@Cu Chulainn ...If you're reciting the Miranda laws of the laws that Mirdas follows, then he wouldn't need the History check. But if you want to be more accurate with the laws in the particular area you are in now, then you would need to roll a History Check.

@ihinka I'm gonna have to say it depends on your rolls and if you have proficiency in both the alchemist's supplies and the herbalism kit. It's going to be a very challenging task at your level right now.
