[OOC] Crescendo of Steel and Magic: An Isekai genre RP

Okay so um...

I feel like I'm also to blame for this, but part of the reason I've had a hard time posting is that, um...

Basically the whole "isekai" element is meant to be very important to the plot of the RP, but people seem to have kind of glossed over it with their characters for the most part. It's a little demoralizing.

I realize I didn't make it very clear what's happening, and I'm sorry, I was trying to make it more mysterious and I think I screwed up.

... Okay, going to add to my previous post...

Basically, because of that issue and because of the power level characters have ended up with, I'm honestly not feeling like this is really lining up with the idea I'd initially had that started this RP.

For one, the isekai characters being aware of their past and not just vaguely remembering it is actually pretty important, they need to be themselves rather then their new identity. More like... @Raineh Daze's character I guess? Influenced by the new life and memories but their original personality still there.

In addition I guess I kind of wanted the isekai characters to start out as "nobodies" who become much more powerful and the natives to be more powerful(ranging from low to high levels but still decently powerful) by default. At this level well... it just doesn't work with what I'd planned out.

This is partially my fault. There were a lot of characters who were technically acceptable but didn't have a high enough power level and I couldn't really figure out how to address that.

What I'm saying is basically that I just don't know what to do about this. The RP just... doesn't seem like it can work right now.

So, I'm left with the choice of... basically shutting down this version of the RP and maybe rebooting it in hopes of things fitting better. Either way this version of the RP isn't going to keep going.

Again, I apologize for not being clearer about some things. This is my fault too.
