**John Carver- CMS Terra Nova, Free-drifting through space** Carver began to think. If there were super criminals, then there had to be super heroes, right? That's the way these things always went. It was a predictable pattern in the balance of the universe. "But this isn't the universe I'm used to..." He muttered. He stopped thinking about that for a moment and secured the flight records from the satellite orbitting the planet which they recently looted. Isaac suggested that he retrieve them so that they could possibly find some semblence if civilization. Preferably a civilization that was non-hostile. With the flight records secure, Carver flew back to the ship and went through the airlock process. After reentering the ship, he made his way back up to the bridge. Isaac would want to get to interpreting this data as soon as he could.

**Jericus "Ing" Ignace Client World 576143290-B several hours ago**

On top of a sand dune laid an lone unconscious imperial guardsmen half covered in sand. After a couple of minutes the guardsmen slowly to opened his eye's blinked as the sun was right in his eyes. Ingance sat up still dazed looking over the landscape it didn't take him long to realized that this wasn't a dark chamber several miles underground with a chaos lord in full terminator armor with lightening claws.

"Im I dead?" Ignace asked out loud looking around the sand dunes he rolled up his left pants leg and saw the dull metal of his prosthetic. 'I am not dead. So were the throne am I?' he thought grabbing his lasgun which was off to his side. Standing up he set off in a random direction to try to find any sort of civilization hoping that this planet is under Imperium control.

**several hours later**

Ignace stopped on-top of a sand dune and looked around to see if he could spot anything. "Please Emperor help me find someone," the prayed hoping that the Emperor was listening to him. He stood there for a minute or two wait for some sort of divine signal. After waiting for a minute he heard someone shouted in Gothic. The guardsman quickly made his way over towards the were he heard the shouting. Climbing on top of a sand dune he saw a space marine advancing towards some people. Before Ignace could try to get he space marines attention he slipped and started to roll down the hill. Tumbling down the hill rolling to a stop right next to the space marine face down in the sand.

As the alarms sounded, Blake let out a soft sigh as she put her book down on the table. Reading time was well and truly over, it seemed. S code-9564F meant a fire, right? There were specialists who were probably responding, but they might need help. "We should probably-" By the time she'd turned around, the cyborg and the robot had disappeared. Blinking and looking around, she jumped to her feet, turned to give Dlanor and Sylvester a respectful nod, then headed for the door. On the way, however, a familiar yellow-haired boy entered the galley behind her. "Jaune! You made it." Blake said, walking past him and beckoning her old friend to follow. "No time for introductions, something's going on." The black-haired girl led the way down the crew corridor, heading for the cargo bay access lift, when something caught her eye. She turned to l look in time to see someone vanishing into a crew-only area of the ship. _Now that doesn't seem right..._ Something about the figure's movements, their timing, send a suspicious thrill down her spine. Motioning Jaune to stop and be quiet, she headed for the door they'd entered, carefully peering down the hallway beyond.

Masamune was about to confront the girl on him become a retainer to Hideyoshi when an armoured man with a spear jumped out of some form of portal, another giant of a man came out and more. Wondering if he should answer, he just sighed. This party was attracting more and more wierdos by the minute. "Hail!" he shouted out, raising his right arm as a general response and possible beacon to anyone in the area, "Party's over here!" he called out. He, of course, coming from Feudal Japan would not recognize the abandoned nature of the drill and machinery that was at this ruin, and as such would not realize that something was out of place, although he did get the feeling that something that shouldn't be here was watching them.

