Also, how do students act with each other? Is there some kid of social hierarchy where weaker students are treated unfairly by the masses as practice or is everyone retry understanding about differences? Asking for a friend, (main character)

@EpicKDP not as such. Journeymen are generally friends or rivals with each other, novices are pack mules for professors/masters, the apprentices are everyone's babies and giving them grief is frowned upon.

Research-based mages sneer at combat-focused mages, and vice-versa.
