Oregon makes more sense (as its closer and a third the size of Washington's) but the trip to the one in Washington makes sense in an exploratory idea. Thinking on it though most likely it's Oregon's.

Hello my sweet lurkers especially Polaris North whom I am working on something for and we do have a malnourished child now and either doctor may attend to. They need the full once-over because part of Amir and Jame's duties would be to watch for bio contaminations ( Disease, Pests, and the like)