**Saber - Agent-Only Hallways, Yggdrasil** Saber snapped out of her food-filled reverie as the other figure had approached. Kuzaku? He was, of course, a familiar sight, as the both were agents of the UMMA. She nodded to him as he approached. "It is good to see you, as well, Kuzaku. As Nono says, we are merely visiting the restaurant district." Part of Saber was curious. There had been no activity recently, and yet she was certainly being required at Yggdrasil... she wondered if the UMMA's Core Council suspected something but were unable to confirm any reports. Her thoughts tore her momentarily from the conversation, though soon she realized that she had lost focus. She started to realize this, however, and quickly began on her way, proceeding towards the Restaurant district. It was an elevator ride down to the sixth level of Yggdrasil, and they were currently on the one-hundred-and-seventh. The immense tower was one-hundred-and-eight floors, each floor holding a different purpose. The top floor housed the Core Council, and floors eighty-through-one-hundred-and-seven were reserved for UMMA business. Beneath there was a plethora of residential and commercial floors. The 'restaurant district' was not the only place with restaurants in the massive tower, but it boasted the widest selection and the most excellent food. Saber was distracted by thoughts of this wonderful food... and then realized that he may perhaps wish to see if Kuzaku desired to come as well. "... You may come if you wish," she said, looking back at the boy. Anyone who had been around her for any real length of time would know that social graces were not the small blonde's strongsuit. --- **Dlanor A. Knox, Inquisitor of Heaven - Mess Hall, UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir** Dlanor had only remained in place long enough to give a swift nod to Blake before suddenly seeming to disappear. In reality, she had simply utilized one of her divine abilities as an Angel of Heaven, a burst of speed that carried her off the ground and sent her down the corridors at a far more rapid pace then she would otherwise have been able to attain. The crew were swiftly bypassed. If there was something more than a fire in the cargo hold, it was best for her to swiftly arrive on the scene before the non-combat personnel. And so, upon her arrival, she was greeted with the sight of a massive mechanical creation facing off against Raiden. Or at the least it seemed like this was the case. The sprinklers had activated, sending a shower down onto the room. Dlanor was mildly irritated that she was now getting soaked, but there were more important matters to attend to as of now. She strode forward, raising her gauntleted left hand towards Raiden and her armorless right towards the massive robot. "Raiden, I request that you stay your BLADE," she began. The small girl turned to look towards the huge robot, looking upwards at it. "I am an Inquisitor of Heaven and an agent of the UMMA. Dlanor A. Knox is my NAME. For what purpose are you in this cargo HOLD?" It was about then that the crew rushed in, and stared at the machine in confusion and shock. --- **??? - Crew Corridor, UMMA Vessel Tanngrisnir** The dark figure was certainly unaware he was being followed. He slipped along the corridor, deeper inside, reaching into his jacket. He had a simple goal in mind. The commotion would make it easy, as he drew his pistol from his coat. It was a high-power weapon, engineered to produce a bolt of heat that would burn through living things. He believed this would put down an agent of the UMMA, even though there were some cases in which he was horrendously mistaken. When he took down the agent, he'd signal for the others. Shadow Eternity would own this ship.

Suwako smiled at Black Rock Shooter's name- though it did seem to be odd, it wasn't much stranger than everything else that had happened so far. This was immediately proceeded, however, by a strange man riding on some sort of bike spontaneously appearing from a portal, a giant walking metal suit and... Well, some goofball that had just rolled down a sand dune. Oh, and whatever had just made the crater nearby. Was this place the world's dumping ground for people or something? "Uh...Hi?" she asked cautiously, waving her hand to the new figures as a greeting. It was nice that there more interesting people arriving, but first and foremost was the fact that they were in the middle of a desert with a giant drill sticking up from the ground. With no civilization in sight, sitting around and twiddling their thumbs would only serve to kill time. "So... Before this gets any more chaotic, can we figure out where we are first?" she asked, hoping someone would know the answer. ------------------ Dio glanced back at Charlotte as she followed him into the hangar and sighed, massaging his forehead. The little Witch was a tad too energetic for his tastes, and her addled devotion to cheese only continued his curiosity at such a being. Turning to Ridley as he woke up, Dio shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. "You and I both should know well enough how that mind works... Or rather, how it doesn't. Anyhow, I've come to obtain some form of transportation to reach the warehouse situated nearby. Apparently some fools with guns decided to attack it and there's been a request to... Silence them." he stated calmly, thanking Cinder internally as she pulled the little Witch away. "I recall there being someone by the name of Blackout in here... I'd prefer to not burn to death, so I need some form of transport that can keep my out of the sunlight." ------------------ Gintoki sighed and tucked the issue of Shonen Jump he had within his clothes before taking his parfait and leaving the lounge. Maybe he could find a pachinko parlor, or take some requests from the people there, or maybe even just grabbing another piece of food... Something to take away from the boredom of having to deal with thinking about that stupid ending. Walking along the corridors, he noticed a few people chatting it up nearby. Saber he recognized immediately, while the other two... Well, he couldn't really remember their faces. Something about robots and guns. Whatever. "Oi, you guys going anywhere right now?" he asked, leaning against the wall as he finished off his parfait. "As long as it's not something vulgar I'll probably tag along. The second I see shirts flying off, though, I'm outta here."

