but for the people not touching the circle… are we just supposed to… walk forward? i mean i get we're reacting to a random snake monster demon thing but other than "holy shit" i'm not entirely sure what to post.

I don't think Spook would tell a lie that would get someone killed, but I could definitely see him playing some tricks on the group that wouldn't involve them being eaten by a three headed snake monster.

Things will go down differently depending on what you guys do.

Well all those options would result in an equally interesting story progression, so I couldn't possibly recommend one over the other.

Except, stabbing Alex would likely not be a great option, but who am I to judge. XD

Depends, faced with a giant three headed snake lizard, I think I'd be too shocked to do anything anyway. But, if I have my left hand in the circle, I can draw my sword, if I have my right hand in the circle, I can draw my shield, if I have both hands in the circle, then I'm probably screwed. With either of the hands in the circle I can draw my pistol. Options options.....
