make much sense, but would you possibly accept a Blue Lantern?I have some ideas for one and I'd love to try and play it out; but if not I do have some other ideas I could try if you're still accepting.