As soon as he heard his name, coupled with the word "silence", Blackout ceased ignoring the organics. After all, he specialized in hunting down and eliminating targets. Such words would imply that they required him to fulfill an objective. As the boy finished speaking, an ancient and powerful sounding noise suddenly came from the helicopter. A series of low rumbles and other electronic noises that flowed together like a strange form of language. **[Indeed, I am capable of providing adequate transportation. But first ... Why should I assist a pathetic insect.]** It was very true that he could provide adequate transportation to protect the vampire. He likely could complete the entire mission himself if he felt like it. But to be asked to transport a single little bug to deal with a few measly thieves was an assault against his pride. The only way he would do such a thing was if he was directly ordered to. Loyalty always came above pride, and it was one of the reasons why he was one of Lord Megatron's most trusted warriors. ((Please note that without a translator of some kind your character will not understand Blackout's speech.))

**Blake - Crew corridor, UMMA Vessel _Tanngrisnir_** Blake kept one corner behind the intruder as she crept behind him, peeking around the corner to keep him in view. her eyes widened as she saw him pull the unmistakable shape of a weapon from his coat. _That settles it._ She raised her left wrist to her lips, activating her communicator. "_Control, this is Belladonna. I've got an armed intruder on my position._" She whispered, her free hand reaching over her shoulder to draw her weapon from its sheath. She flicked a switch on the handle to collapse the blade, folding it into a small scythe-like arrangement so the pistol in its handle could be used properly.

##[Chalcedon](http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/75113/posts/char?page=2#post-2322931) of the Lamenters ####Client World 576143290-B --- There were two juvenile women, one deathly pale and dressed in a scandalously revealing outfit; while the other, a pretty blonde, was dressed in loose-fitting clothes, having headgear with googly eyes that would have looked better on her were she younger. Chalcedon counted six swords the man in lamellar armor, who returned the former's greeting with a "Hail!" of his own. Then there was a strange man in yellow, presumably powered, armor. Perplexed, but not too mindful of that fact that these four hadn't taken a knee in reverence before him, he noticed the imperial guardsman comically rolling down towards where he was. Under the shadow of the strange structure around which they had all gathered, the angel of death cast out his grim, loud voice, his stare unwavering through the armourcrys of his helm as he looked at each and every one of those present: **"A strange gathering of a wide variety of characters, ones that do not show respect to His Majesty's finest. I would mind this disrespect in any other situation, but having you lick my boots is not my priority here. I inquire, mortals: what, and where is this place?"**

**Black Rock Shooter - Client World 576143290-B** "..." He was not going to shoot. Quietly, Black Rock Shooter lowered Rock Cannon. She still did not dismiss it. Something was wrong. Something was horribly wrong here. The otherself could feel it. Her confusion at the armed man who had slide down and rolled in front of them was pushed to the back of her mind as she attempted to discern what this wrongness was. She had seen the leaf that Suwako had grown from no-where, but that certainly was not it and was no real surprise to her. The impact nearby, while surprising and putting the girl further on-guard, was not it, and all she did to the woman who emerged from the crater in the sand was give her a brief look. This wrongness... What was here? The vines growing up the ruined buildings rustled and shuddered. The small tufts of plants nearer the digsite and around the water in the middle of the ruins drifted in the wind. But there was no breeze. The air had become disturbingly still. This was wrong. Black Rock Shooter could feel the wrongness in the air. And then there it was. The long, drawn-out rasping sound, like some terrible mixture between a death rattle and laughter. Black Rock Shooter's arm snapped up and she looked around, Rock Cannon gleaming in the sunlight. Then... there! She saw it. Some dark shape, moving in one of the buildings! "...!"

