Also as a side note, @Asuras what would be a good distinction between Supporters and Casters? "Slow" as a mechanic isn't something that translates very well to a more conceptual rather than game setting, and I'm having difficulty with my character not just being a Caster rather than a true Supporter

Supporters also buff fellow Operators, but can have other "status" effects as well, such as making enemies lighter or weaker. All of the summoner Operators are also supporters, so if they were a drone user, for example, that'd classify as support.

Operator Pavan seems to have a very courteous mindset, easily acquiescing to requests when asked and generally being agreeable. During the majority of the questioning, she had been nothing but amicable, answering nearly every inquiry with a smile and a happy tone, as if being able to provide information rose her disposition in some way. While very open to divulging details about herself and various topics, she had refrained from commenting when asked about her given name, family, and personal contacts. She had claimed that it is merely for their safety, as she has heard many stories in which one working in an occupation may result in one's loved ones being targeted should the wrong people be meddled with.

When questioned as to why she wished to be employed by the Retra Corporation, she had questioned in return if there had to be a requirement 'to aid those less fortunate'. A background check revealed that she is not against working with others within a team-setting, even requesting it outright in certain circumstances, though this seems to be a preference related to how her Originum Arts works rather than a personal inclination.

The single outburst that had transpired during the assessment was prompted by an inquiry related to her willingness to harm another person to a lethal degree, causing her to stand up and vehemently deny that such an event could transpire, refusing to expound upon the reason for her sudden reaction. Perplexingly, it seems that death itself is not something she rejects, but the idea of causing it directly on her own. Further questioning may be required, but from initial analysis it is recommended that Operator Pavan would be best utilized if not deployed to the front line. Signs of emotional trauma are apparent, and the mental repercussions of such an 'incident' occurring could potentially be disastrous.

Operator Pavan is primarily a user of Originum Arts with an expertise in demolition. Her unique utilization allows her to corrode inorganic matter at a rapid rate, weakening the integrity of structures, vehicles, and defensive plating within a matter of seconds. While she is also capable of affecting organic matter, both mental and physical stress are elevated tenfold comparatively, let alone the tax on her emotional state. During a experimental test with her Originum Arts, the rate of decomposing organic matter is significantly reduced in comparison to inorganic. It is recommended that Operator Pavan should not be deployed in a situation where this alteration to her Arts is required.

Logs of past operations with various companies describe her ability to stay mobile, easily traversing through rough terrain without a significant dip in speed. Her stamina and physical strength, however, lack the capability to sustain her quickness for extended period of time, with the latter restricting her ability to advance or retreat in a vertical manner.

In general, Operators Pavan excels in circumstances in which a there is a need for high mobility and breaching defenses. Situations where her anti-structure and anti-armor capabilities can support the firepower of other Operators. Aiding civilians during a Catastrophe by corroding fallen buildings and debris is one of the multiple possible utilizations of her talents, and one in which she has stated to prefer.

Profile

Thrones is a Caster Operative specializing in wide-area suppression through gravity-manipulating Arts, as well as single-target destruction through graviton bullets. Though lacking in combat experience compared to Senior Operators, she has proven herself exceptionally effective in urban operations, the nature of her Arts enabling her to mitigate collateral damage via hampering enemy projectile weaponry and movements. Areas of improvement remain in her lacking physical strength, which hampers her effectiveness in extended operations and recon missions, as well as her status as an Infected; though it’s projected that Oripathy plays a role in Thrones’ effectiveness at leveraging her Arts, caution must be taken in deploying her within Originium-heavy areas, lest the progress of the disease be accelerated. Though overshadowed by her Arts, Thrones has received certification in the usage of crossbows, having completed the standard marksmanship course in the Exercitus Laterano.

It should be noted that Thrones has a strong preference towards working as an active operator as opposed to performing duties within headquarters. Thrones does not have a history of any psychological problems prior to contracting Oripathy, but once her infection reached the early-mid stage, she has suffered bouts of mania and continuous nightmares, as well as hallucinations of a “talking wall” and a “doll surrounded by books”. These symptoms do not detract from her efficacy as an operator and, more specifically, the usage of Arts appears to suppress these manic episodes. Thrones is aware of the difference between reality and delusion, and no incident has arisen from these episodes yet, but psychological monitoring and constant deployment is advised.

Thrones holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Education and Literature, having graduated with distinctions from Laterano Central University, but has made no attempt in finding careers in either fields before applying to the Exercitus Laterano. Seven months ago, Thrones contracted Oripathy during a search-and-rescue operation within a section of a mobile city recently bombarded by a meteoric Catastrophe. Though all protocols for operating in high-Originium areas were followed, an ambush by a Reunion splinter cell delayed the squad’s withdrawal from the area, leading to prolonged exposure to Originium.

Though it is well-known that Oripathy is not a disease that can be spread from the Infected to the non-Infected, superstition and false information persists even within the Exercitus Laterano, and, owing to the rupture formed in trust between her squadmates, Thrones was shifted over to a solo operative, working in low-population areas, until she was ultimately honorably discharged from the Exercitus Laterano and transferred to Retra Corp per agreements between the higher-ups of both organizations.
