I've decided to give you guys the breakdown of how I decided the Witchlight Monarch. Since the mood was easily influenced by the players during this first chapter, I decided to use the Mood increases/decreases as the points to help determine the Witchlight Monarch, the person who brought forth the most joy. ^_^

Witchlight Monarch Breakdown

+1 bonus from OOC chatter to everyone
+1 Ween and Rubin are reunited by Aurora and Gabriel. (Hour 1)
-1 Kettlesteam heckled Palasha (Hour 2)
+2 Brutrumukk and Jub coaxed Palasha to perform and helped Candlefoot get his voice back. (Hour 2)
+1 Miizel and Zavakri participated in a debate with Feathreen (Hour 2)
+1 Jub calmed the Frightened Dragonfly at the Dragonfly Rides (Hour 3)
+3 Jub, Brutrumukk, and Gabriel entertained the crowd at the Big Top Extravaganza (Hour 4)
+1 Jub and Gabriel adopted the Pixie Names (Hour 5).
0 Jub, Gabriel, and Brutrumukk played Hide and Seek
+3 Zavakri paid the fare for tickets for future customers (Hour 5)