##[Chalcedon](http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/75113/posts/char?page=2#post-2322931) of the Lamenters ####Client World 576143290-B --- It was with startling immediateness not befitting his bulky appearance that Chalcedon directed the muzzle of his bolter towards the movement in the ruins. Autosenses tagging the dark shape, he awaited no answer from the people surrounding him due to the change in situation. Eyebrows furrowing behind the rictus face of his helm as the offending creature mocked the gathered group with an ugly alien laughter, he cast out his voice once more: **"Xenos?"** There was a split second between the last syllable and the roar of his bolter as he sent a burst of diamantine-tipped rocket-propelled grenades at the target.

Suwako looked at Chalcedon blankly and shrugged. His condescending attitude wasn't winning any points in her book. Besides, it's not like she knew the answer to that question either. When Black Rock Shooter jumped to her feet, though, Suwako was immediately put on guard. When Chalcedon went off and shot whatever he did, though... "So we're going to be fighting? I haven't had to do any for a while..." Suwako said quietly as she materialized a few iron rings into her left hand while flicking out a spellcard into the other from her sleeve. ---------- Dio noticed the translator he was given activating in his ear. Those weird noises could be considered a language...? And Blackout... A helicopter? Well, he couldn't say that it wasn't anything stranger than what he had already encountered thus far, at least. A talking helicopter was tame compared to much of what else he had seen within the base itself. "Because I can try to win them over." Dio stated matter-of-factly, letting The World materialize behind him. "You could easily destroy them, yes, but why not see if we can't add a few more to the ranks instead? Besides, firing such weaponry in a warehouse full of volatile materials would cause more harm than good... And you-know-who wouldn't be happy with that, right?"

A few moments passed after the organic spoke. The Decepticon had heard what he had said, and was considering it. Then more sounds came from the helicopter, very similar to the sounds it had produced moments before. **[Foolish insect. Energy spent on converting an enemy is energy wasted. All those who stand against us should be annihilated ... However, damaging the warehouse would indeed be counterproductive. Provide proof of authorization for this mission and I will comply.]** Blackout would make sure none tried to manipulate him. He had spent a considerable amount of time around that serpent, Starscream. He wanted to make absolutely sure that this mission was not something made up by the child just to go and fulfill his own goals. If he had a direct order from their leader, or any being of a superior rank to his own, then he would provide transport for the vampire.

"Proof... Do you mean that proof?" Dio asked casually, pointing to a glowing panel on the wall behind Blackout. It was showing the same message that was shown to him, which meant it had been a universal broadcast. "I recall one of the mechanics mentioning that every facility had an automatic silent alarm installed to notify us if anything went awry. I'm almost sure you also received the memorandum, correct?" he asked, walking up to the talking helicopter. "I do believe that should warrant such an excursion, should it not?" he asked, a small smile visible on his lips.

"I must apologies my lord for not showing proper respect," he said bowing to the space marine. The guardsman looked over and saw the dark-shape in the ruins and brought his lasgun up. "What the Throne is that?" he asked Chalcedon not not showing a reaction to him firing of his bolter. "It could be a creature of chaos," Ignace said stating to walking closer to the ruins to get a closer look at the creature.

