I thought people still lived there and tried to fix up the world, but i haven't played the second game in a long time, so I might be mis-remembering things. I just imagined the character was born there, but has moved around since. Actually, maybe she returned to try and help the committee there. If that's the case though, than where really, is fine.

Don't forget Rule #4:

4. Canon story events from Chain of Memories and onward are to be considered irrelevant.

Sora, Riku, Donald, Goofy, and Mickey never returned from sealing Door to Darkness. As such, future events were affected. Though now that I think of if the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee can still easily be founded without any input from Sora and crew, so I'll concede that to be an error on my part. Even so, Hollow Bastion restoration wouldn't have lasted long before the Committee was run off by the Empire forming.

Awesome, thanks! Also, think I'm going to go with a made up world for my character. Couldn't really think of anywhere she'd fit in in the Disney universe(s). I was thinking a fictional world based around fairy tales (given Mira's similarities to a sort of red ridinghood appearance)?? I don't know how much I'd necessarily delve into the world and it's history through revealing her past through the roleplay, plus I know it's technically not in the Disney universe, but I thought it would be interesting since the franchise is based off a twist from childhood stories to begin with.

Also, thoughts on Mira having a familiar-sort of character? Thinking of interpreting the creature in her image into her character/story. Maybe even as an achievable summon later down the line as a remnant of her lost world.

It doesn't really matter to me in that case. If you need a name than we'll call it "Shattered Lands" or something, her original world that was destroyed by the Empire.

What franchise? Do you mean the anime? I can't really allow that, namely because I don't know the first thing about the Fairy Tale anime. If that was even what you're talking about.

That's up to your choice, actually. You can start on your homeworld or do what NobodiesHero did and start your character in Traverse Town after they already lost their home to Heartless.

Ran into a snag. I know absolutely nothing about the starting world Renny chose and so I'm waiting for him to PM me some details before I can finish up the IC. I could post what I have now but I would feel bad about skipping over Renny's character.

Raily's probably been here only a short time. Maybe a few months due to the nature of her business. However, I think she might know Ambrose. Maybe even Ashe. He is a mechanic right? She deals with 'tinkering' too, when she is not busy with helping out Squall and his gang of defenders. Since he's a bit of an oddball, she might've consulted him about things here and there. Thinking he is interesting at the very least, or just to see his opinion on one of her inventions.