**Shadow Eternity HQ: Main Hallway, three years ago** "So, you never told me what you people are actually trying _do_ here," Hiroto replied to the cloaked man walking beside him, as he finished talking about the various ki powers Hiroto can attain with the help of the organization's training, plus the promises of battles he can prove himself in. "That's on a need-to-know basis, I'm afraid. The top echelon happens to be very hush-hush about most going-ons here. However, I assure you that we live up to any promise we make. It's why our numbers have grown into what it is today, and we're still expanding!" Hiroto sighed. Obviously these people aren't going to be very forthcoming with details, though he supposes he can't expect the man to tell a fresh recruit the finer workings of Shadow Eternity. So he asks another question somewhat more relevant to his own interests. "So, if I'm ever sent on one of your missions, what can I expect?" "Something suited to your talents," his recruiter answers. He continues, "Judging from your general disposition and potential power, you would likely be sent on strike missions to hit enemies hard and fast. Maximum damage in minimum time would be the goal." Hiroto grinned at this, already eagerly anticipating the chance to start a slaughter party. However, he needs to know what kind of enemies to expect. "Alright, but what sort of enemies am I likely going to face?" "No telling, really. They could be just be well-armed men and women, or other uniquely talented individuals much like yourself. They might be what you'd call aliens, even. You won't know until you get the mission itself." The recruiter then stops and hands Hiroto a card. "That tells you where your quarters are, floor and room number. I assume you'll know your way around here, since it's rather hard to get lost with all these labels and maps all over the place. If you have further questions, ask whoever winds up being one of your instructors. "Oh, and welcome to the club, Hiroto Kanzaki." **Hiroto's (though due to his namechange, now Kiba's) quarters, present day** Kiba lays down on his bed, completely bored. It's been several days since he got a mission. His need to crush foes couldn't be sated with just sparring sessions or VR training routines. Actual battle is the only thing that can satisfy him, for it's the only way he can improve and hone his craft. He's worked for Shadow Eternity for three years, and for the most part, they've delivered on their past promises. His power and skill has improved by magnitudes compared to the first time he walked their halls. However, he still has no idea of their main goal and there has been a recent dry spell regarding missions. Sometimes, he'd entertain the thought of setting off a no-holds barred brawl between his fellow members, but the higher ranks coming down on him would be too much, even for one of his level. Currently, anyway. Alas, he might as well wait just a bit more.

**Shadow Eternity, The bedroom** ![Hisoka](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSOOuPVrWI30yLNOa_wjrMz5yN7BGJN-fmKSxKvvwayI6n-FA4RRg "Hisoka the Magician") [Hisoka theme](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l_x9R6yAxQ) Earlier...... I've seen more interesting people than I would have back since Chrollo, technically all these people are somewhat nen users but based on what I see, they are not using nen, it sure is interesting. Hisoka licks his lips and shivers in the sight of such people, he moans like as if he is in seizure. Such prized fruits that are ripe, ahhn~ ahn~ as good as they are, I want to fight but a fruit that isn't deflowered and unripe are better. As idle as it seems, for three yerars these people treat me as some fortune teller but well, let the cards decide for itself rather I'll see someone who is worthy for me to fight. The enigmatic clown calms down after stalking for so long and moments later.... Right Now. The creepy clown is sticking into the ceiling inside a bedroom(balancing himself with his bungee gum), smiling weirdly and admiringly rather curious to see the boy he is looking at who appears to be conflicted with himself. **"Boy."** He finally speaks to him, a cold, composed, calm, and unintentionally creepy and teasing tone from him, he delivers. Hisoka has been observing the progress of this unripe fella, _that desire, that drive, that look in his eyes, I want you after all._ **"Another day of self pitying? If I'm not mistaken. Kiba <3 ~"** He said to the boy with his calm and teasing cold and ecstatic tone of voice. He smiles to the boy. Some if not, majority of the shadow eternity members should already know about Hisoka and his antics, some of them might say he is a scary and mischievous clown of terror but others would so be impressed of his intellect and foreshadowing skills of unpredictability, he has his fair share of kills too. Kiba is the boy(in his terms) he had been observing these years, Hisoka is interested in him for some reason.

Jaune cautiously followed Blake as she contacted UMMA control. Intruder? This is not good. When Jaune saw his friend draw her pistol, he drew Crocea Mors and opened up is shield. "When you're ready Blake" he said with a nod, signalling that he was ready. Of course there would be fighting working with the UMMA but he never thought it would be on one of their own ships. Whoever this intruder was good and that made him more nervous knowing that the enemy had bypassed the crew so easily. But this meant their combat skill couldn't be too bad right? Even more nerve wracking. However Jaune was also glad that one of his friends were to help him, heck she was the one to spot him, he's helping Blake.

**Cinder Fall - Shadow Eternity HQ Hangar** Cinder wasn't too worried about Charlotte's visible disappointment, for the few brief moments that it lasted. She was well aware of how schizophrenic she could be, if that was the proper term. Regardless, it presented itself as the small girl recovered from her depression near instantly with mention of the UMMA. It was almost sad. Almost. "Alright then," she replied, managing to bear with the burden of her little helper leaping onto her shoulder. Of course, having those sharp teeth nearby wasn't the most pleasant thought, but it was easier than having her walk. They almost presented an image that could be considered cute, not that anyone else nearby likely cared. "Good luck," she said to Dio before moving on to one of the side hangars, andone of the vessels there. It was small, black, nondescript, and teardrop shaped, but it was fast, and that was what she needed. Best to not waste time after all. Entering, she sat down in the cockpit, ran through a system check, then disengaged the docking clamps and pulled out of the hangar. With a pulse of energy, the engine burst to life and they were gone, en route to Cinders chosen destination.

## Meta-Ridley - The Hangar The creature's attention would be quickly captured by Cinder Fall's entry. Though the dragon-like alien was happy to have the little witch taken away, he couldn't help but feel sick each time he heard or even saw the silhouette of Cinder Fall. She reminded him of the Bounty Hunter, the only person who could defeat him, because of her feminine traits as well as the vibe she was giving off. Despite not having a powerful suit of armor on, Ridley could almost sense contrary intentions to his emanating from her body. If he wasn't bounded by the regulations of Shadow Entity, he'd more than likely try to kill her off out of sheer spite. Dio had replied as well, reassuring the cyborg dragon of the lost cause Charlotte was and nothing could be done to prevent such an annoying outcome. The awakened dragon looked around, his visors unable to grasp Eternal's presence without the use of the special Dark Visor he had put on standby for regular situations. "**It appears the two of you have this situation under control. As long as there isn't an immediate threat, I shall not be solicited.**" He chuckled near the end of sentence, acting as if he was superior to his colleagues before him and overestimating his utility. Though it wasn't entirely false, Ridley's physical appearance and abilities were suited for violent threats or raids. A the two females of the place took off to an unknown area, Ridley used the software integrated in his memory to contact a few of his partners. "**Medic. My repairs require finalization. You know where to find me.**" He had indeed contact Shadow Entity's very own Doctor who was more than qualified to verify Ridley's organic tissue after repairs. It wasn't a necessary procedure, but Ridley's life as renown leader had led him to develop a cautious and almost luxurious lifestyle. He had then lowered his wings onto his back and sat his being on the floor, near his machines, as if he were some kind of gargoyle. --- ## Charlotte - Cinder's Vessel Charlotte was embarked along with her friend Cinder Fall on a journey toward a place unknown to Charlotte. The little critter, as she waved goodbye to Dio, Ridley and Blackout (who of course didn't even bat an eye for her), fell over on the floor once the vehicle accelerated into the air. She got up and the image of a toenail coupled with a polar bear materialized over her head for absolutely no reason at all. "**Oww! Cinder you're speeding. You do things too fast like Gertrud~**" Charlotte had referenced someone from her past she barely got to meet before ending up in Shadow Entity, Gertrud, a witch like her. She didn't necessarily care for her sister witches all that much, but they remained engraved in her memory. She climbed up on the co-pilot's seat and snagged a flight helmet before her. As once would expect, she started chewing on the piece of plastic and metal. At first, it seemed like she was just gnawing on it effortlessly and for no reason, but all of a sudden she swallowed it whole. "**Bleeehhhh! Doesn't taste at all like cheese! Where are we going, Cinder?! I'm hungry~"** She whined while trying to jump high enough to checkout what was behind the windshield before Cinder, allowing her to get glimpses of their trajectory. "**Ciiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnder! Did you have friends who could find cheese, back at your home?**" She curiously asked her friend, obviously interested by the subject of cheese but also wanted to know how was her life back before she joined Shadow Entity. These questions likely stemmed from her constant yet vague memories of her past life before becoming a Witch herself, and friends were something she didn't entirely forget.
